Harvey

I held the coin sideways as I tapped it gently against my desk. The sound it made against the glass was like a ticking time bomb. A timer that's making me anxious as I looked at the door where the person I expected to come would appear.

It had been two weeks since I had done the single thing that gave my mind crazy, my heart restless and my body sleepless nights.

Kinausap ko si Kael tungkol dito kanina at binigyan niya naman ako ng pwedeng solusyon. The problem was that, I didn't like it but what he said made sense. I couldn't be confuse right now.

But maybe he's right.

I hope he's right.

I frustratedly raked my hair with my free hand. God! I really hope our conversation earlier was a good choice because it didn't go well.

"I kissed Ger and Yka saw us." My tone was like someone ashamed to confess.

Nakayuko ako at hawak hawak ng dalawang kamay ang ulo. I couldn't dare to look at him. Alam kong gulat na gulat siya. Kung hindi man, it could be disappointment. He warned me before. Many, many times.

I sighed and looked at him. He was shocked alright and disappointed.

Between the three of us, ako ang pinaka babaero dati.

Kung inaakala ng lahat na malala si Bryan sa pagpapalit palit ng babae, mas malala ako noon. Back when we were in highschool and college, I always had girls swoon around me. Wala akong pakialam kung sino ang masaktan ko noon. I immediately dumped after using those girls. I was a rebel and with a worst bad boy attitude.

"I told you before. If you can't stay away, make him. That's why I agreed when Gem told you to pull him out of the team pero anong ginawa mo? You appointed him as your secretary." Kunot noo akong tumingin sa kanya. "Sinabi ko rin na itransfer mo siya sa ibang lugar pero hindi mo ginawa kaya ngayon lumala na. Please stop this before someone gets hurt."

"I can handle myself, Kael." I said, up and walked to my study table from the sofa.

"Hindi ikaw ang iniisip ko kung hindi si Ger. Kilala kita and I'm worried about Ger because I know where your obsession with him will end badly because you're a bully."

"I'm a what?" I bellowed.

"You.are.a.bully." Madiin nitong ulit. "Hindi ka titigil hanggat hindi mo nakukuha ang gusto mo. You tend to use force just to get what you want and I won't be surprised if you tell me that you force Ger into kissing you." I looked away with clenching jaw. "See? Sa ikinikilos mo alam kong ganon nga ang nangyari. Hindi narin ako magtataka kung gamitin mo ung posisyon mo para makuha siya. So I suggest again that you stay away from him of make him."

"So you suggest that I use my power to push him away?"

"He'd be safer away."

He hit a nerve.

Nang magstart ako sa Dileri, my grandfather appointed people who would watch my every move that acted as my bodyguards also. My grandfather said that my attitude needed to be changed since I'd  be doing serious work from then and also, he had me engaged that made my blood boiled so bad. I burned our house in anger.

"You don't understand." Sabi ko at hinilamos ang mukha sa palad. "He's different and there's something with him. I think he's not what he is."

"What do you mean?" He asked, confused.

"I think he's not a guy." I immediately said that made him sighed in defeat.

"And what makes you say that?" Walang gana nitong tanong at kinuha sa bulsa ung phone para magtext.
