But I don't know what his upper half looks like, I only seen his torso area. Never seen his face. Ever. So yes, he does look like the fan arts or whatever. He does breath sharply and floats.

Brown hair, blue eyes. Sometimes he switches up and goes blonde , blue eyes and glasses with a green beanie. ( I couldn't find a perfect picture of the blonde one (｡ﾉω＼｡). ) Just imagine a tall brown haired boy with blue eyes, with his hair like this. That's his human form for me lol.
His quiet and shy when he sneaks into my work place to work besides me. Never talks to anyone at all. But when his a customer, his all smiley and sweet to me.
