C111

Lian Qing automatically ignored the question. Once again, he was filled with righteous indignation as he said, “So your actions are unfilial.”

“…”

Xiao Jing finally understood why she always talked to herself in such a mysterious manner. It seems that she was infected by this former captain’s teachings and teachings.

Lian Qing narrowed his eyes and stared at Xiao Jing. From his eyes, he could see that he loathed her. Yes, he loathed the Scarlet Fruit.

Outside the dorm, the military bugle sounded.

Both men knew it was a signal to turn out the lights, indicating that curfew was under way.

Xiao Jing stood up and walked to the door. She personally opened the door and said, “Captain, be careful on your journey.”

Lian Qing pouted, feeling wronged. She gently tugged on Xiao Jing’s clothes and whispered: “You really have the heart to let me walk in the dark in the middle of the night by myself?”

“Captain.”

Xiao Jing softly called out.

“Yes, I’m here.”

Lian Qing blinked, filled with anticipation.

“The captain has always taught us that people always die, and in eighteen years we will be a hero.”

With that, Xiao Jing raised her hand and grabbed, placing it on Lian Qing’s shoulder. Taking advantage of Lian Qing’s surprise, she used the force to push on the door. After that, the door was slammed shut.

Lian Qing stood outside the door, the chilly night wind blew past, he turned around and raised his hand to knock, but then he heard orderly footsteps coming from the corridor. He hurriedly hid to find a place to hide, in the end, he found that there was no place to hide, he could only climb up the railing, leap up, and jump down from the second floor.

Lin Qi walked up to the second floor and heard a loud sound coming from outside the dormitory building. Instinctively, he stuck his head downstairs and his vision was blocked at night. He didn’t notice anything suspicious.

Xiao Jing sat back on the bed and sniffed the stench of her body. She walked to the wardrobe and rummaged for a clean military uniform. Taking advantage of the darkness of the night, she prepared to slip away to the bathroom to have a hearty shower.

“Second Lieutenant Xiao?”

Lin Qi stood outside the door and shouted. Seeing the clothes in his hands, he smiled and said, “Go take a bath?”

Xiao Jing smiled embarrassedly, “Is there something going on with the school?”

“I heard you’re not feeling well, this is the stomach medicine that I brought out from home. Eat a little and you will recover quickly.”

Lin Qi stuffed the medicine box into his hands.

Xiao Jing nodded, “Thank you for the good intentions of the academy.”

“Don’t call me ‘Colonel’ anymore. Those ranks in the Special Forces are useless. The only thing that matters is everyone’s determination to work with their common enemy. In the future, just call me Lin Qi.”

“Well, if you’re all right, then I’ll be on my way.”

Xiao Jing carried her clothes and hurriedly walked towards the stairs, afraid that this Lin Qi would follow her again.

Lin Qi looked at his back, which seemed like it couldn’t wait to leave, and didn’t persist in following him. He just stood alone in the corridor for a long time, and for some reason, he couldn’t help but want to get closer to Xiao Jing.

Xiao Jing entered the bathhouse and carefully locked the door. The lights in the entire bathhouse were turned off. It was pitch black, so she could only rely on her senses to move forward.

Xiao Jing blinked her eyes. It was as if her hand had touched something. She tentatively touched it again. It was a little cold and a little stiff.

“Have you had enough?”

A cold voice sounded out above Xiao Jing’s head.

Xiao Jing reflexively took a step back. The bathhouse was very dark, so dark that the voice just now was like a ghost’s howl.

“Why are you here in the middle of the night?”

Shen Chengfeng turned on the shower and cold water started to flow down. He seemed to be used to it and continued wiping his body.

Xiao Jing was so stiff that she didn’t even dare to breathe loudly. She was hesitating whether she should turn around and run.

“You seem particularly fond of locking doors.”

Shen Chengfeng’s gaze shifted as he looked at the door that was faintly glowing. He then shifted his gaze to stare at the small figure that did not move.

Xiao Jing was wary that he wouldn’t rush over to strip her without a word. She cautiously replied, “Isn’t there a private shower in the leader’s dormitory?”

“Yesterday, I accidentally corroded the water pipe.”

Shen Chengfeng spoke casually as if he did not care about what his hands did.

“…”

“What are you doing?”

“Let’s wash up while there’s still some hot water.”

Xiao Jing moved to the corner, convinced that in the dark environment, after the two of them couldn’t see each other, she slowly took off her clothes.

Shen Chengfeng turned off the tap as he heard the soft sound of a warning in the air.

Xiao Jing’s heart skipped a beat. The entire bathhouse suddenly quieted down. What was even more frightening was that she wasn’t sure of the position of her captain.

“There will be a collective training tomorrow to fight against Team Heavenly Dove of the 238th squad.”

Xiao Jing’s body involuntarily straightened. She could feel that the man’s breath was very close to her, as if he was just a step away from her.

Shen Chengfeng prodded his body which did not react and said, “Rest well. Tomorrow will be a wonderful day.”

“Yes, captain”

Xiao Jing didn’t dare to move. She felt her own captain’s hand poking into her spine.

Before he left, Shen Chengfeng took another glance at the intermittent sounds of water flowing from the corner. After confirming that there was nothing suspicious, he walked out of the bathroom without turning his head.

With a lingering fear, Xiao Jing patted her chest and hastily wiped her body. Without even wiping off the water, she impatiently ran out of the bathhouse.

However, just as she took a step out of the bathhouse, her body heavily crashed into a person’s back.

Shen Chengfeng stared expressionlessly at the man three meters away.

Xiao Ye, who was about to step forward, was left speechless when he saw Xiao Jing, who was following closely behind Shen Chengfeng.

He pointed at Xiao Jing, whose hair was still dripping water, and then looked at Shen Chengfeng, who was still evaporating water. For a moment, he felt like something was stuck in his throat.

Shen Chengfeng narrowed his eyes and went straight to the point, “What are you doing here again?”

Xiao Ye covered his mouth and coughed softly, “Did you two take a bath together?”

“Is that important?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Xiao Ye could not catch his breath and almost fainted from fear. What should he do?

From the looks of it, did this Shen Yan Wang know Xiao Jing’s identity?

To be honest in the closed space of the bathhouse, was there something they were doing that couldn’t be described?

“Right, can’t we take a bath together?”

Xiao Jing followed his words and asked.

Xiao Ye clenched his fist. As expected, the situation had reached an irreparable point. Since it was already irreparable, he naturally had to think of another way to deal with it.

“Hahaha, of course there’s no problem. We’re all comrades-in-arms. Not to mention taking a bath together, even sleeping together is normal.”

Xiao Ye walked in with a big smile on his face, sniffing the thick jasmine fragrance in the air, “Even soap has the same smell.”

“The Fifth Young Master of the Xiao family should know the rules of the army. After the lights are off, no one is allowed to camp out without permission. General Xiao Ye has done it on purpose.”

Shen Chengfeng’s eyes were cold as he looked at the maliciously approaching figure. He raised his hand to stop the figure from getting any closer.

“Don’t, we’re all from the same country.”

Xiao Ye watched as Shen Chengfeng deliberately took off his gloves and did not dare to step closer.

Shen Chengfeng ignored the superfluous Xiao Ye and said to Xiao Jing, who was behind him, “You can go back and rest.”

Xiao Jing carried her clothes and ran towards the dormitory building.

Xiao Ye looked at her retreating figure and smacked his lips. “It really was spilled water. With captain here, I don’t even care about my little brother anymore.”

“Is that all?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Before Xiao Ye could react, Shen Chengfeng had already left. His back was filled with pride.

Xiao Jing returned to her room, her body exhausted as she laid on the bed. What kind of life was she leading?

The morning sun shone brightly on the windowsill, and the sound of car horns could be heard outside the window for a long time.

When Xiao Jing heard the sound, she reflexively sat up. She sleepily looked outside the window and heard the loud military song. She hurriedly got up from the bed and remembered what the captain said last night about the collective training.

Qi Yue was standing in the middle of the field. When he saw Xiao Yan arrive late, the corner of his mouth rose up as he jokingly asked, “Second Lieutenant Xiao, are you fully awake?”

Xiao Jing quickly straightened her body and powerfully replied, “Reporting to Instructor, I overslept due to a moment of carelessness.”

“I thought Second Lieutenant Xiao was going to be absent for this training, but why did I see Second Lieutenant Xiao inflate a little bit of his results?”

Qi Yue circled around Xiao Jing twice, then pointed at the horizontal bar not too far away, “100 points upwards.”

“Yes, instructor.”

Xiao Jing stood in front of the horizontal bar. With a leap, she tightly gripped the bar with both hands. One after the other, she completed the task at a high level.

The members of the 238 day pigeon squad lined up in a row, each and every one of them staring unblinkingly at Xiao Jing, who was being punished.

The captain of the Sky Dove Team, Qin Xiao, stamped out his cigarette as he said with interest, “We can’t just stand and watch. We’ll practice what we need to learn and will soon get into actual combat. This is no child’s play, and our opponent this time is the powerful Iron Hawk Team.” … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … …

“Captain Qin, you must be joking. Although the Heavenly Pigeon Battle Team has only advanced a level in the past two years, they are still considered evenly matched opponents. It’s hard to predict who will win this collective training.”

The corner of Qi Yue’s mouth quirked up in mockery. He looked at the list of participants and said: “I forgot to say. Our captain is also preparing to participate this time.”

“…”

Qin Xiao frowned. “This is bullying.”

“Of course, Captain Qin can participate as well. After all, the generals must not hide behind their own troops and horses.”

Qi Yue said.

Qin Xiao thought for a moment and didn’t say anything else. He turned his head and quietly discussed the matter with his vice-team.

The helicopter hovered high up in the sky. The entire Iron-Hawk squad was fully armed. Each and every one of them had serious expressions on their faces, as if they were really going to kill the enemy.

