Luring the giant into a nearby pass he would cut a rope and allow rocks to kill his oversized opponent. Though Baragar was fast he was not overly intelligent.
When he had laid his trap Joreld then made his way to Baragar's house. He began to call him out, "Hey, Baragar will you not come and fight me. Hey you big coward, come and fight me."
The giant roused himself and stuck his head out of the door, "What, only one grasshopper. I will squash you underfoot." Picking up his giant spear that was near the door he walked towards Joreld. The man threw stones at the giant and edged his way towards the pass. Baragar swatted the stones away like flies, "I thought you were going to fight me little man?"
Joreld got to the place he needed to be to cut the rope and let the rocks fall on the giant. However when the giant got close he stopped and seemed to be listening to something.
At this point in time Kendra appeared with Chelnuk and Nimen, just near Baragar's house. He was going to return to get the others when he saw the situation that was already going on between Joreld and Baragar.
