"Are you guys going to argue about how egotistical Theo sounds when he talks or are we going to do our best to find Aaron?" Beatrice asked from the tunnel and it was both Theo and Mason, who quickly swung around to look at her. "I have been standing here for five minutes and neither of you noticed." Beatrice said and Casey walked out of the other tunnel as she held out Mason's baseball bat toward him.

"Are we doing this or what?" Casey asked as Mason took the bat back and Beatrice's eyes glowed, as she brought out her claws. "Although, Theo has a point about the baseball bat. I could probably take it from you, about as easily as he just did." She said and she was now holding a clearly heavy-duty military and modified shotgun, in her hands.

"Thank you." Theo muttered as Beatrice led the way, scanning the walls around them with her glowing eyes. "Okay, so you're the smart one of us. Why are we down here? Shouldn't we be looking around the school, or somewhere with better lighting at the least?" Theo asked, looking around.

"Aaron has not been in class for days now. The last sighting of the Faceless was in the tunnels. Parrish burned the body in front of Scott, Lydia and Malia, but, you know, none of us have ever been back down here to check." Mason explained and Beatrice stopped, as she felt an overwhelming desire to run. "You're feeling it now, aren't you?" Mason asked and Beatrice's eyes shone brighter, as she nodded.

"Why not?" Theo asked.

"Because everyone has been too scared." Beatrice murmured and she looked at her hands, which shook and she growled.

"Exactly. Because we're scared. We are all scared to come back in down here. You feel it, right?" Mason asked and Casey clenched her gun tighter and Beatrice was shuddering as she focused on harnessing it, and controlling her own fear. "It's like it doesn't want us here." Mason said.

"That makes two of us." Theo was acting tough but Beatrice easily was smelling the stink of fear.

"It's okay to be scared, but, it isn't okay, to let the fear take control of your life." Beatrice said and Casey nodded.

"One of my better quotes." Casey mumbled and Beatrice was laughing a bit and Beatrice led the way, as Casey followed her.

After Mason and Theo were arguing then suddenly, Beatrice shoved them both to the side and she got hit full-force by the baseball bat across the head and Beatrice roared in pain and fury.

Casey narrowly missed her shot and Aaron kicked the gun out of her hand and he growled. Beatrice shoved him into the wall, fangs bared. "Casey, go! Get out of here now!" She snarled and ducked, as Aaron swung the bat at her once again.

Beatrice lunged over to where Theo and Mason were on the ground, and she was shaking her head. "Mason, just hold still." Beatrice said and she put her hand on his arm and she was inhaling, as she felt his pain and took it.

"How the hell are you doing that now?" Theo asked and Beatrice was shaking her head, as she let go of the arm and Mason nodded.

"You can't take pain if you don't care." Mason explained and Beatrice growled. "Wait, guys, don't fight him! Don't!" He shouted and Aaron was running at them.

Beatrice kicked Aaron away from Theo and Mason, as she roared in a protective fury.

Aaron fled and Beatrice growled as she shook her head and she turned to look at Theo and Mason, who were both leaning against the wall.

"Well aren't we three here, a sorry sight." She murmured and she was shaking her head, as she reached out as she took the pain quickly from the both of them. "Can you guys walk?"

"I can." Theo muttered.

Casey raced through the huge-ass hospital until she found Lydia and Malia, who were in the MRI exam room and she saw that Halwyn was sitting up against the wall and silver liquid was coming out of his nose, his mouth, his ears and she was shaking her head.

"Oh my god." Casey whispered and she shut the door, as she walked over to them. "What the hell, did you two do?" She asked and Lydia sighed.

"We had to take the bullet out. To understand how to defeat the Anuk-Ite, we had to." Lydia said as Halwyn looked at Casey, who crouched down next to them.

"You can't stop it. You can't kill it."

"But you did." Lydia said.

"I trapped it. You can't-can't let it find its other half." Halwyn said and Casey reached out and she took one of his hands in hers.

"How do we know that, it has not found it already?" Lydia questioned and Halwyn coughed.

"Because you wouldn't be alive to tell me. Keep them apart. It is still weak." He explained.

"One of them isn't so weak, it's supernatural." Lydia said urgently as Halwyn looked over at her.

"Shapeshifter?" Halwyn asked.

"A werewolf." Casey murmured softly.

"You can't, you can't let the two halves merge. If you do, you won't be able to catch it." Casey's tears were falling at the obvious pain that Halwyn was in and she was shaking her head.

"I'm sorry." Casey whispered and he looked at her. "I'm not a werewolf, I-I can't take your pain." She said and he shook his head.

"Okay, listen to me. If it finds its other half, if the two become one, do not look. You can't... It will kill you with a look." After the final words, Halwyn had slipped away and Casey felt his hand falling away from hers, as his heart stopped for a second and final time.

"You two just killed him again." Casey whispered and she looked at Malia as well as Lydia, as they both seemed to be utterly horrified. "You just killed him, for the second time." She said and she was walking away from the room.
