Flo's P.O.V
This is it, I can finaly get away. Eric wasn't in town for the next day and I could finally leave without only having afew hours to get far from him.
I checked over everything on my rucksack. Clothes check, map check, money check, food check, baby bottles check, nappies check, wash bag check, bible check. After strapping Sam into his carseat, pulled off my ring, and wrote a note to Eric,
Eric,
I do not love you and never will. I don't think I ever have. I was blinded with loss and I was scared. I needed someone and you were there. I don't think you ever loved me either and I'm fine about that.
Don't chase me because I will never stop running.
I won't miss you,
Flo (I'm taking Sam with me).
I left the note on the table along with the ring and climbed into the car. I was finally going to be free.
Eric P.O.V
I screwed up the paper into a tight ball and threw it into the bin. That girl caused me more hassle than she's worth but I got some news for you Mrs Flo, I won't stop chasing either.