“Everyone, remember this. Team 238 is known for their trickery. They specialize in sneak attacks and focus on defense. Therefore, when we attack, we have to be wary of their backers as well as their bait.”

Qi Yue spread out the map and began to map the dangerous areas he needed to pay attention to.

The areas that Qi Yue pointed at were densely covered in dense forests, and were good at defending, but not good at attacking. Every place used nature as a perfect cover, almost able to hide a person without any flaws.

“Pay special attention to their two brothers Zhu Hong and Zhu Qi. They are among the top five snipers in the entire army. They can easily shoot down an enemy within five hundred meters.”

Qi Yue continued.

“Lang City and Jin Shan are also snipers. Although their rankings aren’t as good as the two brothers, they shouldn’t be underestimated.”

Mu Xi said.

“I have already studied this. I am not as good as the Zhu brothers in terms of comprehensive abilities and combat abilities, but you can try it. After all, snipers rely on environmental factors too much. As long as the environment is slightly different, the direction of the bullet will be affected.”

Lang City gently wiped his own sniper rifle, the fire in his eyes and eyebrows spreading.

Lin Qi touched Xiao Jing’s hand without leaving a trace. He deliberately lowered his voice and said, “Wait a moment, we will move together.”

Xiao Jing nodded, “This collective training seems to be different from usual.”

“You’ve also seen the capabilities of the Wings of War, and the Special Forces are not our usual small fry training. I heard that this time, the pigeon came in full fury, and they have carefully studied our Iron Eagle’s fighting style. Who knows, maybe they will take down two heads from us two recruits first.”

“Although we overestimate ourselves a little, we are still team creators. It’s not a cheap job to kill us.”

Xiao Jing slightly bared her white teeth as she laughed out a mouthful of white teeth.

The helicopter slowly descended and landed on the helipad. Everyone entered the forest in an orderly manner.

This was Liao Shan Plateau in the northeast. Although it was currently in summer, the plateau was filled with cold air all year round.

As soon as she entered the forest, Xiao Jing shivered uncomfortably. She looked at the over-humid forest, and her breathing became a little hurried.

“This is the high altitude. If you can’t take it anymore, take some oxygen and don’t try to show off.”

Lin Qi put the gun back into its holster and prepared all the weapons.

Only now did Xiao Jing understand why everyone had an oxygen bottle in their backpack. It was to prevent unexpected situations from occurring.

Lin Qi handed the assembled MP5 submachine gun in front of Xiao Jing and said, “This is a repeater submachine gun. It is shorter and lighter than a rifle, has higher firing speed, fierce firepower, and lighter supporting power. It has better fighting effectiveness within two hundred meters, it is more suitable for you than a rifle sniper.”

Xiao Jing picked up her weapon and carefully studied it. It was indeed light and agile, a little more flexible than the weapons she usually carried. She smiled. “As expected of the 118th team. This fur of mine is indeed a big joke.”

“You will do better than me in the future. Let’s go. It’s time for us to set off.”

Lin Qi carried his backpack and quickly entered the battle area.

The entire forest was deathly silent. Not even the falling leaves made a sound, not to mention the sound of the explosion when the flames of war spread out.

In such a quiet environment, everyone would be on full alert. Under such an atmosphere, it was the easiest to accidentally expose one’s position.

“Bang!”

The bullet flew through the air like a snake with its mouth wide open.

Xiao Jing cautiously threw herself forward, avoiding the incoming bullets.

Lin Qi crawled forward and found a cover spot. He set up the sniper rifle and aimed at the bush where the gunshot was just fired at. He snapped his index finger and the bullet flew out.

The pigeon team members rolled a few times and then disappeared without a trace.

Xiao Jing carefully crawled to Lin Qi’s side, and said in a soft voice: “You really aren’t a small fry.”

“The Sky Pigeon Team is defending and attacking. Once they are exposed, they will run. They are looking for another chance, so he will come again.”

Lin Qi patted Xiao Jing’s shoulder, indicating that he should keep up with her.

Sunlight slowly squeezed out from the gaps between the trees, falling onto the muddy ground as brightly as starlight.

“Wait.”

Xiao Jing grabbed Lin Qi’s arm. She sniffed the air and smelled a faint scent of tobacco.

Lin Qi looked around, and the whole forest was so quiet that even a needle dropping could be heard.

“Seven o’clock southwest.”

Xiao Jing shouted.

Lin Qi raised his sniper rifle in alarm. He snapped his index finger and the bullet flew out like it was flying on wings.

“Bang!”

The bullet landed on the rock, and at the same time, a bullet flew out from the crack in the rock, aiming straight at Xiao Jing.

Xiao Jing pulled the trigger, and a bullet shot out from the muzzle. The two bullets collided in the air and suddenly exploded.

“Hiding.”

Lin Qi rolled twice on the spot, successfully finding a cover to conceal himself.

Xiao Jing gestured to him, “I’ll be the bait.”

Lin Qi shook his head. “It’s too dangerous.”

Xiao Jing nodded with certainty. “Your spear skills are better than mine. I’ll be relying on you now.”

Lin Qi frowned. Although the forest was a bit damp and cold, his forehead still oozed out hot sweat. His gun was aimed at Xiao Jing, as long as there was any movement, he would do his best to protect his comrades and retreat in one piece.

Xiao Jing carefully moved her body. The bush was as tall as a person, and she managed to hide her little body perfectly.

Time passed slowly. It was as if the entire space had been pressed with the rest of the key.

“Stupid.”

The abrupt voice of the third person rang out from the large tree.

Xiao Jing instinctively raised her head, only to see a person descending from the sky under the sunlight. The man’s gun was pointed at her, and in the next moment, the gun was turned around.

The person hiding behind the rock let out a shrill cry, and a white smoke began to spread around his body. According to the rules, he was killed in battle.

Before Xiao Jing could react, her body froze, and she grabbed her waist with one hand, then rolled into the grass in a tangled roll. She heard the sound of gunshots in the air, and felt the shock of the bullet piercing her ear drums. Her expression turned cold, and she realized that the other party had also used bait.

Shen Chengfeng picked up Xiao Jing and placed her behind him to protect her. He turned around and his eyes focused as he saw bullets flying in the wind one after another. He felt like a giant dragon that was swallowing up everything in one breath.

C112

“Captain!”

Xiao Jing panted heavily as she looked at the tall figure blocking her way. At that moment, no matter how strong she was, she was like a little lovely flower under the protection of the captain. She couldn’t help but feel moved.

Shen Chengfeng glanced at him and said coldly, “The Steel Hawk Squadron’s past training has always been without any casualties. I do not wish to ruin our past achievements just because of you, a new recruit.”

“…”

I take back my feelings.

Shen Chengfeng was sure that the other party would retreat once again, so he stood up and took out his binoculars to observe his surroundings.

Lin Qi cautiously ran over and asked anxiously, “You aren’t injured, right?”

Xiao Jing awkwardly stood up and brushed off the dirt on her body. She shook her head and said, “It’s fine. If there wasn’t a captain, I would have been the one to die.”

"It was our lack of experience that nearly led to the trap set by the Sky Dove team.

But when did the captain hide in the tree? "

Lin Qi looked at this dozen meter tall tree, and suddenly remembered the scene of his own captain jumping down majestically. That aura instantly routed the retreat of the enemy troops within a hundred miles.

Shen Chengfeng put the gun back into its holster and took a glance at the two men. He said in a low voice, “Lin Qi will meet up with Jiang Xin 500 meters ahead. As for Xiao Jing, follow me.”

“Yes, captain”

Lin Qi held onto the sniper rifle tightly and carefully ran into the depths of the jungle.

Xiao Jing packed up her things and followed closely behind Shen Chengfeng. She was unsure why the captain asked her to follow him. Did she think that he was a scammer who cheated his teammates?

Who would team up with a huge black hole?

“If you have something to say, just say it.”

Shen Chengfeng opened the map and looked around carefully.

Xiao Jing squatted beside him and could not help but ask, “Captain, why do you ask me to follow you?”

“The meaning of this training is to learn from each other. Lin Qi is too outstanding. If you follow him, he will only protect you and forget the meaning of his training.”

“…”

Xiao Jing’s brows twitched. From her captain’s words, she seemed to have seen her next scene.

It didn’t matter if they charged in, but their leader would throw them out for no reason. As the name suggested, use your courage, run, and shoot. Everyone will fight happily.

Xiao Jing shook her head. She felt that she would definitely be covered with holes in her body in a moment.

“This MP-5 is lightweight, but it has a short range, so it’s not suitable for you.”

With that, Shen Chengfeng assembled another gun and threw it onto Xiao Jing’s body.

Xiao Jing carefully studied it. She had studied it before. It was an Aug assault rifle, with no butt, plastic gun body, clairvoyant, and modularity. It was easy to carry, corrosion-resistant, and equipped with a high-power aiming instrument, so its range was naturally much stronger than the MP-5.

“Let’s go.”

Shen Chengfeng carefully made a path in front of them as he seemed to be more familiar with the geography here.

Xiao Jing looked at the figure that was only one meter away from her. She didn’t know why, but she felt an unprecedented sense of security.

“Do you know the gist of shooting?”

Shen Chengfeng suddenly crouched down.

Xiao Jing hurriedly crouched down. She stared at him without blinking, and only heard him continue speaking.

Shen Chengfeng’s gloved hand gently touched the pole of the gun and adjusted the aiming device. He said, “Long-range shooting is different from the point-blank shooting during training. It needs to be coordinated with the wind speed and pressure. The sniper will first calculate the physical pressure caused by shooting distance in his mind.”

“…”

It seems like if one wants to become a powerful warrior in this military camp, one must at least be a top student.

