STORYTIME!
There's always something... evil that comes out of Logan when everyone decides to play a friendly game of monopoly. Everything always starts out as fun and games until Logan starts to make alliances, making deals, and forging his own financials empire, refusing to quit until he nor only owns the board; but has created a pyramid scheme out of the rest of the players. Roman and Virgil are determined to defeat him, Remy wants to own the most lit places, Patton just wants to have fun with everyone, Remus is just here to mess with everyone and to be included, and Deceit is here to actually play Logan's game.
"Remus, I propose that you go ahead and sell me your red property. I will give you four hundred fifty dollars for the property and I will personally pay for the 'Mad House' Hotel you plan on creating on your 'North Carolina Avenue'."
Remus grinned his comical devilish grin, handing over the property and accepting the the stack of money. Roman snickered at the foolishness of his impulsive brother. Remus always was the impulsive type. Deceit watched Logan's extange, making sure he gave Remus his correct amount of money (he cheats them out sometimes in the spirit of a true businessman). Virgil's face went pale. Virgil owns the other red property. Logan's financial empire always begins with either the red or the magenta properties.
"Now Virgil, I see you own 'Illinois Avenue'. What would you say that I trade you both of my light blue properties: 'Vermont and Oriental Avenues' for that simple little red property? A monopoly for a monopoly."
Virgil looked between Roman and Deceit, the only two he really needs to worry for. Patton is already almost bankrupt but doesn't really care because he is having fun. He'll end up losing soon and begging to join Virgil or Roman's 'team'. Deceit just kept smiling like the slimy bastard he was. Roman was sweating buckets because he has three unfinished monopolies and running low on money. Remus, however, was making his Mad House on his prized green property monopoly nice and spiffy by creating little people who are swimming in a pool of cockroaches next to the hotel. Virgil looked back at Logan. Time to strike a deal, even though Logan's was perfectly good.
"Nah. I'll sell you Illinois Avenue for three hundred fifty. A pretty nice price. But you have to form an alliance with me and not Deceit."
Virgil smirked, holding up the property in front of Logan's greedy green eyes. Logan stared at Virgil, making a deceision. Then Logan sideways glanced at Deceit, who always was his business partner until everyone was defeated. Meanwhile Remy was just trying to take the blue properties. He gave up fighting for the utilities and green properties. The dark sides don't like the budge on what they want. So Remy settled for stealing a yellow property from Deceit in revenge and for a bargaining chip.
"Your turn, Roman."
And that's one turn in the begining of the game. Why don't we fast forward into soemthing towards the end of the game? After the first two or three people duck out bankrupt. That's when the magic happens and Logan becomes one with Remus and Deceit's kind. Logan will alsheas slick his hair back when it's time to get serious, and that's always when Patton is out of the game. He does not want to murder Patton economically.
So Logan owns the entire left side of the board apart from the utilities. He also owns the red properties. Remus owns the entire right side of the board and the brown properties, laughing as he snacks on some deodorant. Deceit owns the yellow properties and the utilities. All of them. Lastly, poor little Virgil is about to die with only a monopoly on the light blue properties. He has hotels on all his properties and rides on milking his monopoly. He has decent cash, but everyone knows that he is about to be blood in the water. Roman, Patton, and Remy were out. Patton was on Virgil's 'team' while Roman and Remy left to go do something related to fashion.
"Hey Virgil, what if you were left all alone in a dark room with no lights and no way out for 24 hours? HA! you should have seen the look on your face! Ah, don't interrupt me I'm going somehwere. What if we struck a deal? We help eachother, yeah? And when one of us loses the other gets to own all of the other's money and properties! We gotta deal?"
Remus leaned his hand over to Virgil, who noticed at how housepoor Remus was. One or the other was next, so he might as well. Virgil was about to shake on it when Deceit excised he had another idea.
