Salinas and Sarine were sitting by the pool when he appeared back at the Bosom. He took a minute to look at them. His wife was fair and beautiful of form. Her many years in the Bosom had had allowed her looks to keep. His daughter too was a beautiful woman, waiting for her chance to marry. They were talking and smiling as they watched a duck swim in the pond. Kendra coughed slightly to make himself known.
“Kendra,” called Salinas, “how long have you been there?”
He answered gently, “I was just taking time to look at my beauties. I have been blessed by my wife and my daughter.”
Sarine and Salinas looked at each other and there was no thought that he was not being completely honest. They smiled.
“So why have you returned to us at this early hour in the day?” asked his wife.
“Chelnuk and I are going on a mission to kill giants.”
Looking at him in a concerned manner she inquired, “Nephilim?”
“Yes, there is an evil giant kingdom developing in the south, near to where God’s people will be. Chelnuk the others and I are going to thin their ranks.”
“Why do you tell us this?” she got up from her position of rest to look into his eyes.