“There are times when you think you have a good focus, but when you fire a shot, you find a deviated orbit, like this.”

Shen Chengfeng grabbed Xiao Jing’s hand and lowered his head, letting his focus fall on the spear shaft.

Xiao Jing could feel him pressing against her back. His shallow breath landed on her neck, causing her to feel a bit of heat.

Shen Chengfeng held his hand and said with a deep voice, “Pay attention to the front. About three hundred meters ahead, there is a prey.”

Xiao Jing couldn’t help but shrink her neck. She felt that her hand was slightly trembling uncontrollably.

Shen Chengfeng continued, “Let’s begin.”

Before he could finish his words, the bullet flew away with a loud bang.

“Pah!”

Smoke filled the air. The enemies, who were hiding in the grass waiting for an opportunity, announced their deaths before they could react.

Shen Chengfeng let go of Xiao Jing’s hand and continued, “Did you see how I shot just now?”

“…”

Do I dare say I was a little distracted just now?

Seeing that he did not reply, Shen Chengfeng emphasized, “Did you hear what I said?”

Xiao Jing nodded as if she was playing with garlic and hurriedly said, “I heard you clearly.”

“Then you shoot the next prey.”

Shen Chengfeng was squatting beside him, waiting for his attack.

Xiao Jing crawled on the ground, carefully observing the movement in front of her. Because they had just fired a shot, the surrounding enemies would naturally discover their tracks.

“Coming.”

Shen Chengfeng listened attentively and alertly discovered the prey that was slowly moving.

Xiao Jing didn’t hesitate and took the initiative to pull the trigger.

“Bang!”

The bullet flew out and landed a centimeter in front of the prey.

Shen Chengfeng quickly grabbed his hand and added another shot, saying, “Wise man, you must make a mistake. Even if you lose this shot, you have to make up for the next one in time to make sure it’s safe.”

The corner of her eye just so happened to touch the perfect outline of his face. Her face was so clear that she could capture all of his features, including his envious skin, possibly because he habitually wrapped himself in a bag. His neck was particularly white, although it was a bit strange, Xiao Jing felt that she really wanted to touch it.

“What are you looking at?”

Shen Chengfeng lowered his eyes and his enlarged features were deeply etched into his pupils.

Xiao Jing quickly retracted her gaze. Her cheeks were slightly red, and she said with a guilty conscience, “I felt that captain was right. I was so entranced listening to him.”

Shen Chengfeng gave up hiding and looked at the calmed front. He stood up and continued walking forward.

Xiao Jing packed her things and followed closely behind him. The sunlight shone through every crack of the tree like a pillar of light, lighting up his surroundings with a dazzling brilliance.

Before she knew it, she was walking with the same hands and feet, like a clumsy duck.

“Be careful.”

Suddenly, a loud shout echoed in the depths of the forest.

Xiao Jing instinctively raised her head, but before she could react, the figure of light in front of her suddenly disappeared. She only saw her own team leader pouncing towards her.

Shen Chengfeng frowned and threw Xiao Jing onto the ground. He then grabbed onto the black snake which was attacking from the trunk.

The snakeskin spat out a cold breath. The moment it came into contact with Shen Chengfeng’s glove, it instantly slipped away from his grasp.

Xiao Jing came back to her senses. She took out her sharp knife and stabbed it with force, nailing it into the tree.

The black snake trembled violently. It swung its head and its sharp fangs were strangely green under the sunlight. It directly bit onto the only unprotected neck of Shen Chengfeng.

The snake’s head bit into it and slowly turned into a pool of black water filled with a nauseating stench.

Xiao Jing’s expression turned cold. She hadn’t expected that she would be bitten by a snake.

Shen Chengfeng staggered a step forward and covered his neck. It was impossible for his skin to be touched by the snake, but he did not expect the snake to take a bite out of him while trying to kill him.

The wound was small, almost negligible, but it was a venomous snake!

The venom instantly paralyzed his body like a bottle of anaesthetic, causing him to stagger a step before falling to the ground.

Xiao Jing raised his head and called out softly, “Captain, captain?”

Shen Chengfeng shook his head and his consciousness came close to him.

Xiao Jing directly tore open his military uniform. She didn’t care who the person she was carrying in her hands was, and she directly bit onto his neck.

Threads of pain hit him and Shen Chengfeng suddenly woke up. He pulled Xiao Jing’s head away and shouted, “Poison!”

Xiao Jing spat out a mouthful of blood and wiped away the blood. “My body is very strange. Anything that corrodes is of no threat to me. Of course, this poison is the same as well.”

With that, she used both hands to support his head and continued moving closer.

Shen Chengfeng’s reaction was delayed by a step. He only felt that the numbness on his neck seemed to have eased up a lot, only that it was a little itchy.

After spitting out the last of her venomous blood, Xiao Jing hurriedly rummaged through her backpack. Before she left, she found that there were quite a few antidotes to suppress the venom of the snake.

“Those drugs are useless. Besides, the poison doesn’t have much of an effect on me.”

Shen Chengfeng stood up and his body staggered involuntarily.

Xiao Jing held on to him, squeezed the ointment into her hand, and carefully said, “Give it a try.”

Shen Chengfeng intended to reject the invitation. If he were to use this ordinary ointment on himself, it would be corroded cleanly before it could even take effect on him.

When Xiao Jing saw the medicine that had seeped into her wounds, she was overjoyed. “Captain, it’s useful.”

Shen Chengfeng’s heart skipped a beat and he touched his neck. There was still a thin layer of ointment on the wound. Indeed, it did not evaporate when it came to contact with him.

Xiao Jing wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth and said in a self-reproach manner, “I am the one who implicated you.”

“It’s not that you implicated me, but these creatures really don’t like to be disturbed by humans. Be careful.”

Shen Chengfeng looked at the medicine box in his hand and his eyes lit up. This was indeed an ordinary drug. It could not compare to the special drug that his second brother was meticulously researching, but why was it so effective against him?

“I know. I’ll be on my guard.”

Xiao Jing took out a clean towel to wipe off the blood on Shen Chengfeng’s neck.

A light breeze blew, and the tree branches rustled. A dead leaf fluttered down with the wind, quietly landing on top of Xiao Jing’s head.

Shen Chengfeng subconsciously raised his hand and picked up the leaf on his head.

The entire forest was so quiet that people could not bear to break such peace.

Xiao Jing looked at the leaf in his hand and involuntarily pursed her lips into a smile. The sunlight was gentle and coincidentally landed between her eyebrows.

Shen Chengfeng blinked his eyes and there seemed to be a hole in his chest. Something was forcefully breaking his calmness.

Not far away, Mu Xi, who was slowly moving forward, noticed the signs of life. She was about to shoot, but the instant she aimed, she discovered that the two were her own captain.

Cheng Chen frowned, “Captain, what are they doing?”

Mu Xi withdrew her spear and blurted out, “Captain, is it really as the rumors say?”

Cheng Chen naturally understood the meaning behind his words. He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry as he said, “Those are all baseless rumors. We have been following the captain for so many years, have we ever seen him commit any improper acts?”

“Then how do they explain it?”

Mu Xi pointed towards the two people in front of her, who seemed to have stabilized themselves. She looked at Xiao Jing’s flowery smile and really wanted to tell the entire world that the captain had rubbed his head, touched his face, and even held hands.

“This…” Cheng Chen was at a loss for words.

“Wait, what else does Xiao Jing want to do?”

Mu Xi Chi widened her eyes in astonishment. She couldn’t bear to look at the increasingly unscrupulous Xiao Jing.

Cheng Chen took a deep breath and watched Xiao Jing lean on his team leader’s shoulder. Her intimate actions were as if she was kissing him!

What was even scarier was that the captain was not moving at all!

Shen Chengfeng felt Xiao Jing approach him and his body subconsciously turned towards his head. The two of them were very close, almost touching his skin.

Xiao Jing gently blew on the small mosquitoes that smelled of blood and said, “Captain, were you born like this, or did you end up like this due to a genetic mutation?”

Shen Chengfeng did not say anything. He raised his hand to poke at the face in front of him, picked up the weapon on the ground and continued walking forward.

Xiao Jing pursed her lips and followed closely behind. However, she could not help but ask again: “Not a bit?”

“Why do you want to know?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Xiao Jing saw that there was room for discussion and hurriedly said, “I think that you couldn’t have been born like this. Then, it should be …”

“There are many people who want to know this secret, and I only have one way to prevent this secret from being leaked. Do you want to know what that is?”

He could not help but feel a gust of cold wind in his surroundings. It was even colder than the sudden snowfall in the early winter.

Xiao Jing forced a bitter smile as she said, “Everyone says that curiosity kills cats. I feel that the ancients didn’t bully me, and that I shouldn’t have known. I will keep my mouth shut and promise that I won’t ask again.”

The forest returned to silence. The little birds flapped their wings as they soared in the sky. At night, the sky started to rain.

When the rain hit his body, it added to the chill.

Xiao Jing was squatting on the ground. She was wearing a thick armor suit, so why was she still shivering?

Shen Chengfeng opened the kettle and silently handed it to Xiao Jing.

Xiao Jing took a sip of water before slowing down. With a hoarse voice, she asked, “Captain, where are we going now?”

“It’s already dark, there are too many dangers here. We have to find a place to shelter from the rain before nightfall.”

Shen Chengfeng spread out the map and carefully distinguished the crisscrossing geography of the map.

“Is there a cave here?”

Xiao Jing asked.

Shen Chengfeng looked in the direction he pointed and nodded, “We can find it easily, so others can find it easily.”

Xiao Jing’s eyes flashed, and she deliberately lowered her voice. “Captain, I suddenly thought of an amazing plan to fight against the enemy.”

Shen Chengfeng raised his head and looked at him without blinking. From the depths of his eyes, he seemed to have guessed some crafty thoughts.

