*George's POV*

I opened my eyes to see Freya sitting up, quietly petting Coal as the morning sun streamed through the blinds. I yawned, sitting up and taking Freya into my arms who curled into my chest without a word.

"You excited for today?" I whispered.

"I'm nervous," Freya smiled, "I've been up for thirty minutes and I just can't move."

I chuckled as I stood up and grabbed jeans and a grey shirt, "it's a good thing that I'll be with you all day then."

Coal jumped into Freya's arms before we left my room and headed for the kitchen where Fred was reading the paper. "Morning you two, thought you were already gone. I didn't see you last night," he raised an eyebrow as Freya's face flushed a brilliant red. "ah...I see we've learned the silencing charm finally."

Freya began to choke on her orange juice as I felt my neck heat up, "you'll come see the shop today won't you?"

"Wouldn't miss it for anything, you should get dressed now if you want to open in time though."

I glanced at the clock on the wall, it was ten until nine, Freya rushed out of the kitchen presumably to get dressed. "You'll be fine today right?"

"Yes, it's not like I've not watched the store without you before. Lee is going to be around also, it'll be fine."

"I know, I just don't want you to get swarmed, Diagon Alley is packed right now," I shrugged.

Freya came back wearing tight fitting dark jeans and a coral blue top, she was putting on deep red lipstick as she came to a stop. "Alright, let's go! See you, Freddie!" Freya said with a nervous smile on her face as Coal jumped onto the table and onto her shoulders, making himself sit like a scarf as she held out her hand for me.

The store was incredible, to the right guitars of various colors and shape hung on the wall above rows of albums, in the middle were rows of shelving dedicated to albums and CDs from different genres- both muggle and wizard a like- to the left sat the counter with Freya's violin on display in a glass cabinet. Towards the back hung various string instruments; the entire shop was light blue with a brown trim and all the shelving was colored black. Where the shelves ended sat chairs, all facing each other, a few were around small tables and there were two bookcases set up on either side of the area.

"The shop looks fantastic, love," I commented as Freya smiled up at me.

"Honestly? You're not just saying that?"

"It's incredible," I kissed her cheek as Coal jumped off her shoulders and walked over to the counter where I noticed a small vase of daisies sat. I looked at them curiously and slightly confused before walking up and looking a card to indicate where they were from. "Who are these..." I found the card and almost tossed the vase across the room, the flowers were from Draco Malfoy—that ruddy tosspot.

"I now would like to say that the shop is finally opened!" Freya said from behind me. "People will show up won't they?" her eyes were wide and slightly tearful as she started biting her nails.

"I know for a fact that you'll have customers," I smirked while taking her hands away from her face, "just think of me as your personal advertisement board."

Freya grinned, running around the counter and muttering something as she ducked down out of view and suddenly music filled the silence of the shop. "There! Perfect," Freya grinned as she appeared, stroking Coal's neck.
