Karly's POV
I sat on the metal bleachers. I watched the local baseball team game with Bailey and Hayes.
" strikkeee Twoo!" the ump yelled.
"Come on 7 you got this" I cheered.
I watched as my best guy friend from school, Nick, number 7, swing and miss, the ball misses the catchers glove and hits the ground.
The crowd screams.
"drop 3! run Nick! Run" The coach yells over and over again.
Everyone chants for Nick, last inning and there is 2 outs. Tied game, one more run and Nicks team wins districts.
it all depended on Nick.
Hayes and I yelled and cheered as he ran to second base, the first baseman over throws to second base sending Nick to third.
"Go home! Go home!" everyone yells in excitment.
Nicks legs push and sprint hard, soon he hit the floor and slid into home.
All of the crowd stands up cheering and screaming loudly.
I watched as Nicks team piled out of the dug out and picked him up and carried him back to the dug out.
I laughed as the pitcher chucked his glove on the ground in anger.
Bailey, Hayes, and I started grabbing our stuff so we could leave
Nick ran over to me and Hayes.
"look at you mr. Homer" Hayes said bro hugging Nick.
"nah, look at you two" Nick said refering to me and Hayes.
Nick pulled me in for a hug.
"havn't seen you guys in forever" Nick said smilimg.
"ya its been to long" I giggled.
"well the team is going out for ice cream, why dont you guys tag along" he said inviting us.
"sounds good man, im gonna go let Bailey know" Hayes said being all cool.
Bailey's POV
I felt a warm hand tap on my arm. I turned to see Hayes.
"Bay" he said getting my attention.
"what Hayes"
"Me and Karly are going with Nick for ice cream" he said.
"Okay, ill text nash and tell him" I said letting him go.
"thank bay!" he said running off with everyone.
I pulled out my phone and texted Matt.
- M= matt B= Bailey-
B: can you pick me up at the ball park, I dont feel like walking.
M: got it babe be there in 5
B: thx luv u
M: Luv u to
I tucked my iphone back into my pocket and began to walk to the bathrooms.
My shoulder filled with pain as a hand squeezed it.
"Matt?" I asked concerned and in pain.
" Nope, guess who" a voice said covering my face with their big hands.