At night, the rain was getting heavier, and the sound of the intermittent running water was gently curling up in the depths of the forest.

A figure and two figures quickly ran past, their military boots kicking up mud and mud on the ground.

Inside the cave, Qin Xiao was wiping his hair that had been wet by the rain. He once again began to study the guide.

“Captain, according to your instructions, Zhu Hong is already lying in ambush.”

Zhuqi entered the cave and sat around the fire to get some warmth.

The corner of Qin Xiao’s mouth raised complacently. “The other party will definitely come over to avoid the rain. This game of waiting rabbits is much more interesting than cat and mouse.”

“Captain, we can’t guarantee that nothing will go wrong. Right now, the temperature outside is too low, and Zhu Hong’s ability to distinguish between them will also be affected. It’s safe to do so; we have to change shifts every hour.”

“Well, just do as you say.”

Qin Xiao suddenly fell silent. He covered his mouth with one hand and said with a smile, “Listen, the prey has taken the bait.”

Outside of the cave, on top of a tree trunk that was ten meters tall, Zhu Hong perfectly covered his figure with the help of branches. Rainwater pattered on his body.

Shen Chengfeng was dashing through the forest at a fast pace. As rain fell heavily on him, he created a thin layer of mist that timely covered his tracks.

Zhu Hong could feel the enemy approaching him. He raised his sniper rifle and pressed his index finger to the trigger, focusing all his attention on catching the unknown enemy’s approach.

“Your opponent is here.”

Before she could finish her sentence, Xiao Jing grabbed the vines with both hands and leaped up. She heard the sound of wind and tasted the sweetness of the rain. She lifted her foot and kicked, causing the sniper with her back to fly off the tree.

Shen Chengfeng held the gun and pointed it right at Zhu Hong’s forehead.

“Bang!”

The bullet landed on Zhu Hong’s sensor. In an instant, the white smoke rose up and announced his retreat.

Xiao Jing climbed down from the tree and took out two bottles of tear gas from her backpack. She meaningfully looked at her team leader and pursed her lips into a smile.

C113

Qin Xiao had been waiting for Zhu Hong to send a signal, but he did not hear any movement from outside the cave. He leaned against the entrance of the cave and prepared to investigate the situation outside.

His line of sight was obstructed by the fog.

“Dong, dong dong dong.”

Hearing something rolling in, Huang Chenglou picked up his gun and fired a warning shot.

“Bang, bang!”

The tear gas bullet exploded and instantly billowed with smoke.

“What did you do?”

Qin Xiao shouted in surprise. He didn’t have the time to say anything and subconsciously ran out of the cave.

“Bang!”

The bullet flew through the air, through the curtain of rain, and landed on Qin Xiao’s body.

The pain that felt like a bullet had pierced through his body suddenly swept over him. He wiped his body, but before he could regain his senses, the sensor behind him started to turn red. He woke up to find himself surrounded by white smoke.

“Captain?”

Huang Chenglou did not dare to rashly rush out, he covered his nose with one hand and hurriedly took out an oxygen bottle.

Qin Xiao didn’t know whether to laugh or cry as he stood outside the cave. He felt a bit awkward. As the team leader of a team, the moment he appeared and announced his departure, he finally understood the feelings of the Wings of War Squad Mo Luo.

However, rules were rules. He put down his gun, walked to the corner and squatted beside Zhu Hong.

Zhu Hong whispered, “Captain, you are also dead.”

Qin Xiao lit a cigarette. “I want to beat him up right now.”

“Do you think we’ll be wiped out?”

Qin Xiao glared at him coldly but did not say anything.

Zhu Hong looked up and accepted the cold rain drops. He then said, “I feel like I’m seeing an exquisite scene of the entire train station.”

“After you go back, you will have to force the connection. Recently, you have all grown too big, so it’s good to be taught a lesson by the Iron Eagle Squadron.”

Qin Xiao stepped on his cigarette and placed both hands on his chin. As he saw the figure sneaking out of the forest, he asked with wide eyes, “Isn’t that a new recruit?”

Zhu Hong nodded and smiled bitterly, “It was he who kicked me off.”

“…”

“You might not believe it, but this recruit didn’t take the normal route. He actually grabbed the vine and flew over from behind me. Can you imagine that scene?”

Just as I was concentrating on preparing a sneak attack on Captain Shen, I felt a sudden pain on my buttocks and I fell down. "

“A sniper doesn’t even have the ability to tell that?”

Qin Xiao frowned. “You need to practice how to distinguish sounds and sounds.”

I thought that I would be discovered by Captain Shen, but I never thought that I would be kicked off. I hid in a ten meter tall tree, and just like that, he flew over.

“Enough.”

Qin Xiao facepalmed. He felt like the soldier in his hand had fallen to the ground with a concussion.

Xiao Jing noticed that the prisoner of war was discussing something and asked her own captain in a low voice, “What should we do now?”

They are already on alert. "

“Face it.”

Shen Chengfeng gestured at Xiao Jing.

Xiao Jing frowned. How would she go on the front lines?

He raised his rifle and charged in?

Covered in concealment, Zhu Qi aimed his gun at the entrance of the cave, ensuring that he would immediately shoot as soon as there was any wind blowing grass around.

Huang Cheng was hiding on the other side, both of them fully concentrated on waiting for the enemy to invade.

Time passed slowly. The fire in the cave was extinguished, and the entire cave was dark.

“Gu gu gu gu.”

Nightingale flapped her wings as she flew past the cave.

The rain gradually lessened and dripped down.

“Someone’s coming.”

Shen Chengfeng noticed the commotion that had just occurred behind him. It was likely that the people lying in ambush nearby had walked over.

Xiao Jing’s eyes were focused on the person who was walking towards her. She gently let out a series of footsteps that could be ignored. The person’s movements were very fast, and in the blink of an eye, they had approached her.

“Captain?”

Mu Xi Chi stuck out half of her head, and cautiously walked over after confirming that the person who was signalling to her in the dark night was from our army.

“You came at just the right time. You can start attacking us now.”

Shen Chengfeng gestured to the two.

Mu Xi Chi and Cheng Chen didn’t hesitate for a moment, covering each other as they entered the cave.

“Bang, bang, bang.”

In the next moment, the sound of gunfire was amplified into the cave.

Xiao Jing increased her vigilance. She noticed that there was some movement behind her again. She crawled on the ground without caring about the water stains below her. Her eyes were like torches as she stared at the approaching figure.

Qin Xiao closed his eyes, he couldn’t bear the tendency of this side to fall. Looking at his teammates who had barely revealed half their heads and had already announced their deaths, he couldn’t help but sigh. “The heavens are going to kill me.”

“Captain, the vice-captain’s been killed too.”

Zhu Hong took out a cigarette for him and offered it to him.

He raised his hand and waved it, then walked straight to Qin Xiao’s side and squatted down together, “We expect that there will still be five people left. However, according to the speed of the Iron Eagle Squad, it should be less than half an hour before the collective training ends.”

Qin Xiao suddenly felt very lonely. He smoked a cigarette without saying a word. Looking at the only spot of light in the night sky, he sighed. “Let’s go back.”

“Captain, there are still three people to the northwest. The vice-captain and Jiang Xin are going over together.”

Mu Xi Chi reported the latest news, but she couldn’t help but look at her captain’s neck. Although the electric light was a little weak, he could still clearly see the red spot on his neck.

It was like a thunderbolt; could this be the legendary kiss mark?

Shen Chengfeng glanced at his eyes and accepted the handgun, “Everyone, stay put. We will rest for the night and return tomorrow morning.”

With that, he walked out of the cave with his gun in hand.

Xiao Jing relaxed her taut nerves, rubbed her sore arms, and sat down on the ground. She opened her backpack to inspect all the supplies.

Mu Xi Chi slowly moved her feet and asked tactfully: “Why did you and the captain form a team?”

“The captain doesn’t trust me to act alone. Let me come with him.”

Xiao Jing bluntly said.

Mu Xi Chi frowned. Things weren’t as simple as they seemed on the surface.

Xiao Jing saw that he wanted to say something but hesitated. “Major Mu has something to say to me?”

“Captain has always liked to act alone. This is the first time I’ve seen him bring a new person with him during the collective training.”

“Maybe I look good, but I’m different from you rough guys. I’m from the 501st Regiment.”

Xiao Jing opened her mouth wide, revealing her white teeth without a trace of politeness.

“…”

Mu Xi Chi silently rubbed the spear shaft, thinking about whether she should shoot empty again.

Xiao Jing raised her hand and placed it on his shoulder. She smiled and said, “Don’t be discouraged. Although you look a little ugly, you can completely not rely on your face to eat. In the future, after you retire, you can even show off your skills. I think you’re quite good at acting.”

Mu Xi Chi pushed his hand away, her back facing him, “Let me tell you, before you came here, I was an inseparable little soldier by the side of the captain. I hate you.”

“…”

The corner of Xiao Jing’s mouth twitched. Did she accidentally steal that majestic team captain from his family?

She hesitated to comfort him.

Qin Xiao sat in a corner, staring at the enemy with hidden resentment. He thought that he had been completely annihilated and lost all face. Should he make up for it with a gun and balance himself?

“Captain, there’s killing intent in your eyes.”

Huang Cheng quietly reminded.

Qin Xiao hurriedly came back to his senses to hide his true thoughts.

Huang Chenglou seemed to see through his intentions. He leaned to the side and whispered in his ear, “Captain, we can’t even beat him in a sneak attack. Do you think we have any chance of winning if we fight head on?”

A basin of cold water was poured over him, extinguishing the raging flames of war in Qin Xiao’s heart. He shuddered and obediently took out his sleeping bag.

Huang Chenghua gently patted his shoulder, “It’s fine. In any case, the Wings of War will be wiped out first. It’s still a glorious loss for us.”

