Two days later.

Tony.
Steve.
Thor.
Loki.
You sit next to Bucky on the quinn jet. Headed to Washington.
You" guys, if this doesn't go the way we-"
Bucky" doll, I've told you 100 times and I'll tell you again. Nothing bad is going to happen."
Loki" yeah to her.."
Thor" brother you will be fine."
Loki rolls his eyes but you can literally feel the nerves coming off of him in waves.
Your foot is constantly bouncing.
Tony" 20 minutes out guys. Get ready for landing."
Steve comes up to you guys and sits.
Steve" ok guys. When we get there were landing on the roof, and there's gonna be alot of people. Everyone is going to surround y/n and loki and were going to walk in. Then we're all gonna get ready because we need to go over legistics before the actual trial. Both of you are going to be taken into a room and asked a couple questions. They most likely will be filming. Don't worry because one of us will be in the room with you. After that we just hang out in the hotel rooms untill tomorrow."
You and Loki nod your head.
Your knee starts bouncing faster.
Bucky places his hand on your knee and you instantly calm.
You let out a sigh and close your eyes and take a deep breath.
You land smoothly and take off your seat belt.
Bucky dissapers into the cockpit for a second.
Bucky" here take these. "
He hands you a pair of sunglasses and a baseball cap.
Before you can take the hat though, he smiles and places it on your head.
You chuckle and shake your head a bit before giving him a quick peck.
Bucky then hands you a box.
Bucky" it's about time you have this."
You open the box and inside is a phone. You gasp and look at him.
Bucky" it's fitted with Jarvis, and all of our numbers are already programed."
You hug him.
You" thank you."
Bucky pecks the top of your head then takes your hand and walks with you up to the hanger door.
You slip the phone into your jacket pocket then lean against Bucky a bit to try and ease your worry.
Loki stands in a pair of black dress slacks and a plack hoodie.
The hood has been partially put over his head and he also has a pair of sunglasses. He gives you a quick tight liped smile, and you give the same back.
Tony walks up to you holding the bridge of his nose.
Tony" y/n, Loki, I'm sorry there's no way I get you out of this. I just got off he phone with the head of homeland."
Your eyes widen.
Bucky" Tony what happened."
Tony" they both have to wear blockers."
Steve" are you serious?! Don't they know it could be dangerous for her?? And we just took them off of Loki."
Your eyes widen when you realize what he means.
Your going to have to wear power blocking bracelets.
You'll be almost completely defenseless.
Tony" they know and they don't care. If they don't wear them their being taken on the spot."
Bucky" that's complete bullshit!she's not going to hurt anyone!"
He says furiously.
You turn to him and grab his face
You" and you know that. And I know it, and Steve and Tony and Thor and Nat and Loki know it. But they haven't meet me. All they know is that I used to be hydra, and I've fought on your side a few times. Don't blame them for being scared."
He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath as you calm him down, literally, by using your powers.
Tony" I'll try to get them off you as soon as possible."
The hanger opens and fury walks on. You can hear the snaps of cameras and the yells of the paparazzi and reporters behind them.
The hanger closes and fury walks over to Loki and grabs both his wrist, then slaps bracelets on him.
Thor" must you be so rough."
He starts walking over to you but bucky stands infront of you and holds out his hand.
Bucky" I'll put them on her."
Fury nods once, hands him the bracelets then turns to Steve and Nat.
Bucky takes your hand and walks away from the group a bit.
Bucky" doll I'm so sorry, I didn't know-"
He says looking at the ground. You interrupt him before he can blame himself further.
You" Bucky!"
He looks at you.
You" it's not your fault. It's ok."
Bucky takes your hands and rest his forehead against yours.
Bucky" I'm sorry.."
He gently kisses you, and at the same time he puts the bracelets on.
You suddenly feel heavy, like someone is pushing down your shoulders.
His hands then move up to cup your cheeks.
Your arms instantly wind around his waist and pull him closer.
*Cough, cough*
You and Bucky break apart and turn to see Nat standing there.
She smirks for a second before her face turns more serious.
Nat" it's time to go sweetie."
You lace your fingers with Bucky's and walk back to the group.
You all stand in silence for a second.
You let go of bucky and give tony a hug.
Tony" what's this for kid."
He says gently rubbing our back.
You" just... Thank you for everything."
Tony" don't even go ther-"
You" if I don't and something happens I'm going to regret not saying anything for the rest of my life."
You let him go and move to steve.
You" I'm sorry I swear so much.."
He laughs.
Steve" I really don't give a shit if you do but thanks"
You move to Nat who you can tell is worried.
Nat pulls you in.
Nat" everything is going to be fine."
You" thank you for helping me gain back some confidence."
You then turn to Thor, who gladly hugs you.
You" even though we don't really know each other you made me laugh alot so thank you."
