UPDATE: Gah! I found it finally! Thank you to everyone who helped me find it! Sadly, I could not track down the actual artist and I can't read the water mark but if anyone has any idea, please tell me. I'd love to know. The fanart is here:

"Excuse me," Phil said reaching across Dan. "I just need a pencil."
"Ph-"
"And that one," Phil said reaching farther across Dan causing Dan to blush. "Oops, it fell," Phil muttered reaching towards the floor.
"I was actually working, you know?" Dan said to his best friend, gesturing to the video he was editing.
"Right, of course, sorry," Phil said, leaning back up.
"Its-" Dan was suddenly unable to finish his sentence because Phil had pressed his lips to Dan's. Dan's hands were hovering next to Phil's face in surprise but after a few moments of shock, he kissed back.
"Thanks," Phil said, turning back to his work leaving Dan slightly flustered.

So the thing is that I had this written the art at the top and a really long AN but for some reason the link the the pic wasn't working and I didn't notice and it was having trouble saving and when I posted it it didn't save. Luckily, I write the chapters on a document before putting it on here so I still have the story but not the AN. I'll just summerize what I said.
So! I'm on on season 8 of SPN and like half of my friend group loves it and I didn't even know! My mom's favorite car is an Impala. o.O
I went to the beach last weekend and on the way back we went to Books A Million (my favorite bookstore because merch). My parents got me a little Cas funko for my purse, SPN buttons for my backpack, the Trials of Apollo, and a Hogwarts sticker for my birthday.
