The party began earlier than I expected and soon all my frat brothers were wasted on the couches with a random girl under their arms.

I stared around looking for something interesting but all the girls were the same of every other night and I should be concentrating on only one.

My phone vibrated in my pocket and I drunkenly dunked my hand inside to grab it. I looked at the screen and read the message.

"She's here"

I got up and told some of my friends to come with me to this party. I knew it was nothing like ours but I had to at least go and be polite.

I drove my car alone and got there before everyone else. I waited outside for everyone to get there distracting myself with the branches of the big tree on the entrance of the house. I saw the headlights approaching and walked towards them.

"Let's go, Blaky" Dallas joked with a mockingly smile.

We walked in laughing at something stupid Corey said and my eyes immediately scanned the room, finding her sitting down in couch looking very uncomfortable. I greeted everyone and made my way over to her appearing surprised to see her there. I gave her one of my best smiles and stood in front of her.

"You look fresh" I said with a smile. She rolled her eyes at me something I felt she would be doing a lot.

"Hi Blake" she said taking me by surprise. I chuckled. How the heck did she know my name?

"So you know my name, huh?" She rolled her eyes again. I think she'll be doing that a lot today.

"Who doesn't?" She snapped and I smiled and sat next to her.

"You're... Tine, right?" I had to play my cards right if I didn't want to blew this away "you look like you don't belong here" I commented. She snorted.

"Yes, nice to meet you" she remarked harshly ignoring my comment and stretching out a hand to shake it with mine. I took it and looked at her deeply in the eyes. She was hot; brown hair falling down all the way to her lower back, curvy as fuck and very nice brownish eyes.

"Same" I said blinking fast trying to un-cloud my thoughts. I was going to say something else but Corey came over laughing loudly.

"Hey Blake" he looked at me "who's the new cutie? Never seen her around here" he grinned and gave her his hand, she placed her in his and he kissed it. We were all playing a part in this bet.

"She's Tina and get your own Casanova" I snapped her hand out of his and held hers afterwards.

"Alright, alright" Corey winked at her "we're going back to the house, coming?" I looked at Tina and then Corey.

"No, go ahead" I looked at her again "let's get out of here" I said standing up. She followed right behind. What a good girl.

"Where are we going Blake?" She asked when we were walking towards the door.

The night was windy and humid, typical Florida. I was wearing denim which really sucked because it can get pretty hot.

"We're going to the cafeteria" I answered her question once we were in front of my car.

We drove in silence. She looked uncomfortable or maybe just nervous and I was trying to sober up and drive in straight line.

We got to the cafeteria and luckily it was empty. I was hungry and drunk and in serious need to sober up. We sat down in one of the tables in the middle and the bright light burnt my eyes. I got up and walked over to a vending machine. I went back to the table with a bag of Doritos and a coke.

"You're not hungry?" I asked once I was in front of her. She shook her head no and shrugged and opened the bag and started eating.

She was looking at me attentively, I almost felt like she was just reading through me.

"So..." she said uncomfortable. I looked at her and smiled.

"So, what made you go to that party?" She looked around, nervous and then focused on her hands.

"I... I was supposed to meet with one of my friends but she left earlier with some guy" I raised my eyebrow but she didn't look up.

"That's rude of your friend" I said with a serious tone. How can her friend leave her behind on her first party?

"Yeah, but I really didn't care" she shrugged and folded her hands on the table but I took them and opened them on the table. I started playing with her fingers.

"Why do you get so late to parties?" She asked talking really fast. I looked at her still with her finger in my hand.

"I usually start down at the frat house and then we go to the party but most of time it's just so people don't think we're complete douches. Not to brag or anything but we throw the best parties" I smiled proudly. She giggled looking at me.

"I wouldn't know, I've never been to one" She remarked. I nodded and took her hand and placed it on top of mine. She looked at our hands and smiled. This trick always works.

"Right" I said thinking about something to make her talk about her "but let's talk about you" this is the dorkiest line ever but it has to work with her. She looked at me and her eyes seemed worried. Was she insecure? Or was she just nervous to be around me?

"Mmm, I study computer science and I work for the newspaper sometimes" she blushed and I couldn't help but smile. She was adorably nerdy.

"I knew those things" I confessed with a smile. She looked surprised and winked at her "you don't go as unnoticed as you think you do" she blushed again. I smiled picturing her blushing after I kiss her.