Qin Xiao slapped his hand away and lay on the ground pretending to be dead.

The flames began to burn, lighting up the entire cave.

Lin Qi took out the compressed bread, opened the kettle, and handed it to Xiao Jing. He honestly and simply smiled, “Eat something before you go to sleep.”

Xiao Jing was stunned. She took his bread and said, “I still have more in my backpack.”

“Anyway, I’ve already taken it out. Let’s eat first.”

Lin Qi packed his sleeping bag and said, “You can sleep after you’ve eaten.”

Xiao Jing had just eaten two mouthfuls when she saw a figure approaching from afar.

Shen Chengfeng carried a rabbit and walked back into the cave in silence.

Seeing the rabbit in his hand, Xiao Jing patted the bread crumbs in her hand and ran over. Squatting beside him, she lightly brushed off the rabbit’s fur with her fingertips. She smiled and said, “Captain, are you preparing an additional meal?”

Shen Chengfeng ignored Xiao Jing’s curved eyebrows and opened his backpack. He took out a bottle of ointment and began treating the rabbit’s wounds.

“…”

Xiao Jing placed both hands on her chin and pouted. She muttered, “You didn’t come back to hunt rabbits for food?”

“Take it back, we can eat it after raising it up.”

Shen Chengfeng said.

“How hard it is.”

“You want to eat it?”

Xiao Jing nodded, but then she hesitated and asked, “Can’t I eat it?”

“Even though our Special Forces are used to seeing people die, we are not such a vicious bunch who can just walk around and kill people. This is a life, a living life. Have you eaten it or eaten it?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Xiao Jing couldn’t help but take a step back. Looking at the 187m tall man, she held a rabbit that was only about 20 centimeters long and a dying rabbit. Her mouth was full of righteous words, why did she feel like she was a little crazy?

Was the captain sick?

Shen Chengfeng placed the rabbit on the ground and stared at it as it struggled to get up. He then said, “All living creatures have the right to live.”

“Captain, weren’t you the one who injured this rabbit?”

“Those who were bitten, judging from the wound, should be tigers and leopards.”

Xiao Jing moved over and gently poked the little rabbit that was still stubbornly trying to climb out of the hole. She asked, “Does captain like this rabbit?”

Shen Chengfeng was silent.

“But I don’t really like this sort of furry stuff, especially cats.”

Xiao Jing rubbed her nose, “I’m allergic.”

Shen Chengfeng picked up the rabbit and walked out of the cave without making a sound.

Xiao Jing blinked her eyes as she looked at the back of the person proudly leaving the field with a cape. She then sat beside the bonfire and threw away the wooden pole.

Moments later, Shen Chengfeng came back with a clean rabbit. He started setting up the grill and said, “It’s already dead. You can have it now.”

“…”

Although these words sounded a bit dramatic, Xiao Jing was eagerly waiting.

The fragrance of meat filled the sealed cave. Qin Xiao, who was originally in a deep slumber, sat up in a daze. He sniffed the air and opened his eyes.

Cheng Chen sat in front of the fire. Although it was meant to be warm, anyone could see that his eyes were staring straight at the roasted meat.

“Captain Shen, this behavior of yours is not benevolent. We are all comrades-in-arms. If there’s food, how can you not call us?”

Qin Xiao stepped forward and stared at the rabbit that was about to mature as well.

Shen Chengfeng did not reply to Qin Xiao and instead focused on the roast meat.

The fragrance of the meat became stronger and stronger, causing the other people in the cave to raise their heads and look over.

“Eat it.”

Shen Chengfeng passed the roasted rabbit to Xiao Jing and turned a blind eye to the others.

Qin Xiao gave a cold snort. “Get up, pigeons team, let’s go hunting.”

A group of people walked out of the cave excitedly.

“Captain, are you hungry?”

Xiao Jing naturally asked.

Shen Chengfeng spread out his hands and looked at the blood stains on his gloves, “Eat up.”

Xiao Jing tore off a piece of meat and placed it in front of his mouth, “I feel really embarrassed eating alone.”

“When have you ever been embarrassed?”

Shen Chengfeng opened his mouth and ate the meat.

Xiao Jing laughed. “I know that I went overboard with the roast duck several times, but the army has a request. I can’t bribe you with the roast duck too obvious, right?”

“So you bribed Mu Xi too late?”

Xiao Jing’s hands paused for a moment, and she bit down on her bones awkwardly.

Shen Chengfeng took out the sleeping bag from his backpack and put on his clothes, “You will sleep after you finish eating. You will leave tomorrow morning at dawn.”

Xiao Jing saluted his back. “Yes, captain.”

With that, she took the rest of the rabbit meat and ran in front of Lin Qi, tore off a large piece and gave it to him. She smiled like a flower. “Here you go.”

Lin Qi was surprised, he couldn’t believe that Xiao Jing would give him a share. She just held his hands in front of her. This wasn’t the first time he had eaten meat, but it was the most satisfying.

Shen Chengfeng’s eyes were wide open as he stared unblinkingly at the two figures who were gobbling down the food in the corner. He did not know when his gloves had fallen off, but his left hand pressed down and a huge hole appeared in his sleeping bag.

Xiao Jing spat out the last piece of bone, wiped her mouth, then hugged her sleeping bag and closed her eyes.

Outside the cave, the sounds of animals moving could be heard, but not a single beast dared to step in. It was as if they knew it was dangerous, and they all stopped while smelling the aroma of the meat.

Dawn broke and the bonfire in the cave was reduced to ashes.

Cheng Chen took out a kettle and poured it into the bonfire. After making sure that there was no fire, he followed the group and left.

The thick forest blocked out most of the sunlight, and the helicopter’s wings flapped the leaves for a moment, then rose straight into the air.

“After we get back, everyone can rest for two hours. We’ll gather at 3 in the afternoon at Area C’s training base.”

Qi Yue gave the order.

“Yes, instructor.”

The helicopter slowly landed on the helipad.

Just as Shen Chengfeng walked out of the cabin, an officer rushed over with a hurried expression.

The officer stood in a military posture and directly said, “Sir, the 118th Regiment is here, I request to see you immediately.”

Shen Chengfeng nodded and walked quickly towards the camp.

It was the battalion commander, Major Xu Hui.

Xu Fu was sitting in his office when he heard movement outside the door. He hurriedly stood up.

Shen Chengfeng pushed open the door, put on a pair of clean gloves and took off his jacket.

Xu Wen saluted respectfully and said impatiently, “Sir, I wonder if you still remember the recruit Jiang Temple that you were waiting for a while ago?”

“What’s wrong with him?”

“Last week, Jiang Temple was on a mission and went missing at the border. We suspect that he was captured by the Viper Mercenaries of M Country.”

Xu Fu went straight to the point.

Shen Chengfeng paused for a moment, put his hands on the table and asked uncomprehendingly, “What mission?”

Xu Fu wanted to say something, but stopped himself.

“I remember that there is only one mission related to the border of the Temple of Songo. This is an S-class mission, and it cannot be assigned to an ordinary officer of the ordinary army. At the very least, it should be issued by the Special Forces. Why must we send the Temple of Jiang to complete it alone?”

“Jiang Temple volunteered. We combined his results. He trained with the Special Forces for a period of time, so his reaction and detection abilities are top-notch. Originally, we thought he would be able to complete this task with distinction. But we underestimated Viper’s counterattack.”

“You overestimate yourself.”

Xu Fu furrowed his brows and said with some excitement: “We were originally planning to ask for help from Team S 138, but they sent out a series of missions and specifically recommended me to the 501 Iron-Hawk Squadron.”

“I know, I will bring our warriors back safely.”

Hui Fu straightened his body and saluted the officer.

Shen Chengfeng’s fingers tapped on the table and his gaze landed on the computer screen. The last scene was fixed on Xiao Jing’s page.

C114

Xiao Jing walked back to her dorm room, put down her backpack, and took off her already soaked military boots. Her entire body was lying on the floor, and she looked up at the ceiling, like a deflated balloon. She felt extremely comfortable.

“Dong, dong, dong.”

The sound of footsteps approached from afar.

Xiao Jing sat up straight like a carp, her eyes bright as she stared at the door of her room. After she was sure that the people outside had left, she lay back down and loosened her clothes that were also wet.

“Knock, knock.”

The sound of the door being opened could be heard. In the next moment, the person pushed the door open and entered.

Xiao Jing hurriedly buttoned up her clothes, pretending to be calm as she stared at her uninvited figure.

Shen Chengfeng went straight to the point, “Pack up your things and come with me.”

Xiao Jing stared, confused, “Depart?”

“What happened?”

“Mission assigned.”

Shen Chengfeng replied concisely.

Although Xiao Jing didn’t know what the quest was, she still quickly changed into clean clothes.

Shen Chengfeng stood in front of the SUV with an unspeakable seriousness on his face.

Xiao Jing walked up to him, straightened her body and replied, “Captain, I’m ready.”

“This task requires the writing of a will.”

Shen Chengfeng handed over the paper and pen that he had prepared earlier.

Xiao Jing’s expression turned cold as she looked at the white and clean A4 paper. When she raised the pen, it was a bit heavy. She asked, “Is it dangerous?”

“No one can guarantee a safe escape.”

Xiao Jing lowered her head and looked at the spotlessly clean white paper. However, she found it difficult to write. What should she write?

Or what?

In the Xiao family, her status was a little awkward. All of her father’s wives were married off and returned home. Her mother was the only reason she had to rely on alcohol to wash away her worries after her father lost his second wife.

The Matriarch had never admitted to them from the start, but due to the dignity and glory of the soldiers, she had half-heartedly welcomed her mother into the Xiao family.

So she never saw her father for a year.

