Allison is Kara Lindsays younger sister and best friend. She meets a tall dark haired man with gorgeous green eyes. They start off as friends but it quickly escalates into something much more than just friends.
"It's meant to be."
"Like us?"
"Exac...
"So he can go home now?" I asked the doctor. (it's two weeks later from the last chapter) "Yes. He is 100% recovered. You can go home." the doctor said.
-an hour later-
Ben got wheeled off to the car while I held some of the hospital bags. And by some I mean one because Ben didn't let me carry any of the heavy bags because of the baby. At this point in my pregnancy I was past the whole morning sickness phase and my bump was showing more than it was since Ben got admitted.
"You ready to go home babe?" I asked Ben. "Yes, I can finally get some alone time with my wife of two years and one month." Ben said, chuckling a little bit. I giggled and said "Technically still not alone alone time since well the baby. But I get your point."
"Should we have a gender reveal party?" he asked. "Do you really want to know that badly?" I said, smiling at Ben. "Yes." Ben said. "Well we still have a couple more months until the baby's born. I could call Kara and Meghan." I said.
"Sounds good babe."
One week later. April 10th, 2018 4:45 PM Ally and Bens apartment Allys Pov
Kara and Meghan planned a gender reveal party for Ben and I. They both know the gender of baby Fankhauser. "Okay is everyone here?" Kara announced. Tommy, Andrew, Scott, Corey, Meghan, Jeremy, Ashley, Kevin, Ben and I said "Yeah." "okay great! We're all here today to find out the gender of baby Fankhauser! Corey, Jeremy, can you bring in the box?" She asked. Corey and Jeremy walked out of the room and brought in a brown box decorated with our last name in pink and blue.
"Okay now, ladies and gentlemen are you ready to find out the gender of baby Fankhauser?" Kara said. "Ben and Ally, come over here." Ben and I walked over to the box. "Ben, what do you think it is?" Meghan asked, holding a fake microphone and Elliott in her arms. "I think it's a girl." Ben said, smiling. "Now you ,Ally. Boy or girl?" Kara asked. "I think it's also a girl." I said, putting a hand on my now visible baby bump.
"Both Fankahusers think it's a girl! Now are you guys ready." Ashley said to us. "Yes! We're ready." Ben and I said. Kara smiled and said "Okay now on the count of three you guys are going to open the box."
Ben and I got ready. Our friends counted down from three and we opened the box. Pink and blue balloons came out of the box. "What?" I said, trying to figure out what the fuck happened. "Does this mean it's twins?" Ben said. "Nope it was a trick! Now come over here into the kitchen." Ashley said.
The group followed us into the kitchen. Corey handed Ben and I a knife while Kara pulled out a cake from the fridge. "Okay so one of you is going to cut the cake. The cake is filled with either pink or blue frosting. When ever you're ready guys." Ashley said.
Ben and I held the knife and cut the cake. We pulled out the knife, which was covered with purple frosting. "Is this supposed to be another joke because I'm getting sick of this." I said while putting the knife on the counter. "No! The bakery must've messed it up!" Kara said. "I'll call the bakery." Meghan said.
She left the room to call the bakery. Elliot sarted crying so Corey took him from his car seat. Meghan walked back in. "You guys want to know?" she said, jokingly. "Well duh!" I said. She smiled and said "It's a girl!"
Ben wrapped his arms around me and picked me up off the ground slightly. "We're having a girl!" I said, still hugging Ben.
"We're having a girl!" Ben repeated. He kissed my head. "Ah, my baby sisters having a babygirl!" Kara said, smiling while also tearing up a little. "Ah i know!" I said hugging her. "Why are you crying!" Kara said. "Oh shut up it's the hormones!" I said, wiping my eyes.
