Scully: Evil Revealed
Evil looked into the placid pool and screamed at what it saw, unable to look at its own reflection for any length of time because it was so hideous. Its image was only a small fraction of what was truly in its black heart. When it realized that, its fear faded knowing that man would fear it even more than it feared itself.
How sweet, it thought, knowing it never showed its true self to man until its teeth were deep within his flesh. Then and only then did it reveal itself to the eyes of those who dared to look upon it. By that time, it had lulled its victim into believing there was no escape when in reality, escape was so simple!
But man was blind in his belief that redemption was not within his grasp. He failed to see the simplicity of the bridge given him to cross.