She had never thought that she would one day return with glory. Relying on her own ability and her secret of not being able to see others, she had always been able to hide in the smallest dust. This way, she would be able to continue staying at the Xiao family with her mother without worry.

However, ever since she had come to the Special Forces, she felt the unyielding spirit in her body ignite. She would rather die fighting than live like this.

Perhaps this was the spirit of the Xiao family that big brother always mentioned.

She wrote a line of words on the letter and folded it up before placing it in an envelope and handing it to Shen Chengfeng.

Shen Chengfeng looked at him and said, “You can ask not to do any missions. After all, you are still a recruit in the Iron Eagle and you need training time. I will allow you to quit.”

“I won’t quit.”

Xiao Jing looked at Shen Chengfeng with firm eyes, as though a fire was burning in her eyes, gradually extinguishing her fear.

Shen Chengfeng opened the car door, “Get in.”

Xiao Jing walked around the car and sat in the passenger seat. She asked, “Where are we going?”

“The border.”

Xiao Jing’s heart skipped a beat. She asked in surprise, “Xiao-er?”

“Now you know fear?”

Shen Chengfeng stepped on the gas pedal, apparently, he was not prepared to give him any chance to change his mind.

Xiao Jing buckled her seat belt in fear. In the years she had been in the army, the most she had heard from the captain was that if you had nothing to do, don’t slip away to the Muji district. There were a few fugitives on the edge of the sabre that had been stationed there for many years, especially one of the three greatest mercenaries in the world, Viper.

Viper had over a hundred armed men. They were all valiant fighters and bloodthirsty like devils. No matter who they were, once they stepped into their territory, they would not rest until they were dead.

“This time, the orders issued by the higher-ups were to rescue Professor Zhao Fangyi, but who would have thought that on the way back, Jiang Temple would be discovered. Now that they have lost contact, I’m afraid their future is bleak.”

Shen Chengfeng handed the information to Xiao Jing.

When Xiao Jing heard the familiar name, she was stunned. “Temple of Jiang?”

“Yes, Jiang Temple.”

Shen Chengfeng repeated the name again.

Lin Qi stood in front of the dormitory building, watching as the SUV sped away in the direction of the camp. He lowered his head to look at the thing in his hand, and could not help but mock himself by tapping his own head.

He seems to have been very absent-minded lately.

“Lin Qi, why are you standing here in a daze?”

Jiang Xin came down the corridor after showering and carrying a basin.

Lin Qi shook his head, “I saw the captain leading Second Lieutenant Xiao away. I heard that the 118 troops just arrived, could it be that they have a mission?”

Jiang Xin gently nudged Lin Qi’s chest with her hand and said with a faint smile, “Do you want to go with me?”

“I just thought that with Second Lieutenant Xiao’s stamina, wouldn’t he be unable to take a mission the moment he returns?”

“Why do I feel like the captain intentionally sent us, Little Eighteen, to go.”

Jiang Xin raised her eyebrows.

Lin Qi did not understand what he meant. “What do you mean by that?”

“I heard from Cheng Chen that the captain is intimate in the woods.”

“…”

“Cough cough, I will only tell you this. You must not speak carelessly.”

Jiang Xin looked around. After making sure that there were no random people waiting for him, he leaned forward and whispered, “Did you see that red mark on the captain’s neck?”

Lin Qi carefully recalled the captain’s exposed neck. There was indeed an imperceptible red mark.

Jiang Xin smiled. “I heard it’s the Small Eighteen.”

“Impossible.”

Lin Qi blurted out in surprise.

Jiang Xin smacked his lips. “How is that impossible?”

“Cheng Chen and Xia Chen saw it together, and both of them told me so.”

“In any case, that’s impossible. Captain, captain and Second Lieutenant Xiao are, are all …”

“What’s impossible in a place like the barracks that’s full of men? I’m not sure if our captain is going to make a move on the Red Luan this time?”

Look at when did the captain take such a fancy to you?

“Not only did he personally train Xiao Jing, he even went on a mission with her. This is different.”

“…”

“What I said isn’t impossible. The captain used to do quests before, but his quests are all SS grade, so there’s no need for him to go there himself. It’s just that he gave this mission to Xiao Jing.”

Lin Qi secretly clenched his fist. He didn’t know what was going on with him, but at this moment, he was very angry and wanted nothing more than to smash something.

Jiang Xin patted him on the shoulder and joked, “I know you’re the most outstanding recruit this year, but there are plenty of opportunities for you to do so. Next time, maybe you’ll be on a solo mission tomorrow.”

“I’m a bit tired, so I’ll be going back first.”

Lin Qi turned around and ran towards his own dorm, not even looking back.

Jiang Xin watched his fading back and sighed, “Captain, we’re obviously being biased. Look at our comrade Lin Qi, he’s a little mentally unbalanced, but think about how the captain felt. Forget it, wait a minute. Why do I have the feeling of a ten-year wife turning into a wife?”

As expected, I’m more worried about our captain’s life than anyone else.

It was all thanks to Second Lieutenant Xiao.

That’s not right. Jiang Xin was shocked. He finally understood why Lin Qi had such an expression when he saw a ghost. Wasn’t his own captain and Second Lieutenant Xiao also a man?

He seemed to have discovered some shocking secret.

“Vice Captain Pei, I have something to tell you. You can’t tell the third person.”

Jiang Xin saw Mr. Pei walking over from the direction of the bathhouse and hurriedly ran over.

In a corner that no one noticed, there was a strange glint of light under the sunlight.

The man’s hand couldn’t help but clench into a fist. It seemed to be very hard, and the veins on his fist were popping out.

He tossed the fully packaged roast duck into the trash and walked quickly out of the camp.

The scorching sun suddenly burst forth with a strong gust of wind. Dark clouds covered the sun, and the entire campsite gave off a desolate and desolate feeling.

The SUV parked in front of the helipad. The huge wind created by the wings caused everything around to shake. Xiao Jing walked down from the passenger seat with a serious expression.

In front of the cabin, Xu Fu faced Shen Chengfeng and stood in a military posture. With a sonorous voice, he said, “Sir, are you going in person?”

Shen Chengfeng took the transfer formalities and with a wave of his pen, he placed his name in front of Xiao Jing and said, “Signature.”

Xiao Jing picked up the pen and without looking at the words on it, she quickly wrote her name.

Xu Fu looked nervous as he watched the plane soar into the sky. He raised his head, straightened his chest, and saluted.

Inside the cabin, Xiao Jing could not help but break the heavy atmosphere. She asked, “How are we going to sneak in next?”

“Someone will guide us in.”

Shen Chengfeng replied without raising his head.

Xiao Jing opened the blinds and looked at the rolling white clouds outside the window. She said, “Captain, this mission is very dangerous, right?”

“It’s even more dangerous than the last time I met those rebels.”

“Then why did you send me?”

Xiao Jing asked hesitantly. Logically speaking, regardless of talent or ability, she was inferior to others in the special team. Even if she wanted to train the recruits, Lin Qi was more qualified to participate in this task than she was.

Shen Chengfeng closed his notebook and looked at Xiao Jing with a long and deep gaze. It was as if he could see through the unreality in the depths of his eyes. It was as if he was in a dream.

“Captain, did you open the back door for me on purpose?”

Xiao Jing lowered her head, her two fingers twitching in embarrassment. Other than this, she couldn’t think of any other reason. The Captain giving her a chance over and over again was simply placing high hopes on her.

“I know very well the overall quality of everyone in the special combat team, I will use their abilities well, not blindly sending out a strong esper. A powerful esper that thinks he has the power to attend the mission, every mission is not child’s play, I will definitely not open the back door specifically for anyone.”

Xiao Jing embarrassedly rubbed her head. She raised her eyes with confidence and said, “So, captain, you mean that you think that I am qualified for this mission?”

“There’s never been any waste in the SWAT team.”

Xiao Jing pursed her lips and smiled, “Captain, you didn’t deliberately open the back door for me?”

“I treat everyone the same.”

Shen Chengfeng opened his notebook once again, “Sleep then. There are still four hours until the border of the country.”

Xiao Jing, on the other hand, stared fixedly at his side.

Shen Chengfeng noticed his sharp gaze and glanced at his eyes that seemed to have some special intention. He placed one hand on his notebook and asked, “Do you still want to say something?”

“No, I just think the captain looks good.”

Xiao Jing smiled.

Shen Chengfeng did not say anything. He too stared at him without blinking. The two of them did not know how long they had been in silence.

Xiao Jing’s eyes were somewhat sore. She could not help but rub her eyes tiredly.

Shen Chengfeng silently threw the blindfold over.

She lowered her head and said to herself, “Captain, I don’t think that your looks are shabby. No matter how strong your family or ability is, you will definitely find a beautiful wife in the future, so you should try to leave the camp. Don’t stay here all day, it’s easy for you to go astray.”

“Pah!”

Shen Chengfeng closed his notebook and the entire cabin suddenly went silent, as though it had dropped by a few degrees.

Xiao Jing instinctively shivered. She covered her mouth and coughed lightly. “I think I said too much.”

“No, you didn’t say too much, and you weren’t wrong. A place like the military camp is indeed prone to suffering from mental disorders, especially when it comes to making a normal person turn into a lunatic.”

“…”

Was he scolding himself for overthinking things?

“I don’t know where Xiao Ye knows that I’m abnormal, but I’m sure he won’t be calm these days.”

Shen Chengfeng stared straight at Xiao Jing.

The atmosphere suddenly became strange. It was as if something was staring at her, as if a knife was stabbing into her spine.

Xiao Jing quickly averted her gaze, her gaze erratic as she looked at the cabin. She said, “I suddenly feel so tired, I’ll go to sleep first.”

Shen Chengfeng did not say anything else but was still staring at him with a burning gaze.

