"You're late!" She exclaimed.
I rolled my eyes. Yes, obviously? I'm late! Is she always needed to remind me of that? Urgh! She's always like that.
I didn't mind my manager. Instead, I turn my back and sat on the couch. I sighed. If I can ditch this freaking photo shoot. I'll do it. But heck! I can't.
"Goodness gracious, Zendrea! You're a pain in my head."
I raised my right brow "Totally pain in your head, Manager." said then crossed my legs.
Namaywang siya pagkatapos hinampas sa ulo ko 'yong nakarolyong magazine.
"Why did you do that? Damn!" I annoyingly hissed.
"Now you're asking me why did I freaking do that? Aba! Binabastos mo nalang ako ngayon, huh Zendrea?" She's crazy.
"Manager, I'm sorry okay? Fine! Nabastos kita. But I only did that bec---."
Okay. She cut me off, great. Siya 'yong bastos.
"Heh! Tumigil ka na ngang bata ka. Ah anyways,'yung offer sa'yo? Ano'ng sagot mo?" I frown after what I hear about the offer thingy. Teka? Wala akong maalala. Sa totoo lang, what is that?
She waited me to answer. But I give her what the heck look.
"For pete's sake, Zendrea! You didn't remember? Eh two days ago pa lang ang lumilipas.
Wait. Two days ago? Okay. I think about it first.
"Oh, the offer? 'Yong new movie ko ba? With I forgot his name. Well, I don't care what his name. Okay, I'll accept the offer."
She sigh in err, relief? Or sa pagka-frustrate dahil sa'kin? About the offer? Like what I said earlier. Ako raw ang bida,lagi naman. But this time. Iba 'yung leading man ko. Sabi nila. And, actually? I forgot his name. But whoever he is? Galingan niya lang dahil best actress ang makakasama niya.
"Good, that you accept it. 'Yong mga fans mo kasi, matagal ka ng hinihintay sa new movie mo. Two years ka na walang movie. Puro guesting at teleserye lang ang offer sa iyo lately. Ah, if I'm not mistaken? Ang pangalan ng leading man mo is Frost. Nakalimutan ko narin 'yong last name niya." I nodded my head.
Frost, ewan. Ngayon ko lang ata narinig ang pangalan na 'yun.
Hmm. Ano naman kayang itsura niya? Sana naman diba? Gwapo. I'm sure kapag nalaman 'to ng boyfriend ko. Baka laitin na naman niya. Well. My boyfriend is a dam hot guy. 'Di kayo magsisisi if ever you met him. Pero sana h'wag na. Baka agawin lang ng kung sino. Don't me. Swear.
"Zendrea? Let's start." Buti hindi sila nagalit na late ako. Except from my manager. Shrug my shoulders. Well. Kapag may taping kasi ako parati akong late. Kaya talagang nagagalit 'yong staff o kaya minsan si Direk o kung sino mang poncho pilato siya.
I put down my things saka nagpunta sa pwesto kung saan siyempre. Gagawin 'yung photoshoot.
"Okay, 1,2, 3....---"
I stopped the photographer "Wait up. Diba may kasama ako for the cover? Where the hell is he?"
The photographer scratched his nape. "Ah, to be honest? He's one hour late. Pero darating naman daw siya sabi ng Manager mo?"
What? So mas pa VIP 'yong he na 'yon? Kaysa sa akin? Wow! Makapal siya. Tinalo niya pa ako.
"Pwede na ba nating ituloy?"
"Tanga, siyempre oo." walang ganang sagot ko. Bobong Photographer.
"Zendrea!" Manager shouted. If you can see what is her face reaction right now. Darn, epic. Kunot na kunot ang noo. Obvious na hindi na gusto ang inaasal ko. Even my attitude is well kind of bad? My fans love me and my Boyfriend.
"I'm not doing anything." sagot ko ng may pilyang ngiti.
"Urgh! Continue. Pagpasensyahan mo nalang 'yang alaga ko Mr. Photographer"
I rolled my eyes. Aish. Wala namang magandang ginawa maliban sa pagpose ko. Na usual thing lang kapag may photo shoot.
"Umabot ka pa, Frost." Napatigil kami. Wow. Ang pa-VIP, dumating narin sa wakas.
Bumaba ako sa mini stage. Nakatalikod siya sa akin.
Tsk.
"So, ang pa VIP dumating na rin. Hindi mo ba alam na kalahating oras ka ng late Mr. Pa-VIP!" I exclaimed.
"Sorry Zendrea. If I make you wait." He said and what the fuck! Teka! Gosh! Bakit ang gwapo ng isang 'to. Shit! O.A lang Zen?
"Star struck, eh?" He said grinning and he even snap his finger.
Damn! Ano'ng nangyari sa akin? Eh, ano kung gwapo siya? Mas g---. Urgh! Nevermind.
