He took his hand, and pulled it closer. Closer, that’s what he wanted.
Jonathan looked up from his book, giving him a curious look, “Yeah?”
“I thought love was dead… but you changed my mind.” He couldn’t bear to look back at him. Love. He loved Jonathan. For once, he felt loved, he felt loving. Love, love, love. What if that was all gone?
“Lin, I-”
Afraid of any form of rejection, he continued, tears gracefully falling, “My hearts like a stereo. It beats for you, so listen close. Make me your radio. And turn me up when you feel low. This melody was meant for you. Just sing along… to my stereo.”
Making his way to leave, Jonathan pulled him close. Close, closer. Hugs, kiss, love.
They were in love, and Lin finally felt it.
