Lexa bounced back in the next minute. After those two years, she gained experience in bouncing back. She tried as much as she could to stay calm and even but sometimes it was just too hard for her and all she needed was cry a little. Because of her mother, she couldn't cry for long, that's why now she could bounce back so easily.

But even though she had some hard moments, that she couldn't help but cry, she's never cried to someone's shoulder. It was nice. And in Clarke's shoulders, Lexa felt safe, the first time for a really long time.

Lexa and Costia were sitting in Costia's room, learning. Costia didn't mind that. Lexa was really smart, and Costia could see that. Studying with her was really helpful. For both of them.

Costia tried to focus on notes that Lexa has made on the last lessons, but it was so hard to focus while having such a distraction in the same room. She couldn't help but look at Lexa. She was sitting on the floor, leaning into bed, typing something on her computer, learning. This whole situation between Lexa and her mother annoyed Costia so much. She knew that Lexa would never choose a life like this. In her opinion Lexa was learning too much, way too much, still doing it she looked so hot. Her hair in a messy bun, this gorgeous, green eyes so focused on a computer, her teeth biting her lip. She was so in love. And so does Lexa.

Even though Lexa was focused on her computer, she could still felt Costia's eyes on her.

"You perv!" she said when she couldn't focus anymore, because of her girlfriend's look. She turned around to face her, replacing the computer on the floor.

"I can't help when I have so hot girlfriend," Costia defended herself, coming a little closer to the end of the bed.

Lexa jumped on it, so now they were apart for like 1.5 feet.

"She is hot?" Lexa asked, smirking, her eyes full of joy.

"Oh yeah." Costia embraced Lexa by her arms.

"Well, I'm sure that she is not as hot as my girlfriend," Lexa teased her, brushing softly her lips.

"You dumbass," Costia added before their lips crashed. Lexa sat on Costia's laps, then slightly bite Costia's lower lip, and stood up.

Costia looked at her unsatisfied. She was still holding her hand, so she drew her on the bed again. And before Lexa could say anything, Costia closed her in a tight hug, giving her the most precious safety Lexa could ever ask for.

"Thank you, Clarke," Lexa mumbled, wiping tears from her face. Clarke nodded, smiling to her. Then her expression changed as she reminded herself of something. Now she was confused.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Hit me," Lexa said. Now her voice was steady. She was glad of that.

"When you said that your mother forced you to study, what did you meant?" Clarke again looked into those beautiful green eyes. The blue ones were looking for the answer.

"Oh, yeah. Well, she did force me to study. My former life, in TonDC, was just about study. Like for my mother, all the world hung around it. I didn't even have friends," Lexa admitted, looking ashamed at her palms.

"I'm sorry."

"It's okay. I survived, and now I'm kinda free," she smiled a little bit. Clarke's face suddenly lighten.

"That's why you weren't sure about this party?"

"Yeah," Lexa stared at something behind Clarke. "I never was at a party..." she mumbled, hoping that maybe Clarke won't hear her. But she did. For a second she looked at Lexa shocked and then notice her expression. She took her chin, making her look at her. She let go when Lexa eventually looked at her.