Xiao Jingjing turned her body to the side, facing the outside of the aircraft cabin, carefully sneaking a peek at the big Buddha behind her. After sensing the powerful attacking power of his dead fish eyes, she resentfully closed her eyes, pretending to be dead.

Dusk. The sun was setting in the west. The entire sky was dyed crimson by the red frost.

Xiao Jing is right behind Shen Chengfeng and along the way are the troops stationed at the border of the city.

The 105th Regiment of Garrison is currently the largest border patrol in the country. Sun Qi stood in a military posture and saluted, “Sir.”

“What’s the situation now?”

Shen Chengfeng took off his military hat and went straight to the point.

Sun Qi led the two into the camp and said, “We’ve already sent three elites out to search, but unfortunately, we haven’t received any news so far.”

“Where was the last place you lost contact?”

“Here.”

Sun Qi pointed at a city on the map and said, “This is a hidden city, occupied by a bunch of desperate criminals. Almost everyone here has guns, and there are even powerful artillery shells.”

“I see.”

Shen Chengfeng turned around and looked at Xiao Jing, who was focusing on listening to the news behind him. He said, “Get ready.”

Sun Qi’s heart was hanging by a thread, “Currently, it is unknown whether Professor Zhao’s group is alive or dead. His family members requested that the corpse be brought back as well.”

Shen Chengfeng checked his weapon and said coldly, “You have to know that in a place like that, casualties cannot be brought out.”

“…”

Sun Qi wanted to say something, but he hesitated. Of course, he knew that under those circumstances, it would be as difficult as ascending to the heavens to escape, not to mention carrying out the corpse.

Shen Chengfeng tidied up his gun and intentionally threw a bulletproof vest on Xiao Jing. He said, “Put it on.”

Xiao Jing obediently put on her body armor. She tightly held onto the AK as she followed her leader out of the camp area.

“We’ve already prepared enough ammunition to place under your seats in the car. If we encounter an ambush …”

“There are uncertainties in any assignment, and I know that better than you. Don’t say any of those unnecessary words. Buckle up and let’s go.”

Shen Chengfeng closed the door.

Sun Qi saluted the car as it sped away. “Please leave safely, sir.”

Hidden City was a city that turned around day and night. Here, the night noise lit up the night sky, and there were groups of people playing around. However, there was one thing that everyone had in common: there was a gun on their waist, in their hands, or on their backs!

It was as if the barrel of a gun were more common here than in cigarettes, almost essential to everyone.

Xiao Jing sat in the car, constantly paying attention to the movement outside. She asked in a low voice, “Captain, what should we do next?”

Looking around? ’

“I came here on a mission last year to meet a big boss here.”

Shen Chengfeng drove the car into an unlit alley.

“Big Boss?”

“This place is called Big Boss and Little Boss. Each Little Boss is in charge of a different area. Every ten Little Boss will have a Big Boss supporting them. That is to say, snare them. What we need to do now is to lure them out.”

Shen Chengfeng stepped on the brakes and parked his car in front of a bar.

The flirtatious woman in the sexy and seductive dancing dress walked over with a sway of her snake-like waist.

“Gramps, do you want to go in and take a seat?”

The woman raised her hand and swept it across Shen Chengfeng’s chest.

“Tell Master Qin that someone is here to ruin the situation.”

Finished speaking, Shen Chengfeng led Xiao Jing straight in.

When the man called Master Qin saw him staring at him without blinking, he closed the door behind him with a hypocritical smile on his face and said, “Why is Master Shen here?”

“Do you think I’m here as a guest?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Master Qin personally opened a bottle of red wine and smacked his lips. “Guest! Master Shen, there’s no need to stand on ceremony with me.”

“This Concealment City has been quite chaotic lately. A group of well-trained and fully equipped mercenaries have arrived. I’m afraid that Master Qin won’t be able to carry out his business.”

Master Qin’s hand trembled as he hurriedly said, “How come I don’t understand the meaning behind Master Shen’s words?”

Shen Chengfeng held down the bottle of wine without saying a word. In the silence, the bottle slowly dissolved and the wine was spilled onto the table

When Master Qin saw this, his legs staggered and he almost fell to the ground in fright.

Shen Chengfeng’s fingertips lightly tapped on the table and each time he knocked on the table, a deep handprint would be left behind.

Master Qin swallowed a mouthful of saliva and hurriedly asked, “What does Master Shen want to know?”

“Where are those guys?”

Shen Chengfeng went straight to the point.

Master Qin shook his head. “I’m not sure either. I only know that they frequently visit the Will Hotel during the day.”

“It seems that Master Qin doesn’t like me talking about food here.”

Shen Chengfeng walked in front of Master Qin and casually extended his hand towards him.

Master Qin staggered a few steps back with a nervous expression. “Occasionally, one or two of their members will come to visit me. I’ve heard them talk about European factories in the western part of the city.”

Shen Chengfeng nodded his head, “Master Qin has treated me well, but unfortunately, I am not blessed enough.”

Master Qin gulped and leaned against the wall, cold sweat dripping down his forehead.

… … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … The noisy hidden city, cars drove by in an orderly fashion.

The car stopped at the back entrance of the factory. A group of people were wearing the same short-sleeved t-shirts, and a hair ribbon embroidered with a python pattern was wrapped around their arms.

The boss, who was in charge of this consignment, stood at the side and smoked a cigarette. He spoke to the tall man beside him, “I stole this consignment from Country Y. I’m guessing that they must be in a mess right now. How about we use their consignment to kill them?”

It was the beginning and the end.

“Hahaha.”

The tall man coldly glanced at the ‘boss’, who was puffing smoke, and placed a box of cash in front of him. “You can leave now.”

The man called ‘boss’ shook his head, “I really don’t know why you guys want so much stuff. Since the stuff has already been delivered, if you guys still need to cooperate next time, it’s still the same old rule.”

Lights came down, boxes of goods were opened, and the latest weapons appeared in front of everyone’s eyes.

A man took out a gun, loaded it with a bullet, and without hesitation fired a shot at the bright light in the night sky.

“Bang!”

The bullet was as sharp as a knife out of its scabbard, shattering the light bulb.

When the lights went out, the entire space suddenly became a lot darker.

The truck that was parked quietly beside the car started to move. A person jumped out from under the car.

Another person also alighted from the other car. Taking advantage of the darkness of the night, two figures, one in front and one behind, hid in a quiet corner without alarming anyone.

The light in charge of the sentinel was rotating at a speed of three hundred and sixty degrees, and nothing suspicious could be found.

“Tomorrow will be an interesting day.”

The corner of the man’s mouth curled up in ridicule, as if he had already noticed the blood-red sky and the sorry state of his escape.

Another said, “I’d like to spend the Congress on gifts we’ve given them.”

“You guys stay here.”

The eight of them separated, each holding a weapon in their hands while keeping an eye on the cartons.

The night was quiet once more. A slight breeze blew across the treetops, and the grass rustled with the soft sound of a snake moving in the night.

However, the moment his hand touched his head, his pupils contracted. A figure had already grabbed his throat with lightning speed, and before he could say anything, before he could even let out a cry of pain, his entire body had already lost all resistance and was being strangled.

“Who is it?”

The other person noticed the change and turned to look at Zhang Xuan warily.

Under the moonlight, a silver light flashed. The man’s expression turned cold and his pupils dilated. He lied on his back in disbelief, a blood vein on his neck startling him.

“Someone is invading.”

As soon as one of them spoke, his body shook, and a bloody hole was left on his forehead.

Shen Chengfeng insisted on using the silencer but he did not hesitate at all. He took care of one with one shot. In the silent night, he did not make a sound.

Xiao Jing wiped the blood off her knife and panted. She lowered her voice and asked, “Captain, what should we do now?”

“Do you know Captain Lyons of El?”

Shen Chengfeng asked.

Xiao Jing carefully recalled this name, but she didn’t have the slightest impression of it. She frowned and said, “This time, I can’t remember any of that history.”

“Captain Lyons had a mission in '97, when the enemy was small and he had only one gun. If he wanted to destroy all the enemy, the only way was to kill them both in the strongest way possible.”

“…”

Xiao Jing looked at the thing behind him that was as tall as a floor. She suddenly had a bad feeling about this.

Yes, perish together.

Hehe, she felt that she still had a chance to be saved.

Shen Chengfeng crouched down and checked the serial number of the box carefully with his weak flashlight. Since it was the goods of country Y, then the name of the goods should be written according to the custom of country Y.

Very quickly, in less than a minute, Shen Chengfeng opened a box. It was indeed a box full of shells.

High precision, high explosive power, just one could blow up a 100 squared organism.

Xiao Jing squatted beside him and said in a low voice, “You’re going to blow it up with this thing?”

But we haven’t rescued Jiang Shi and Professor Zhao yet. "

“We need to alert the enemy.”

Shen Chengfeng took note of the lights above him and carefully took out an artillery shell from the box.

Xiao Jing’s heart was hanging high in her chest. Before she could ask him any questions, he had already placed the cannonball in her hands.

“…”

Was he planning on letting her do as she wished?

Shen Chengfeng took out a long barrel gun from the other box and said to the motionless Xiao Jing, “Follow me. Be careful when you move.”

Xiao Jing swallowed a mouthful of saliva. In her hands was something that she could use at any time, and behind her back was a heavy machine gun that could turn her into a beehive eye at any moment. It was clearly flat ground, but she seemed to be walking on a knife, making it difficult for her to move an inch.

Shen Chengfeng found the best shooting spot and put down the long barrel gun. He then pulled Xiao Jing’s hand over and said, “Shoot.”

Xiao Jing adjusted the direction, one hand holding the long tube, the other holding the pull ring, after confirming that there was no mistake, she shot out without any hesitation.

In the night sky, the bullets soared into the sky and finally exploded into a pile of crates.

“Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.”