Thor" we will see each other again lady y/n, I assure you."
Then you turn to Loki.
His hands are behind his back. You walk up to him and wrap your arms around his neck.
You" well both get through this."
After a few seconds an arm wraps around your waist. Then two.
After a minute he pulls away. He gives you a smile and rest his hand on your shoulder.
Loki" I wish you the best of luck. If they aren't completely incoherent, then you will be fine."
You chuckle at his jab to the homeland directory bored.
You turn to fury and reach out your hand knowing that hugging him was probably put of the question.
You" director, thank you for all you've done."
Fury reaches out and shakes your hand.
Fury" for the record y/n, I hope to continue working with you in the future."
You give him a smile at his attempt at comforting you.
Bucky takes your hand and you step closer to him.
Fury" let's go"
You push your hat lower and put your sunglasses on.
As soon as you walk out of the quinn, people are yelling and taking your picture. Armed guards surround your group and
talk you to the door. Luckily youre able to make it inside fairly quickly.
Even though there aren't any paparazzi, the armed men still surround you.
Bucky" you can take the hat and stuff off now."
You do exactly as he says and a few men in suits walk up to you.
Fury" this is director ford, head of homeland, Phil culson, SHEILD agent, and some FBI agents.
The FBI agents start walking twords you and Loki.
Bucky steps I front of you.
Ford" both of you will be taken for priliminary interviews. Then to a room untill tomorrow. As for the rest of you thank you for coming we'll see you before the trial. Someone will come get you for your interview soon."
Agents walk to Loki and grab his arm.
Thor" unhand Him!"
Fury" Thor. Let him go."
Thor" I won't leave him alone."
Fury" you have to"
Ford" with all due respect, mr.god, you're not aloud to be in physical contact untill the trial."
Bucky" and all due respect Mr.ford, I'm not leaving my girlfriend alone."
Ford turns to you and Bucky.
Ford" and to be frank Mr.Barnes, I don't give a fuck what you want. No physical contact untill the trial."
He looks at you then back to Bucky.
Ford" take them were behind schedule."
A few men move to grab you but Bucky's hand shoots out an grabs the hand of the person bold enough to reach for you first.
Bucky" don't.fucking.touch.her. and get your hands off of him."
He points at loki.
Ford" Barnes if you don't cooperate then I'll throw you in max sequrity. Along with your girlfriend."
You notice furys fist clench. You step infront of buck and place your hand on his chest.
You" it's ok. I'll see you soon."
He wraps his arms around you, then kisses you with as much passion he as he can.
Ford" take them."
Suddenly hands are grabbing you and pulling you and Bucky apart.
Bucky" y/n, I love you."
You wriggle against the men holding you as they drag you away
You" I love you too."
Bucky turns to fury.
Bucky" you can stop this!!"
Fury looks down then at Bucky.
Fury" Barnes I'm sorry. I don't have a say in this. It's out of my hands."
Steve" still, they shouldn't be man handling them!"
Fury" Steve, there's nothing I can do."
Tony" what are we supposed to do now? Just sit and wait?!"
Fury" yes. That's all you can do. That's what I have to do. I'm being called to the stand to. I'm in the same boat you are."
Your taken into a white room with no windows and a metal table.
The man fury said whos name was culson walks into the room after a few minutes.
Culson" y/n my name is agent culson, I'm sorry Bucky and everyone can't be here with you, but it's protacall for the trial."
You nod your head.
Culson" I also am required to tell you that this conversation is being recorded and that the footage or audio my be used in the trial."
You" I understand."
Culson" let's get started then shall we."
You" ok."
Culson" in your records, when we first found you you said that you had no memories of your past. Is that still true?"
You" I've started to regain some memories. Mainly about my brother and aunt. But some have been about hydra."
You notice his eyebrows raise.
Culson" that's great y/n! I'm glad your regaining some stuff. I wish you didn't have to remember hydra, but hey. Now, we know you were exsperimented on, tell me about that."
You look down at the table.
You" they.. injected me with all kinds of things. I tried to remember what did what, but after a while my powers started showing up and I lost track of the difference."
He nods his head.
Culson" did they ever hurt you physically. i know it's a redundent question, but I still have to ask."
You" yes. Millions of times."
Culson"Did they hurt you mentally"
You let out a dry chuckle.
You" I'd say the nightmares and panic attacks make that a yes."
He gives you a grim smile.
Culson" y/n I don't want to sound insensitive, but how many people did you kill."
Your breath hitches and a tear falls down your cheek.
You" alot."
Culson" did you do it out of your own free will?"
You scoff.
You" of course not. I didn't want to. I didn't have any sense of direction when I was there. The days blurr together after six years. But I remember ever single life I've taken. And it haunts me."
He gives you a tight lipped smile and continues asking questions.
