Emma's POV:Nothing was making any sense anymore, but one thing I knew for sure was that last night should have never happened.
I was currently in the school's library sitting on the floor in a corner reading a book, while also reminiscing the events that happened last night.
After taking Brooklyn to her house, I ended up staying the night since I didn't have a way to get home.
All I had to say about it though was, thank God we ordered pizza and they delivered it fast.
I even still remembered how it felt when Brook's breath lingered on my neck. How her lips were so close to me that I couldn't help but to wonder how it felt like to kiss someone else.
I don't remember much after that since I was still thinking about how close Brook got to me. It was like I was in a trance of some sort.
All I knew was that after we ate, we watch some TV, or Telly as Brook calls it. Afterwards, I told Brook I was tired which led to her showing me to a guest room. Right when I was about to say goodnight however, she kissed me on the cheek and said it first.
I was so shock that I ended up standing in the door frame for a few seconds before snapping back into reality.
After that, everything was a blur, especially the car ride to school since I decided to listen to music on my phone.
Just thinking about the events cause me to feel so uncomfortable yet I couldn't help but to think about Brooklyn.
"Ugh!"
Closing the book I was currently reading, I brought my knees to my chest and rested my head on them. I was trying to think about something else when a voice startled me.
"Um, you okay there?"
Looking up I saw a guy with glasses looking at me. He had short brown hair and nice brown eyes to go with it plus deep dimples that were noticeable. Carrying around with him with a brown satchel that hung around his neck.
Realizing that I was staring and not saying anything, I rested my head on my knees while looking at him before responding.
"Yea I'm fine just thinking."
"Thinking about what, if I might ask?" He said as he slowly sat on the floor next to me.
Biting my bottom lip, I ended up shrugging before responding to his question.
"About how last night shouldn't have happen..." I mumbled.
"Ah well, I won't ask about that." He said.
I give him a half smile before turning to look forward. I was pretty much out of it until I heard something go off.
Turning my head, I saw the guy holding a Nikon camera.
"Did... did you just take a picture of me?"
Smiling, he nodded his head before putting his camera away in his satchel.
"Um, why?"
"Oh because I'm in the yearbook club and I'm one of the 4 people who take pictures for it." He said as if it was obvious.
Deciding not to get into details with it, I just nodded my head.
"So do you take pictures of people you don't know?" I asked.
"Pretty much, I don't talk to many people here since I'm practically invisible." He said with a frown.
"Hm I wish I was practically invisible." I said.
