Chapter 55: The End

The house
Allys Pov

"Danny and Carolynn love her." Ben said, walking back over to me. I was sitting on the couch. "How is she?" I asked. "She's sleeping. So is Danny. Care-bear is playing with her toys in her room." Ben said, sitting next to me. "I can't believe we missed her third birthday because we were in the hospital." I said. "Well we had a very good excuse. I was only there for half the day with her, she said she had a lot of fun with Elliott, Clara, Danny, Emerson, and Nate. She probably won't even remember that we weren't here on her birthday in a couple of years." he said.

"You're probably right." I said. Danny started crying. "I'll get him." Ben said. "No, I'll get him. I'm fully healed if I wasn't I wouldn't have been discharged." I said. "Okay then." Ben smiled. I walked upstairs to Dannys room.

Danny was standing in his crib, holding on to the railing. "Hey buddy!" I said. He raised his arms up so I could hold him. I picked him up, "You wanna go see dada?" I asked. His eyes lit up and he started clapping his hands. "I'll take that as a yes." I said before taking Daniel down to the living room where Ben and I were before Danny woke up.

Ben smiled as he saw us walking down the stairs. "Someone wanted to come see daddy." I said, tickling Dannys stomach, making him giggle. "Aw, come here little guy." Ben said. I gave Danny to him. Soon enough Carolynn came walking down the stairs.

She ran over to Ben and I. "Hey little girl!" I said. "I'm bored. Can we go see Ewiott?" she said, sitting on the floor. "I don't know, Care. How about we call Aunt Meg and ask?" I said. "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" she said. I picked up my phone and called Meg.

"Hey Meg!" I said. "Hey Ally. How are you?" she said. "I'm good. We're good. Everythings um, good. Listen, Carolynn really wants to see Elliott and she was wondering if we could come over." I said. "Of course! Elliotts about two minutes away from a meltdown. He wants to see Carolynn too!" she said. I laughed, "We'll be over there in about ten minutes." I said. "Okay bye."
"Can we go? Can we go? Can we go?" Carolynn asked. I smiled, "Yes, we can go, princess." I said, stroking her dark brown hair. "Yay!" she said. "But you have to wear a jacket because it's a little cold outside." I said to her. "Okay mommy." she said. "Let's go upstairs and get your things. And your sister." I said. Ben was playing with Danny on the floor. Carolynn and I walked up the stairs. "Go get your jacket and your shoes while I get your sister." I said. "Otay!" she said. I walked into Ellas nursery, "Hey big girl! We're going to go to Aunt Meg and Uncle Coreys house. We're gonna get you all dressed, okay?" I whispered as I picked her up. "Hey Ben, can you get their diaper bag packed?" I called out. "Okay." he said.

I got Ella dressed into a light blue onesie and a little headband to match. I walked downstairs with her in my arms. "We ready to go?" I said. "Yup." Ben said, holding Danny in one arm. "Okay let's go then." I said. Ben got Danny in his car seat while I got Ella in hers. Carolynn got herself in the carseat.

"Do you guys wanna listen to music?" I asked. "Yes pwease!" Carolynn said. I put some music on, showtunes specifically. Hamilton, In The Heights, 21 Chump Street, basically anything by Lin Manuel Miranda, and lastly some Newsies. Danny and Carolynn both LOVED Newsies. Ben quietly hummed along to the songs. I smiled at my family.

We got to Meghans house. We were told Jeremy and Ashley were going to come over later for a little bit so, we had to invite everyone.

| Hey! So we were thinking what if y'all came over to our house? We could have a mini-party!

Ashley
| Ooh, yeah we'll be there after we finish up here.

Andrew
| We'll be there!

Kara
| Sounds like fun!!

"Hey!" I said as Meg opened the door. She was holding Nate. Although Ella was about two weeks older than Nate he was still bigger since Ella was really premature. Three months premature to be exact.

About thirty minutes later everyone else had arrived. Carolynn, Elliott, and Clara were playing in Elliott and Nates room with all the boys toys. Emerson and Danny were in the living room watching Newsies on the TV to calm them down after a meltdown. And lastly Ella and Nate were sleeping, because, well they're babies.

"It just feels weird that we're basically all married and have kids. It feels like just yesterday we were having our first kiss." I said. Ashley smiled, "That was like what? 10 years ago?" she said. "Yup. I was 19 then and I'm 29 now." I said. "You're getting old." Kara laughed. "Shut up you're literally 36." I said, making everyone laugh. Kara and I were really close but we always got on each others nerves. Andrew took a sip of his drink, "We were all so young back then. It's so crazy." he said.

I cuddled into Bens chest. One of the babies started crying. "Is that mine or yours?" Meg asked. "Mine but she'll probably wake yours-" Nate started crying. "up too." I finished. Meg and I both got up and went over to the babies. "Hey princess- oh you need a diaper change. Babe, can you get the diaper bag?" I said. "On it." he responded, getting the diaper bag. He came into Meg and Coreys room where the babies were sleeping since the big kids were taking over Elliott and Nates room.

He gave me a diaper and some wipes. I quickly changed Ella so she would fall back asleep. Meg fed Nate and then we both went back to our group. "We're back." I announced as I sat back down next to Ben. "We were just talking about how when we were auditioning Ben thought Jeremy was an intern or something like that." Kara said.

Bens face was a light shade of pink. "Not one of my proudest moments." he laughed. "But you got the part. If you didn't we wouldn't have met." I said. "That would've sucked." everyone said in unison. We all laughed. "You guys still would have probably met. I mean, I still got the role of Jack like 2 years later. I would've introduced you guys." Corey said. "Well thank god for Corey." Tommy said, sort of drunk. Where he got the alcohal from? None of us knew or questioned it.

I laughed a little. "We've all been friends for ten years. It just doesn't seem real. We've all had such an impact in each others lives. I can't imagine not having you guys now." Meg said. I smiled, "I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for you guys." I said. "None of would have." "I love you guys so freaking much." I said. Meg and Ashley were tearing up. Jeremy chuckled and wrapped his arm around Ashley. Corey did the same to Meg.

"Okay kiddos it's time for bed." I said going into Carolynns room where she and Danny were playing. "Okay mommy." Carolynn said. "Can we stay with you and Daddy tonight?" she asked as we went to the bathroom to brush her teeth. "We'll have to ask Daddy but sure princess." I said. "Yayy!" she squealed.

"Can we stay with you and Mommy tonight?" Carolynn asked Ben. "Of course!" Ben said. Carolynn ran into Bens arms. Ben kissed the top of her head. I got Danny and Ella and we walked over to Ben and I's room.

Carolynn and Danny fell asleep fast. Ella was also asleep. Ben kissed the top of my head before he himself went to sleep.

Eleven years ago if you told me I would be married to a broadway star and have three kids with him I would have said that you were crazy. I would have said you were out of your mind. But here I am now, laying awake in bed besides my husband, my three year old, my soon to be one year old, and my baby girl.

It all just seems Meant to Be.
