Chapter 43: C.E.J

Today was Bens day off so we were pretty much just going to spend time with Care-bear all day. "I can't believe our little girl is almost nine months old!" Ben said, holding Carolynn. "I know! Just seven days until she's officially nine months!" I said, sitting down on the couch with them.

Ben laughed. "So can we have another one now?" I asked. "Uh, no." he said. "But why?" I whined, "Care would be the best big sister. Isn't that right Care-bear?" I said, picking her up. "I agree but we're both so busy right now, Al. Maybe next year-" he got cut off by my phone ringing. I picked it up, "Hey what's-" I heard screaming. "Oh my gosh! What the hell is happening Jeremy?!" I said, panicked.

"It's happening!" he said. "What's happening?!" I asked. "Baby girl's coming!" he said. "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! How's Ashley? Oh, oh, tell her the ice chips don't do shit and to get an epidural, those work." I said.

"I will. Can you call the rest of the guys?" he asked. "Yeah of course! We'll see you guys later or tomorrow. Call us when she arrives!" I said, excitedly. Jeremy laughed, "I will. Bye Ally."

"Bye Jer." I said before hanging up. Ben was covering Carolynns ears, "Language, babe!" he said. "Ashleys in labor!" I said. "HOLY SHIT!" he said. "Hypocrite." I said.

He laughed, "Sorry! Carolynns gonna get a knew friend!" he said. "I know! I'm so happy for them. You ready to get a new friend Care-bear?" I said.

She babbled and clapped her hands. "ma-" she said. I gasped, "Oh my gosh Ben!" I said. "Is she?" he asked. I smiled, "Care can you say mama?" I asked. "Say mama." Ben said, tickling her. "Ma- m." she babbled. "C'mon princess, you can do it!" I said. "mama." she said. I smiled, "Ah! You did it princess! You did it!" I said, kissing her cheeks. "You did it!" Ben said. "Oh, we're so proud of you bunny!" we said.

"I can't believe our little girl's all grown up." Ben said, holding Carolynn closely to his chest. I ran my hands through Carolynns hair, "Me either."

-a couple hours later-

Carolynn was napping and Ben and I were patiently waiting for any news on baby girl Jordan. Ben was making dinner while I was calling Kara and the others, giving them updates.
"Hey Kara!" I said. "Hey! Is baby girl Jordan here yet?" she asked. "Nope, not yet but Jeremy texted and said that Ashleys at 7 centimeters. Ben and I have some news though." I said. "Oh my god! Are you pregnant again?" she said. "What? No! No! Carolynn said her first word today!" I said. "Oh! Aw my niece is growing up." she said. I laughed, "I know! She needs to stop!" I said. She giggled. "Oh! I got a text from Jeremy!" I said. "Update me please!" she said. "Of course! Bye."

"Jeremy texted! She's here!" I yelled. "Baby Jordan's here?!" he asked. "She's here!"

I called Jeremy. "She's here!" he said. "Ah! Congratulations you guys! How's Ashley doing? Oh, how's baby girl doing?" "Thank you, she's great, she's 8 pounds 7 ounces. She's perfect." he said, happily. "Send pictures!" I said. He laughed, "I will. I have to go call everyone!" he said. "We'll do it. You go with your family!" I said. "Thanks Ally." he said. "Don't forget the pictures!" I said. He laughed and then ended the call.

"She's eight pounds seven ounces!" I said to Ben. "Did you tell him to send pictures?" Ben asked. "Of course I did. Ohp- he just sent some." I said, walking over to him.

"She's adorable!" we said. I kissed Ben quickly. "I'm going to go update everyone then we can go to the hospital and meet Clara Jordan." I said. He smiled, "I'll get Care." he said.

I know it's not a Ben chapter but Clara!!!
