I woke up to Steve calling my name and asking me to wake up. "Ugh five more minutes." I groaned turning over. "You've been asleep for 12 hours." He scoffed. I quickly sat up and checked the time it was 8:30pm. Last time I checked it was 8:30am. "Omg I need to fix my sleep schedule." I mumbled still not fully awake. "Come on get up I want to show you something." He replied nudging me trying to get me to move. "Give me five minutes." I grunted still wanting to go back to sleep. "Deal. Meet in Tony's lab in five minutes." Stevie stated going towards the door. "If you're not down in the lab in 10 minutes I'll throw all your blood bags out." He shouted as he ran down the hall to the elevator. I knew he wasn't going to do that because he was putting himself at risk but I decided to hurry up and use the bathroom and make my way down there. As soon as I made it to the lab Steve and Tony where waiting for me as well as Bruce. Now I was starting to wonder what they were up too but I don't really like to read minds without consent. Sometimes I can't help it if their thoughts are too loud. "Alrighty what's with the look on all your faces?" I asked breaking from my thoughts. "Here put this on." Tony said handing me a blindfold. "Take me to dinner fist Stark." I teased as I saw him get flustered. Steve and Bruce could only laugh at my childish joke. "Shut up goofball and just put it on." Steve ordered. As I put the blindfold on I could hear their heartbeats, I almost thought there hearts were gonna burst out of their chest because of how fast they were. "If this is a snake I'm going to eat you all." I joked trying to lighten the mood. All their breaths hitched and I knew I made them scared. "I'm kidding you guys can calm down." I stated trying to reassure them. "Shut up Stevens you can take off the blindfold now." Tony snapped at me. I hesitantly took off the blindfold to see an all black suit with some white on the chest and a all black mask. "Woah what is this?" I asked shocked and speechless. "It's your new suit. Capsicle over here wanted to surprise you and design you a suit since you're apart of the team." Tony stated. You didn't know what to do but hug them both and thank them. They seemed shocked at your gesture except for Steve but you only show affection to not many people. "I don't normally do the affection thing so don't get used to it Tony Stank." I said sending him a playful wink. "Yeah yeah try it on kid. I need to know if we need to make adjustments." He stated. It's weird having him call me kid but I don't mind I haven't had a father figure in forever so maybe he could fill that spot who knows. "Right here? Right now? Infront of all of you?" I questioned. "Isn't that a little weird?" I stated making them uncomfortable again. God this is so funny to me. "I'm playing boys just turn around I'll be quick." I scoffed trying to not make them hate me for messing with them. They all nodded in agreement and turned around. I quickly jumped out of my clothes and put on my suit. It fit like a glove and was so comfortable which was surprising. "Alright how do I look?" I posed in a superhero stance while trying not to show off. By the look of their faces I'm gonna guess it looked good because they couldn't seem to look away. "How does it feel Y/N?" Steve asked trying not to look amazed about how good you looked in your suit. "Fits perfectly like a glove and it's super comfortable." I responded great fully. "Pick up your jaws off the floor before I do it for you." Rolling my eyes as Tony and Bruce still had a shocked look on their faces. They both shook out of their trance and admired their work on how good the suit looked. "Glad you like it kid. Now you and Steve have something to talk about." He looked at Steve and winked while guiding Bruce out of the lab with him. "What's he talking Rogers?" I asked concerned. His heart rate had picked up again showing indications of nervousness. "Well... I was thinking of joining S.H.E.I.L.D. To become and Agent and work for Fury. But this means I'd have to leave to D.C. by the end of the month." He answered. He continued, "I also was wondering if you would join with me and we could get an apartment together down there?" I thought for a moment before looking back at him and smiling. "Of course I'll join with you I wouldn't want to join any other way." I stated making my way towards him to reassure him that this was totally ok with me. "Great I'll have Nat go with you to gather your things so we can get situated and start our new lives together." He ordered while smiling to himself. "It's ok I'll go find her myself I wanna show off in my new uniform." I winked at him while I made my way towards Nat and I floor. As I got on our floor I went to put my clothes away so it wasn't weird when I talked to her. *Knock Knock* "Hey Nat are you in there?" I called out. "Yea what's up?" She asked as she opened the door. She seemed confused on why I had a suit on but then she was brought back to reality. "Omg so this is what Tony and Steve were working on I didn't even bother to actually look at it. It looks great on you." She complimented. "Thanks Nat but this isn't the only reason I came up here." I laughed nervously. I heard her heart start pounding faster and her breath hitched. It confused me because she doesn't seem like the type to be nervous or show any signs of anxiety. "I was wondering if you would come with me to get my things from my apartment because I never went to get them. Also I need them because I'm moving to Washington D.C. with Steve." You informed her trying to calm her nerves. "Oh yes of course let me go grab my things." She commented as I walked to my room to Change. "Thank you Nat meet you down stairs in 5." I rushed off to hurry up and change and make my way down to the lobby. There's not need to be nervous it's not like it's a date.
