{ Carrie's POV }
-2 Days Later
Honestly I feel like I've been hit by a bus. I've been so cought up in my thoughts lately Mike and I havent really talked at all. With loosing the baby and then watching my husband kiss my best friend, it was kind of a lot to take in. I walked down stairs looking around for Mike.
"I'll be back around 6 -Mike" A note on the kitchen counter read from Mike. I put the note back and went upstairs and laid on the bed.
"Hey Carrie...what are you wanting for dinner?" Mike asked waking me up as he came into our room.
"I'm not hungry now...I'll make me something later." I said with my eyes still closed.
"Okay, we need to fix this." Mike said with a sigh.
"Fix what Mike?" I asked sitting up.
"This...we haven't talked in the past what two, three days?" Mike said looking at me seriously. "We haven't kissed in what a week now?" He said running his fingers through his hair.
"I'm sorry...I understand I'm not the perfect wife-"
"Carrie that's not what I said...us not talking like this...its not healthy." Mike said looking over at me.
"Look Mike I'm sorry but...I've just been so cought up in my thoughts lately...I just don't know." I said as I felt tears coming to my eyes.
"I could've spoken up and said something too don't think this was all your fault." Mike said sliding beside me and putting his arm around my back. "But nothings changed I still love you." Mike said with a small smile.
"And I still love you..." I said standing up. Mike wrapped his arm around me hugging me tightly as he stood up. Butterflies appeared in my stomach as Mike leaned down to kiss me. But those butterflies soon left and I was filled with disappointment as he hugged me.
"What's wrong?" Mike asked looking confused. "Why won't you kiss me?" I said with a sigh.
"I'm sorry." Mike apologized before kissing me passionately.
