Episode 74: Surprised (Olivia)

"Is she going to be alright?" I asked as Isabelle and I left Thalia's room.

The guys had ran off to go search for Basil.

Thus far, there was no word from them about their search.

"She should be fine now," Isabelle said, wiping sweat from her brow.

She had tried her hardest to save Thalia who was barely hanging by a thread.

"Hard to believe that she still doesn't consider you a friend," I remarked, making my way to my room.

"Isabelle, Olivia!" Elliot yelled.

Along with him were the rest of the guys.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I found Basil," Jason responded.

His clothes were drenched in blood, 

but he didn't seem wounded at all.

"Where is he?"

"My... dad took him," he responded.

I couldn't believe my ears.

"Your father did? Why?"

"I think that he's the one who gave Basil the power to go against his mother."

My head ached.

So much had happened in so little time.

I needed a rest.

"You alright?" Alex asked, catching me.

I nodded. "Just a little exhausted is all."

Though, why was I the one falling?

Out of all of us, I was the one who had yet to do anything.

Yet, it felt as if something was draining my energy.
