Derek: Same thing as before ladies! We will do core, endurance, you will all be tired by the end of this!
Frost: We're still hurting from yesterday.
Derek: Yea well you had extra so.
Hibana: Well enough of that, is that what the obstacle course is for?
You smiled under balaclava
Derek: This training course is the same course that my squad has gone through, day in and day out. If you dont know the pain they had to go through with this obstacle course, you can ask them, or you can experience it yourself.
IQ: Can you atleast give us a rundown of what we're doing?
Derek: You will first start off running from the starting point. You will then move to the two logs and using upper body strength move up and over them, dropping down and moving to the wall. You will climb up the wall and slide down to the barbed wire pit, you will crawl under the barbed wire fast and when you reach towards the finish, you'll climb up that rope and ring the bell.
Finka: That doesn't seem very long.
Derek: This is only half of the obstacle course.
Ela: You're joking right?
Mickey: He's not.
IQ: What?
Mickey: The obstacle course he always made us do, was about quarter of a mile.
Derek: Alright enough chatting, we start now.
Timeskip 30 minutes
You were observing the female operators go through the obstacle course one at a time, Lera was able to do most that required upper body strength but struggled with speed.
Derek: Lera how is it that you have the strength but not the fucking speed!
Finka: it's not possible for me to get faster sir!
Derek: You need to break through that wall Lera!
Grizzy: Hey Colt keep screaming, they love it!
Derek: Yumi hold on, don't start yet.
Hibana: Hm? Why?
You looked over towards Grizzy and the others.
Derek: Griz! Move your fat ass over here!
Grizzy: Huh!?!
Grizzy and the rest of them moved there way over to you.
Derek: Yea yea bounce your way over here!
Grizzy: What.
Derek: You're gonna do the course.
Grizzy: huh!?!
Derek: Give your phone to one of them, if anyone else decides to shove that camera in my face or says anything else, you will also be doing the course. Got it!
Everyone: mhm.
Derek: We'll work on that later. Grizzy to the starting point!
Grizzy walked over to the starting point and was waiting there.
Derek: You will do this obstacle course as best as you can, no pussy shit!
Grizzy: What if I can't do something!
Derek: You will still try it! Are you ready!
Grizzy: Sure.