"OR, Remus, Logan and I can give you a loan to help you earn more money and take over the rest of that side of the board~"
There's a special way how loans work in this world. It was a thing that Logan made up to spice up the game. Logan smirked, having an alliance with Deceit like always. Okay, so loans work at an interest per turn. Logan is much more brutal with interest, but starts at low numbers. Deceit is the opposite. Virgil watched with a frown, holding Patton's hand under the table as Remus took up Deceit's loan that would eventually destroy him. Why? Because if you earn a debt three times your loan you immediately go bankrupt and everything you own goes to the highest bidder per property, keeping the houses/hotels.
"Sid hundred dollars with a five dollar interest rate per every other turn."
They shook on it, and within very few turns his debt was too high and Remus was out. He shrugged and kept sitting there, eating his deodorant while some of it got stuck in his mustache. But before he went bankrupt he finally did something smart: he sold all his houses and hotels so that nobody could have his Mad House. Virgil used up all his money now buying boardwalk and park place, getting both blue monopolies and buying two houses each, And managed to convince Deceit to let him have the Brown properties. Logan ended up with the trend. Virgil was back in the game.
But this particular game went way unpredicted. Deceit folded and split his properties between Logan and Virgil. Logan was confused until he realized that Virgil and Logan respectively own half of the board and both have a high amount of money. Patton was super excited and cheering Virgil on, Deceit also sitting on Virgil's side of the table. Deceit smirked at Logan. Logan really should not have stolen his special biscuits for his silly Crofters. Virgil couldn't believe this. He was in the final two in a game of monopoly with Logan.
"Logan, I have a deal. I will give you the rest of the utilities for your red properties, all hotels included."
Virgil stared at Logan dead in the eye, highkey scared and worried. Logan also looked him dead in the eye, stoic and expressionless as ever. Logan looked at the board, cracking his knuckles and letting out a deep sigh.
"I will give you my oranges, but not my reds. Deal?"
Virgil shook his head. He wanted the reds. Logan always bragged that reds were the most commonly landed on properties. Virgil passed the dice to Logan, who was landed directly between Virgil's brown properties. He was in Virgil's territory and his luck was about to run out. If he gets an eight, he's safe. Anything else then he'll be paying up to Virgil. Logan realized this and decided that he needs to make a deal with Virgil.
"I will trade my orange monpoly for your light blue monopoly, paying back every dollar for each house on both properties via bank."
Virgil shook his head grinning. He was winning. He was in a very good position. Virgil was on free parking and he also was in a terrible position, but the dice luck was on his side. Remus cackled, eating his deodorant like popcorn as he watched the game. That or he was watching his two little fake action figments fighting to the death on the green properties since Logan let him. Logan owns the greens.
"Considering that we both are in positions that are very... i convienant to us I suggest you pull a loan from me so that you can pay your inevitable doom."
You know what? Just because Deceit and Patton were doubting him and shaking their heads no, Virgil smirked. He had his own loan he wanted to take out from Logan to give him false superiority. Logan's going to end up on one of his properties anyways.
"Six hundred dollar loan, one dollar per turn interest rate. Take it or leave it."
They shook on it and Virgil took the six hundred. He had three times the amount already, but he wants to wait. Virgil's confidence sunk out of his face as he landed on jail for just visiting. Virgil took the dice and took a deep breath. He rolled the dice, hoping for a ten. He rolled an eleven. A six and a five. The greens had major money. He owed eleven hundred dollars. Now Virgil ask in the gutter with a six hundred and one dollar loan. Virgil ended up paying that back right on the dot, left with ninety nine dollars.
Logan chuckled, taking that much money away from Virgil. At least if Virgil rolls higher than a four he can get back into his territory. But do you want to know what happens? He rolls a three and decides to go bankrupt. He doesn't want to give Logan he pleasure of having to sell all his hotels and houses and properties to pay another eleven hundred. Deceit smacked him upside the head for being so stupid and cocky. Virgil was almost there!
And that's why Logan always wins at Monopoly.

Yeah this happened. I changed this from an analogical to a brutal game of monopoly. Have fun.