The earth shook and the mountains shook. The entire factory shook violently as if an earthquake had occurred. Soon after, the sky was lit up by the flames, making it seem as if it was daytime.

“Be on alert, be on alert, there are invaders, there are invaders.”

The alarm went off and everyone gathered in a hurry.

“What is it?”

The big boss, Viper, who was about to leave, opened the door and saw the raging fire. His eyes suddenly darkened. “That direction is —”

“Big Brother, this isn’t good. The goods that just arrived today have exploded.”

A person hurriedly ran upstairs, panting as he spoke.

The man put one hand on the fence and took the gun from the soldier behind him. He said angrily, “Bastard, find the invader for me. I’m going to pull out my tendons and skin.”

The fire was still spreading, like a dragon of fire that had enveloped the entire factory.

“Extinguish the fire, quickly extinguish the fire.”

“Bang!”

The explosion came again, and the factory shook violently once more.

“Not good, the storehouse.”

Some people noticed that the fire was heading towards the sealed iron houses. Along the way, it ignited a lot of ammunition and destroyed several armored chariots.

Shen Chengfeng handed the AK to Xiao Jing with a serious expression, “Next up, let’s split up. Be careful.”

“Yes.”

Holding the rifle in her hand, Xiao Jing leaped up the high wall, and without hesitation, she fired two shots at the enemies who realized that they were shooting at the same time.

The man’s body swayed and fell to the ground.

“Found the intruder.”

A large group of people surrounded him.

Xiao Jing climbed up from the high shelf and ran to the second floor.

“Shoot, shoot.”

The bullets were like raindrops hitting the wall, sending up plumes of dust.

Xiao Jing crawled forward, looking for a good cover. She picked up the AK in her hands, and with a single bullet, she destroyed one of the players.

“Thirty meters on the second floor, we found the invader.”

On the stairs, the crowd swarmed up.

Xiao Jing surveyed her surroundings. There were groups of people coming in from downstairs. The sounds of footsteps coming from the stairs were getting closer and closer. She clenched her teeth and used her body to smash through the glass window behind her, directly entering the room.

It was dark in the room, and she noticed that the other side of the wall was also a window. Without thinking about it, she pushed the window open and leaped.

She fell onto the soft earth, covered in a lot of mud. After a short pause, she hurriedly ran towards the safe zone.

The firelight burned the night sky red, and the explosions in the surroundings continued to echo. Xiao Jing pulled off the grenade pulling ring and unhesitatingly added another burst of warm flames to the night.

“Bang!”

A wonderful mushroom cloud exploded in the room behind her, and a group of enemies who didn’t have time to escape let out shrill cries.

The corner of Xiao Jing’s mouth rose as she wiped off the dust on her face and grabbed the little soldier that had luckily escaped.

The soldier raised his hands high and said, “Have mercy.”

“Where are the Flower Country’s people being held?”

Xiao Jing asked straightforwardly.

The soldier shook his head, “I don’t know, I really don’t know.”

“That’s a pity. You’re of no value to me.”

Making a gesture, Xiao Jing took out a knife. The cold blade was attached to the man’s artery.

“To the northwest, where there is a dungeon.”

the man said bluntly.

Xiao Jing was very satisfied with his reply and said, “As a trained soldier, even if the other party has delayed you, you can’t sell out your country. Unfortunately, you broke your own faith.”

With that, the saber light flashed and the man’s eyes opened. He then fell to the ground, no longer struggling.

Xiao Jing took out her compass. After determining the direction, she carefully advanced forward.

The night wind was blowing, and the firelight was off in the opposite direction.

Shen Chengfeng climbed up the tower and a bullet brushed past his clothes. He noticed that the enemy was following closely behind him and there were several heavy machine guns installed on the ground.

He calculated the time. Based on his current speed and the speed at which he was moving on the ground, it was very likely that he would be declared dead as soon as he climbed up the tower.

This really wasn’t a wise idea.

On the tower, the man controlling the lights had already noticed his tracks. He turned the lights around and the lights were shining brightly around his body. The next moment, the lights went out and turned into guns, aiming straight at Shen Chengfeng.

Shen Chengfeng took off his gloves and without any time to think, he used his bare hands to hold on to the frame of the tower.

The frame broke in the middle, and the entire tower fell down in the air.

“Scatter! Everyone disperse!”

“F * ck his grandpa, what did he do?”

The group of people who were preparing to shoot dispersed in panic.

BOOM! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!

After the tower broke, it smashed into the factory and shattered the entire wall.

Shen Chengfeng’s head rolled to the corner of the wall and he noticed that someone was approaching him. He took out his gun and was ready to shoot.

Xiao Jing quickly said, “Captain, it’s me.”

Shen Chengfeng put down his gun and looked at him but did not say anything.

Xiao Jing was squatting in front of him, showing her teeth, “Captain, I don’t understand why you would want to climb on that thing.”

“With such an obvious intention, unless you are blind, how could you not have found your trace?”

Shen Chengfeng ignored the long-winded soldier, tidied up his clothes and continued hiding.

Xiao Jing followed behind him and said, “I know where they are locked up.”

Shen Chengfeng stopped and glanced at the small body following behind him.

Xiao Jing looked at him with a look of appreciation. She blinked her big eyes and pointed towards the northwest wall. “It’s right below that wall.”

Shen Chengfeng grabbed his head and a bullet passed through his hair, shooting straight into the pillar behind the two of them.

Xiao Jing came back to her senses. Before she could even mount a gun, a hand suddenly hugged her. After that, her head hit the other party’s chest, causing her head to hurt.

Shen Chengfeng protected Xiao Jing and hid behind the metal pillar. He tightened his grip on the spear in his hand and said in a low voice, “Find a good cover.”

With that, his figure flashed across her eyes, disappearing like a bubble in the ocean.

Xiao Jing subconsciously blinked her eyes. The sound of gunshots echoed in her ears. She reacted, her body agile as she hid behind the mud tube.

“Bang, bang, bang.”

A continuous stream of heavy machine gun bullets fell all around her. The already weak mud pipe could not hold on much longer, and cracks began to appear on the surface of the pipe.

Xiao Jing had no way to fight back. She didn’t know how many heavy machine guns were firing at the same time in front of her, but she knew that if she revealed even the slightest bit of movement, she would immediately be turned into a pile of meat paste.

“Bang!”

The gunshot suddenly stopped.

Xiao Jing tried taking a glance.

The man’s body flickered like a ghost in the night mist. He grabbed the barrel of the rifle with his bare hands and kicked at the enemy soldiers who were about to turn the spearhead.

The soldier seemed to have broken a tooth as he spat out a mouthful of blood. Before he could even stand properly, his throat was locked by a move.

The moment his gloved hand touched the soldier’s skin, white smoke rose into the air. In the next instant, before he could even cry out in pain, the soldier staggered a few steps and fell to the ground.

“Ah, what is it?”

Another person who saw this scene couldn’t help but cry out.

Shen Chengfeng quickly put on his gloves and grabbed the other heavy machine gun with both hands. Without a sound, the bullets covered everyone like a torrential downpour.

In front of the monitor, the man smashed his hand on the keyboard and said with all his might, “Shoot them! Kill them!”

“Boss, our casualties are severe.”

A person’s head was still dripping blood. He clenched his teeth and said, “The Flower Country has an old saying: if there is a mountain, there is no need to worry about a bonfire.”

“Are you trying to make me retreat?”

The man angrily grabbed the man’s collar, “I was beaten to a pulp by two people on my own territory, and you want me to retreat?”

“All our ammunition has been destroyed. Have you forgotten the scorpion that is eyeing our poisonous snake?”

The man’s face sank. He clenched his hands into fists, smashed the keyboard with one fist, and stared at the frozen man in the monitor with bloodshot eyes, “I will return it. Just you wait, Flower Country.”

The fire continued to burn through the factory like a raging fire.

Xiao Jing noticed that the factory was gradually calming down. She frowned and said, “They aren’t attacking?”

“It must have retreated.”

Shen Chengfeng opened up the magazine and looked at the gun which had run out of ammunition. He threw it to the side and picked another submachine gun, “Let’s go.”

Xiao Jing grabbed onto the corner of Shen Chengfeng’s shirt.

Shen Chengfeng was stunned and did not understand his actions, “Do you have something to say?”

Xiao Jing gently tore open the corner of his clothes. The bright red blood had already soaked her entire arm. She said, “You’re injured.”

Shen Chengfeng did not mind and glanced at him, “It’s just a small injury.”

Xiao Jing silently looked at him and then walked in front of him.

Shen Chengfeng looked at this small body with a head shorter than his. He could not help but straighten his back. Any movement without any hesitation would allow him to shoot cleanly. For some reason, the corner of his mouth rose uncontrollably.

Xiao Jing suddenly stopped moving.

Shen Chengfeng noticed the sparse sounds of movement.

They looked up and looked at each other. The next moment, they both jumped up and laid on the floor at the same time.

“Bang!”

Once again, the firelight devoured the night sky, causing the stones to bounce up one by one.

The two of them understood that the other party was planning to blow up the entire factory.

“Let’s go, I’ll go rescue him.”

Shen Chengfeng pushed Xiao Jing a few meters away.

Xiao Jing stubbornly followed him. Her eyebrows were furrowed and her expression was serious. She said, “Captain, do you want me to become a deserter?”

“Red alert, I cannot let my little soldier be in danger. Let’s go.”

Without turning his head, Shen Chengfeng ran towards the northwest district.

Xiao Jing glanced at the intense explosions in the factory and similarly, she charged forward without any hesitation. The ground trembled, and the scorching wave of fire evaporated the moisture in the air. The smell of saltpeter became stronger and stronger.

“Captain!”

Xiao Jing shouted.

The wall shook and suddenly the whole wall fell.
