"Sorry, sorry!" I say kneeling down to clean up the mess I just made.
"It's okay Tessa, leave it. I'll clean it" Landon says
"No, no. I will do it." I say quickly
After picking up the pieces and sweeping the floor with Landon's help he continues
"Hardin has actually been trying to ring me, he rang me yesterday while I was a work, he was drunk asking to speak to you, he knows you changed your number too." Landon sighs
Dammit, dammit! This was the first day that when I thought of Hardin, there wasn't this excruciating pain in my chest.
"He rang me non stop today, I didn't answer him but I called my mom last night and she said he had already contacted Ken, he should of landed today sometime." He's looking at me expecting a response but I don't have one. "Tessa, are you okay? I told my mum not to tell him where you are"
I let out a heavy breath "I'm okay, if he turns up here I will just leave, I can't look at him or talk to him yet"
"I'll let you know if I find out he's on his way" he hugs me
I tell Landon I'm going to go to bed now, I'm super tired and I have a double shift tomorrow since I didn't work today.