Suddenly the door flew open, whoever opened it pushed it really hard. I jumped and looked behind me. It was a couple kissing and walking in backwards. They stopped when they noticed we were there.

"Hi Blake" the girl, Traycee said with a smile. What a whore, she was with a guy and was eying me.

Her companion was hitting the vending machines trying to get a drink out.

"Hey Tray" I got up and helped the guy out. They ran out.

"I wish they had vending machines with condoms in them" Tina whispered looking at her fingers.

"What?" I asked wanting to hear her smart mouth saying that again. I sat down again.

"Nothing" she answered looking at my t-shirt.

"I like that color on you" I complimented her. She frowned and looked down at her dress. It really did bring out the best of her body. It was tight in the boobs and the waist and left enough for the imagination.

"It's pretty late..." she said and it sounded like an excuse to leave.

"Yeah, but we both know you're not sleepy and I'm not sleepy, so let's talk" I remarked with a smile. She bit her lip and I couldn't resist it; I leaned towards her and made her stop "let's play a game" she looked at me "let's ask questions and answer with the truth and only the truth" I couldn't have come up with something more childish.

"Go" she said with a smile.

"Boyfriend?"

"No, girlfriend?"

"No" I smirked.

"Hook ups?"

"No, you?"

"Too many" I smirked "virgin?"

"Yes" she hesitated but told the truth.

"Sweet" I said licking my lip. I leaned back and placed my hand behind my neck.

"Casual sex or kinky sex?" She took me by surprise when she asked that.

"Casual, sometimes kinky, it depends" I raised one eyebrow "oral?"

"Yes" I smiled raising my eyebrows.

"Not so prude, huh?" I joked.

"Being a virgin doesn't make me a prude" she snapped.

"Touché"

"Why Law?" The muscles on my jaw tensed immediately. Why every girl goes there?

"My parents chose that" I answered dryly. I moved my hands to my lap "why computer science?"

"I like it" I nodded.

We didn't say anything for a couple of minutes. She seemed to be thinking very deeply. I stared at her for a couple of seconds, looking at the way her lips curved and formed a perfect shape. Her eyes weren't big but they were good for her face. She had big cheeks that made her look so fucking adorable when she blushed.

The lights went off out of the sudden. I looked up confused.

"What the fuck!?" She exclaimed sitting up and hitting my leg with her foot.

"Auch" I complained. I looked for her in the darkness but it was really hard to see.

"This is not funny" she said annoyed.

"Who said it was?" I said annoyed by her attitude. I was as confused as her with the situation.

"What time it is?" She asked. I fetched my phone out of my pocket.

"1 am" I answered.

"They turn off the lights in the service buildings at this time" I got up and started walking towards the door.

"Right, I totally forgot about it" I said and stopped and walked back.

"If I'm not wrong, the locks on the doors are automatic too..." and soon as she spoke the doors locked "there you go" she said. I smiled and walked back to the table.

"Well, we can spend the night here" I got inside the booth stepping on her foot.

"Auch" She jumped and hit herself with the table.

"Sorry" I apologized and placed my hand on her shoulder. Her skin was so warm and soft "come on, you must be hungry" I stood off and she followed taking my hand.

We walked over to the vending machines.

"If there's no light how are you supposed to..." I shut her up by hitting the machine and making it throw two gatorades out.

"What do you want?" I asked pointing at the snacks.

"Doritos" I nodded and hit the machine again getting two Doritos bag.

We sat in one of the tables close to the door. I couldn't see her but I could hear her silence and know she was deep in thought.

"Where are you from?" I asked when I finished my bag.

"Dominican Republic, it's in the Caribbean" I nodded smiling.

"Right! Latina" I was still smiling "Tina Vega" I said slowly afraid to be saying it wrong.

So far she wasn't so bad, I knew she wasn't going to drop her panties in front of me but I liked myself a challenge. I had to use another technique for her. Parties and kisses wasn't going to the trick. I had a few things I could do and I mean, they're pretty corny and personal but this was only for a month. By the end of this she'll probably hate me.

"A penny for your thoughts" I said leaning on the table.

"I'm getting sleepy" she said. I moved to sit next her. I placed my arm over her shoulder and pulled her closer to me.

"You can fall asleep" I offered, pulling her closer until she could rest her head on my shoulder.

I felt her head getting heavier and I knew she had fallen asleep. I stayed awake for a couple of more minutes trying to think of strategy to not get emotionally involved with this girl.
