Brookyln's Pov:
White Dance. Not exactly prom, but a close second.
Girls went all out, hair done, nail check, and of course having that one dress that would make them feel like royalty. However, males weren't left out of the equations. Whether it is a vest or a suit, a bow or a tie, the males of the school always succeeded in looking like they were models for Calvin Klein.
Me? I went all out cause lets face it, I'm pretty close to royalty.
Aaron and Chloe of course did so too.
Currently in the same limousine as them, I kept looking at them.
Aaron never failed to look his best and tonite was no different. Aaron went to get his haircut the day before so it could stay "fresh" like he said and it actually looked pretty nice on him. Instead of his long blonde hair, he cut the sides and kept the top long so he could comb it back to get a quiff hairstyle. He had his suit and pant completely black however, his button up shirt was white and his tie, a light blue to go with his eyes. The kid made something simple look so amazing. Chloe decided to go with a black dress that opened in the back and stopped around her thigh. Chloe went easy on the makeup however, she did have eyeliner on and it really made her eyes pop.
Me on the other hand, decided to go with white because why not.
It wasn't a dress like in the movies where everyone stops and stares at you because of how glamorous you look. However needless to say it was still a dress, a summer one.
It was a white dress that had a pattern of doily on the bottom of it. It also has a strip of it under my chest, exposing my stomach through the pattern. It stopped at my thighs and to top of the dress, I wore a flower crown. However I kept it simply, and wore a small one with small flowers.
My hair fell down in curls and stopped shortly after it passed my shoulder blades.
Aaron commented that I looked like a garden goddess or the daughter of mother nature. I couldn't help but to laugh when he stated that.
"I wonder how Welsey looks like in his suit."
"Me too, last time I saw him, he looked like a nerd."
"Looks aren't everything."
"If it isn't, then why does the world revolves around it?" Chloe stated.
"Because people forget the world revolves around the Sun."
Hearing Chloe's and Aaron's conversation, I couldn't help but to thinking about something.
Love makes you forget the world revolves around the sun and makes you think it revolves around a person.
Learned that lesson the hard way....
"Brook are you ok?" Chloe said, snapping me back into reality.
I quickly replaced my sad emotion to a happy one.
"Yea just thinking about how I'm going to get Emma into a hotel room tonite."
"Ah no wonder you had a face of distress, you know you can't do it."
"What you're doing to Emma is wrong, she's a sweet girl. You should leave her out of your games." Aaron commented.
Looking at Aaron I couldn't help but to frown.
"How about you mind your own business.. hon." I said through clench teeth.
"Remember how you felt after Sydney broke up with you. Do you really want to see Emma like that?"
