Episode 14: Feelings (Jason)

I took Olivia to the infirmary instead of heading straight to class.

Elliot wanted to come with us but Olivia refused.

Honestly, the guy should've come with us.

To get checked that is.

His personality change was too drastic to be sane.

"Thanks for bringing me here," Olivia said, smiling.

My face flushed as I put her down on one of the various beds.

"It's nothing. Just take care, alright?"

She nodded and closed her eyes.

I sat down on one of the padded chairs they had outside of the infirmary.

My eyes closed.

"Jason," a voice called out.

I snapped awake. 

"You stayed behind?" Olivia asked.

I flashed her a toothy grin.

"Of course, you did so for me when we were kids."

She snickered.

"How do you still remember that? We were six."

My face turned red.

Why did I still remember that?

"I don't know. I remember stuff, including useless stuff."

She sat down next to me.

Her head leaned against my shoulder.

"I'm glad that you do."

This was bad.

Being this close to her made my heart feel like it would explode.

Damn, how was this childhood crush still alive?

This is the reason for why all of my relations failed.

"Jason?"

I jumped up.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

She shook her head.

She chuckled and said, "It's nothing."
