"Yes, but not now. I'll be back, centaurs." I say, nodding my head at the palomino.

Banten leans forward, and kisses my hand. "Thank you, miss."

"Don't call me miss." I instruct.

"Sorry, Ariana?" Banten apologises.

"Yes." I kiss his cheek lightly and hop into his back. "Please take me back to Hagrid."

We ride there, and I walk to Hagrid.

"ARIANA!"

"As long as you don't cheat on me with this centaur, I'm okay." Scorpius jokes, patting my cheek lightly.

I yawn. "As if, babe. I'm going to bed."

"Why don't we sleep down here?" He asks.

"In the common room? No fear!" I huff gently.

"Come on! It'll be fun!"

"For you maybe." I frown as my headache intensifies.

"Come on. Please please!" His cuteness makes me want to give in but I can't.

"No. It's quidditch tomorrow, I need to get sleep." I bark.

"Why are you all snappy now?

"I can't imagine what you mean."

"Seriously, ari? How can you justify what you've said today?"

"I'm stressed, okay? Quidditch, centaur welfare and a boyfriend who's family hates yours, don't mix." I groan, rubbing my throbbing temples.

"Oh... I'm sorry Ariana. I... I... I don't think." He hangs his head.

I flick his forehead and yawn again. "Okay, really, I'm going to bed. I've gotta be up at eight tomorrow for quidditch."

He looks sad, but I am relentless. I walk up from the common room and slide into my red and gold four poster bed, wishing my headache would go away.

"Um... House elves?" I mutter, and with a quick pop, a small house elf in a blue dress appears.

"Winky, at your service miss."

"What? Aren't you free? You have clothes!" I shriek, gesturing towards her fine blue clothing.

"No, miss, professor mcgonagall gives us clothing but we aren't free. It is just something to wear miss."

"Alright winky. Could you do two things for me?"

"Sure, miss" she says in her squeaky tone.

"I would like a headache remedy, and will some elf wake me up at eight tomorrow?"

"Certainly miss." Winky curtsies gracefully.

She disappears with a loud crack, and appears again with a bottle of faint blue liquid.

"Here is your headache remedy, miss. Take one spoonful. I will send someone to wake you tomorrow, miss."

"Thank you, winky, dearest."

"Certainly, miss."
