"Insatiable"
________________

"Is she okay?" Derek was running through the hospital and Tye stopped him before he could go into the room, as he was looking at him with a anger that nobody had ever seen from him as Derek looked at him. "Tye, is she okay?" He asked and Tye looked over his shoulder at the window into the room, right before he reluctantly was opening the door.

Derek walked past Tye and at the realization, he stopped cold when he saw the finished action.

Tye shut the door as he looked at Derek, who had stopped at the sight of Casey lying in a hospital bed.

Yet again, once again hospitalized because of severe burns that hurt her the first time. "I did this?" Derek asked as she opened her eyes. Casey blinked at the sight of him as she reached for something on the bedside table.

Tye handed over a pen and paper to her as Casey wrote something down quickly, and she showed it to Derek.

"What the hell are you doing here?"

"I never meant to hurt you. I didn't even fully realize what I was doing Casey, I swear that I didn't mean it."

"Are you talking about the actions or the words?"

"I..."

"Sourwolf is at a loss for words? Who knew that all it would take is one of his oldest friends nearly burning to death... again."

"That's not funny..."

"And I am not laughing!" Casey tried to snap, but her voice broke into a big bout of coughing and wheezing as her smoke inhalation got to her, as she was coughing like she was trying to cough up a lung.

"Casey..." Tye said and Casey glared over at him as he backpedaled right up, at the look at once. He tossed her another notepad and pen, as the other had run out.

"The Nogitsune was responsible for this, but he wore your face."

Derek looked at the words and then over his shoulder at Tye, who leaned against the wall. "She took in a lot of smoke... honestly, Casey, I still don't know how you got out of the handcuffs and chains." Tye said as Casey looked at him, before she moved up one of the sleeves of the hospital gown and she pointed at the tattoo. "A hunter first, especially when it comes to being trapped in a corner." Tye said as Casey nodded.

Casey wrote something down as she looked at them, as she turned the pad to face them.

"My grandmother is coming. She will bring other hunters, to see how I am. I suggest that you both leave, before she arrives." Casey's eyes were serious and there was pain in them too, as she pointed at the door with the notepad, as she continued to write. "They hunt those who hunt them. I will not tell them who did this, or they would kill you." Casey showed it to them as Tye looked at Derek.

"I'm going to see what is left." Tye murmured and Casey's eyes softened a little, as she wrote something down again.

"Be careful. They might have questions... Direct them to me." Casey pointed at herself and Tye nodded at the action. "I'm a better liar than you."

"No shit." Tye remarked and Casey looked up, as the door opened as Talia walked into the room and raced to her mom, as Casey let out a croaked laugh at the sight of her daughter.
