A/N: So this takes place in kindergarten.
Marty was peacefully sipping on an apple juice box and snacking on graham crackers.
One of the biggest jerk in the classroom, Reed, came over to him and grabbed his graham crackers.
Marty was about to protest but Reed just started talking.
"No boy wears earrings and scarves,"Reed mocked.
Marty stayed quiet like usual.
"What, got nothing to say dork,"Reed mocked.
"Hey, leave him alone,"A girl challenged walking up to them.
"What are you gonna do about it,"Reed asked,"You're just a weak little girl."
"I'm stronger and have more potential than you'll ever have,"She cocked,"So just leave him alone."
Reed walked away and threw the graham crackers into the trash.
The girl sat across from Marty and asked,"Are you alright?"
He nodded.
"Are you hungry,"She asked.
He nodded again.
"Do you want any of my crackers,"She asked extended her bag of crackers.
He nodded.
"Okay but you have to talk,"She said,"Because I need to know your name. I'm Buffy."
"I'm Marty,"Marty mumbled.
"Great,"Buffy said extending her snack farther across the table.
Marty smiled and took some of the crackers.
"Thank you,"Marty said.
"So, you like apple juice,"Buffy asked.
Marty nodded.
"I prefer berry myself,"Buffy said,"Hey, why don't you talk very much?"
"I don't like to talk about it,"Marty said looking down.
"Is it just because you're shy,"Buffy asked.
"Not entirely,"Marty said.
"Then what is it,"Buffy asked,"You can tell me."
"I-I don't talk right,"Marty said.
"What do you mean,"Buffy asked.
"I-I have a lithp,"Marty said.
"Oh you lisp,"Buffy said.
Marty nodded.
"You know what, I kinda like it,"Buffy said.
"You do,"Marty said looking up.
"Yeah, it's different and cool,"Buffy said,"Say something else!"
"What do you want me to thay,"Marty asked,"Or wath that good?"
"Ummm, say juice,"Buffy said.
"Juithe,"Marty said.
"Okay, say Salt Lake City,"Buffy said.
"Thalt Lake Thity,"Marty said.
"Yay,"Buffy cheered.
*years later*
"Are you hungry,"Buffy asked.
Marty nodded.
"Do you want some of food,"Buffy asked.
Marty nodded.
"Okay, but you have to talk. What's your name,"Buffy asked,"I'm Buffy."
"I'm Marty,"Marty answered,"Can I have some of your baby taters now?'
Buffy shoved the tater basket over before asking,"Why don't you talk very much?"
"I talk all the time Buffy,"Marty said.
"Yeah, he never shuts up,"Amber said delivering their milkshake.
"Shhhh. Answer the question Marty,"Buffy said.
"I don't talk right,"Marty said rolling his eyes,"I have a lisp."
"You know what, I kinda like it,"Buffy said.
"Okay, can we just eat now,"Marty asked.
"No, you have to say juice first,"Buffy said.
"Juice,"Marty said.
"Okay, say Salt Lake City,"Buffy said.
"Salt Lake City,"Marty said,"Are we done yet?"
"Fine, we're done,"Buffy said.
"Why did you guys do that,"Amber asked still standing there.
"To pry out of Marty that he lisps,"Buffy stated.
"I haven't lisped since my two front teeth came in,"Marty stated.
"I don't care,"Buffy said.
"Whatever, enjoy you're meal,"Amber said leaving the table.
"Say, supercalifragilisticexpialodocious,"
Buffy said.