After an hour and a half, you're holding back tears. You basically had to tell him about every person you killed, everytime they beat you, every time they wiped you.
Culson stands and pushes in his chair.
Culson" thank you for answering my questions. If you'll follow me I'll take you to the room you'll be staying in tonight."
You stiffly nod your head and stand.
You walk out of the room and are instantly surround by who your assuming are SHEILD agents.
You walk to the elevator and take it down to the 15th Floor.
He walks you down the hall and opens a door. You enter and see a queen size bed and a TV.
Culson" unfortunately the tv is limited but there are a ton of movies. And Someone will be by later to get you food."
You nod your head.
Culson takes a breath.
Culson" y/n for the record. I can't even imagine what you've been through. And I'm sorry that you had to go through that."
You give him a tight liped smile and he does the same then goes to leave the room. But before he can walk out of the door he turns back to you.
Culson" remeber. No. Physical. contact."
He says emphasizing every word, then shuts the door.
You let out a Shakey sigh.
You take off your Jacket and toss it on the bed, but it falls to the floor instead.
How ever, your jacket lands with an unusually loud thud.
You pick it up curiously, and notice that the weight is heavier on one side.
You search through the pockets and gasp when you feel the cool smartphone sitting there.
You look around then go into the bathroom.
Ford and Culson never said anything about verbal contact.
You take a deep breath and pray to all things sugary that your plan doesn't backfire.
You" Jarvis?"
Your phone screen lights up.
Jarvis" yes Mrs. y/n, how may I be of assistance."
You let out another Shakey sigh at the sound of the ai.
You" it's good to hear you Jarvis, can you call Bucky?"
Jarvis" im detecting elevated anxiety, I assume your nervous for tomorrow. I assure you everything will be fine. Dialing Mr.Barnes for you now."
Before you can say thank you the phone starts ringing.
After two rings he answers the phone.
Bucky" hello? Who is this?"
He sounds frazzled and exhausted.
You" Bucky"
Not even two seconds after you say his name he starts rambling.
Bucky" oh my god y/n! Are you ok? Where are you? Are you hurt? Are you still in the building?"
You" I'm ok.. I'm in a room on the fifteenth floor. And other then my arm being sore from them dragging me into that room, I'm ok."
Bucky" doll I'm so sorry, I'm trying everything I can to get to you right now."
You" it's ok, there's nothing you can do. You'll get thrown in jail. As long as your in the same building I'm ok."
Bucky" who questioned you?"
Your mood instantly drops 20 fold.
You" agent Culson."
Bucky is silent for a second.
Bucky" hey doll, do me a favor. On your phone when you pull it away from your ear, there should be an icon with a camera. Can you click that for me?"
You" ok"
You pull the phone away from your face.
You find the icon he's taking about then you see your face pop up on the screen.
After a second your video moves to the corner and Bucky appears on your screen.
He's has a small smile on his face and as soon as you see him you smile.
You" Bucky.."
He smiles bigger.
Bucky" hey trandafirul meu."
You" where are you?"
Bucky" 9th floor. They separated us as soon as you left, so I don't know how anyone is. But I'm sure their ok. Question is, are you."
You look down.
You" yeah I'm ok."
Bucky" nah ah ah. Don't close me out sweetie. Talk to me.. please."
A tear falls down your cheek.
You" I had to relive everything.i had to say it out loud, and I think that just made it extremely real."
Bucky" I wish I could have been there for you. I know it's not easy. But you know what? You did it. And I'm so proud of you."
You let out a small chuckle then you see him smile.
Bucky" there's that laugh I love so much."
A small smile stays on your lips.
7:30 pm.
Bucky stayed on the phone with you until someone came and knocked on his door.
You called and checked on everyone you could, but you weren't able to contact Thor or Loki.
You hear footsteps outside of your door, then a soft knock. You get up and look through the peep hole and see Culson.
You gently open the door and greet him with a small smile,
You" agent Culson, what's up?"
He gives you a smile.
Culson" please, just call me Phill, and I have some food for you."
You look at his hand and see a takeout container. He has a smile on his face.
You curiously take the styrofoam box from his outstretched hand.
Phill" enjoy."
You give him a small smile.
You" thanks."
He gives you a nod then walks away.
You step back and close the door, then sit on your bed.
As soon as you open the box, the smell of chicken and tomato fills the room.
Chicken parm.
You then notice the note taped to the inside.
Hey doll,
I was able to get them to let me into the kitchen in this place. Luckily the had everything to make chicken parm. I'm sorry I can't be there with you, and I'm sorry I'm not able to stay on the phone with you. Ford said no physical contact untill the trial,so I'll see you a bit before hand. I miss you, I love you, try and get some sleep. Remember I'm just a few floors down. If you have any problems or anything, just call.