NATASHA'S POV
Y/N had came knocking at my door and to my surprise she was in a mission suit. And my God did she look hot as fuck in it. But I tried to keep myself under control and compliment her on it. She had asked if we could pick up some of her things from her apartment because she was going to join S.H.E.I.L.D. And it was located in D.C. I'm glad that Steve talked her into it that meant I'd be seeing her again because we all needed to be in Fury's office in a month. But to my surprise she didn't call me 'Ms. Romanoff' or 'Agent Romanoff', or 'Natasha' she called me Nat. I didn't think she would've thought to call me that. Especially since she was so formal with me. As soon as she said it I felt butterflies in my stomach. I decided to push that feeling down because I couldn't lose to Clint. And I didn't want Steve to bother me either. I quickly grabbed a jacket and my keys and headed for the lobby and of course Y/N was already there in a A black sweatshirt and some blue jeans with black converse. "Ready to go m'lady?" She bowed as she said this. "Oh quit it you freaking 8 year old." I snapped as we walked out the door. She laughed and couldn't hold it in anymore and hopped in the car trying to catch her breath again. I decided to just relax and let loose since her apartment was only 20 minutes away. "I heard you call me Nat earlier." I stated breaking the silence. "Yeah I did... is that ok with you?" She questioned turning towards me while fidgeting with her hands. "Yes you call me anything actually. Except for Natalia, only you can call me that when we're alone." I stated with a firm tone letting her know I'm serious. "Are you sure? I don't have to have special privileges." She reassured. "I'm telling you this because I want too. You're the only other girl besides Maria so better get used to you." I chuckled as maybe I was starting to make a friend. "Yeah about that... I'm and Intersexual female. It means I'm a chick with a dick." She laughed nervously afraid of what I might think. It honestly didn't change the way I thought about her but my moment of silence must've made her seem like I was uncomfortable. "That's ok it honestly doesn't change the way I see you and you're way better than the boys anyways." I think I might've messed up with that last part because she lifted her head and and laughed. "You think I'm better than the boys?" She tried to pry as she knew I slipped up. "If I had known you'd get a big head about everything I would've never said anything." I said trying to hide my embarrassment. "Oh Natalia we've only just begun." She replied looking right at me. It made my heart skip a beat when she used my real name. Something inside me sparked in that moment. This whole bet with Clint wasn't going in my favor already and it has only been a couple hours who knows how bad it's going to be in a month. After this conversation we just talked about random things like why we were doing this at 9 o'clock at night. Y/N had explained that she had only woke up 30 minutes ago and her sleep schedule wasn't the best so why not do it now. "Damn you really are a vampire. You sleep all day and are up all night." I laughed as I made that joke. She laughed as well thinking it was true. Before we got to her apartment she spoke again, "Do you think we can stop and get Chinese? I haven't eaten in about 14 hours. We can eat it when we get to my apartment." She suggested hoping I would agree. And to be honest I was hungry too. "Sure. But you're paying." I said turning to look at her. "Only for you Natalia." She snapped back sweetly.