"Asa. Pa-VIP!" Sagot ko sabay inirapan siya.
Tinalikuran ko siya. Saka bumalik sa mini stage "Let's finished this."
Napansin kong sumunod siya at tumabi sa 'kin. Gadh! Ewan ko, ah. Bakit parang 'di ako mapakali! Seriously, ano'ng meron? Bakit ganito? Gosh.
"Okay, tamang-tama for the next pose! Paki-akbayan naman si Zendrea, Frost"
What? Akbay? Teka. Bakit ko naman iintindihin? Akbay lang 'yon. I do shoots before sa ibang artist and hindi naman ako na ilang or what.
"Okay."
Okay, trabaho 'to kaya dapat ayusin ko. Ilang shots lang naman 'yung naka-akbay siya sa 'kin.
"Next pose. Go to her back and give her a backhug, pagkatapos paki dikit 'yong pisngi mo Frost sa pisngi ni Zendrea and then smile."
"Smile." he whispers. Biglang nagulo 'yong sistema ko.
WTF! Ano bang meron sa lalaking 'to. I never feel this feeling. I can't name it. Ewan ko kung ano 'to. Gosh!
"Bagay kayong dalawa." Ngumiti nalang ako sa sinabi ni Mr. Photographer. But I'm shocked, to what he says.
"Really! That's great."
What the hell! This guy named Frost is insane. First encounter ko palang sa kaniya and I feel weird about this guy. I can't avoid him in the set or kahit sa station. He's my leading man, nga raw diba? Ah, by the way. Why would I avoid him? Aish. Malay ko.
"Excuse me lang? Tapos na ba ang shoot?" Singit ko sa kanilang dalawa.
"Ah, isa nalang 'to. You Frost? Idikit mo 'yung noo mo sa noo ni Zendrea and you Zendrea? Look at his eyes. Make this perfect okay?"
That was easy for me.
Bigla akong nailang sa pag-ngiti niya sa'kin and damn! Para akong hinihigop na ewan ng mga mata niya. There's something in his eyes. I can't tell.
Gosh! What is happening here?

"Oh? Tulala ka diyan, Zendrea?" I get back to my senses when Kelly pinched my cheeks.
"What the hell Kelly!" She is well, my friend. Kelly Avery, who owns this Boutique.
"What? E tulala ka e. Tell me? May LQ kayo ni Papa Troy?" I glare at her.
"How dare you to call my Boyfriend on that eww! Papa! Seriously, Kelly? Salitang kalye 'yan. Where did you get that? Don't tell me, naglalagi ka sa lansangan?" Taas kilay kong sabi.
She made a face "Arte mo! Sa kalye diba? Ikaw na nga ang nagsabi. Ofcourse not! Ano ako? Matandang hamog? I own a boutique for heaven sake,Zendrea!"
Okay. Fine, whatever.
Ah, after on that freaking photo shoot? I went here to make a lil chitchat before I go home. Besides, madadaanan naman 'tong boutique ni Kelly, way to the studio. So, yeah.
"So ano bang ipinunta mo rito? Tutulala ka lang ba?" I sighed. I know. This is weird.
"I accept the offer for my new movie and guess who? Who's my leading man?" She sits beside me.
"Who? Don't have an idea"
"His name is, Frost."
"What? Frost?" Biglang nangunot ang noo ko. Do Kelly, know him? E bakit ako hindi? Maybe taga kabilang station? I guess.
"You know him?" I ask.
"Maybe? Ituloy mo muna 'yong kwento mo." Bwisit!
"Fine!"
"And I met him a while ago in the studio. Guess what? He's freaking gwapo! Natulala ako for the first time sa isang lalaki! Na never kong na-experience! At hindi ko pa maipaliwanag 'yong feeling ko kanina. Mababaliw na yata ako, Kelly!" She tapped my shoulder.
"Maybe you like him? Or attracted ka lang? Ah, ang pagkakaalam ko lang huh? Taga kabilang station nga siya. Even his friends, acctually tatlo 'yon. Na lumipat lang last month? Sa station niyo. Are you not informed about him and his friends?" I shooked my head.
Like him? Attracted? Urgh! Hell no! Kainin na ako ng lupa. Heck! That's not right. I had a boyfriend.
"To be honest!I am not. And, woah. Last month? Remember. May taping ako sa France right that time." She nodded her head.
"You saw him or just, accidentally you know? Meet him personally?" I ask her. She knew that Frost a lot? Maybe a bit.
"Nope. I didn't, just heard his name on my staff's. Wala lang, kapag minsan habang busy ako sa ginagawa ko? Naririnig ko lang sa kanila. Ah by the way? Why not ask your Manager?"
Yeah, bakit nga ba hindi ko itanong. Damn! Bakit ba naging interesado ako sa Frost na 'yon?
Who is he? Why I'm interested to know him?
