*Deku's POV*
I hear my alarm vibrating the whole desk. I open my eyes from the sudden noise. I slowly get up, putting my hand over the side of my right arm, attending to the pain in it. Four days of training with Mirko-senpai was far more intense than any of the crime we had come across throughout the week so far. Although, this is exactly what I signed up for. I can feel how much I have improved. I've learnt so many new techniques and had so much insight, my experience here has been invaluable. Senpai and I have really been bonding too. She told me about her teen years, and how she used to bunk off of school to go to some underground fight clubs. Her thirst for fighting led her down a bit of a dodgy path, but eventually she came onto the hero scene. I also told her a little about my past, which brings the total number of people who knew to three: Nana, Ochaco and now Mirko-senpai. I can't exactly explain why I told her, but she just seems really trustworthy. And if she felt comfortable enough around me to tell me about her past, I felt like I should reciprocate. I slip into my gym wear before checking the time, 9.57. I get in the gym a few minutes earlier then usual. Mirko-senpai was already training... Shock! I join her in doing some cardio before we start our usual combat training. I have been working on using danger sense to the max, and by blindfolding myself during combat I am able to block out all the distractions and hone on this sense. Use it to focus on when I'm about to be hit and using my fighting knowledge to learn how to counter. To be honest, I have become better at fighting with the blindfold than without.
Training was pretty normal. Though for breakfast we went out and ate at an American diner. I ordered some pancakes with some really sweet syrup, which tasted really good. Senpai got the same, apparently pancakes are her favorite too. Once we were done, we headed back for the house, and I had a bit of time before we were due put for some hero patrolling. I decided to continue my research on this 'Meta Liberation Army' or MLA for short. So far, with the help of Nana, I have been able to find out that Destro had a son before he was incarcerated, and he's the one who is bringing back the 'MLA' from the depths. Deika city is where the new leader, Destro's son, dubbed 'Re-Destro', has his base of operation. I asked Mirko-senpai if we could take a detour past the city and she agreed. I noticed that there was a tower missing from my visit there, in comparison to the pictures of the place online. Among that, there was other buildings that were reduced to rubble. They had obviously been deacyed. Whatever happened there was pretty big. The only trace of the league of villains being involved was that one blog post I found on Monday, but I've tried checking for the post again and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I can't help but think it was taken down by someone, either the public safety commission or maybe someone on the side of the MLA that has expertise in computer science. I have a really big suspicion that the league is involved, because they have been awfully quiet, that mixed in with the suspicious disappearance of that blog, made me think it was true.
Mirko-senpai and I were on patrol as usual at his time of night. 9.37pm. We had just finished dealing with an arm's deal pretty far away from Hiroshima, when I get another tingle,
"Danger..." I simply say to senpai, she looks back at me with intense eyes,
"Lead the way Izuku." She says with a tone of lust for battle in her voice. Immediately I turn and run in the direction of the danger, As I get closer, I get a vision of Endeavor. I'm a little confused at this, why would Endeavor need our help? It doesn't matter... the matter is that someone is in need of help. As we edge closer to danger; we came across a forest and I can see a road with more of a forest on the other side of it. I get another tingle when I see a car coming from the left side. And as it approaches there a villain that comes out in front of it. Senpai and I waste not time in moving forward, still using the forest as cover. I don't think he's noticed us yet. A man comes out of the car and I realize it was Endeavor when flames combust around him. Once seeing him, we stay still for a second, making sure we observe the situation before engaging the villain seems to be talking to Endeavor, I can't make out the conversation apart from the start of it, where he shouted to the fiery man, 'Do you remember me? I'm Ending, of course. You should remember me'. The situation seems to be under control, when suddenly Ending pulls out a hostage from the forest using his quirk. Endeavor seems stunned by this, and the villain takes this opportunity to take some form of quirk enhancement drug. Ending starts manipulating the paint on the floor of the road and sharpens it before aiming for the man in front of him. I jump in and smash the paint before it reaches Endeavor. Mirko drops kick the villain knocking him out cold, despite the fact he had just used a drug to enhance his ability. Her strength still amazes me. I go over to free the hostage, while Mirko was capturing Ending. Once I take the paint-make-shift-binding of the man I noticed he looked familiar. I hear a voice coming from the car,
