I laid in bed, dreaming about my recent trip to Disney with my family when I felt a slight nudge on my hip. I shrugged it off as my subconscious, until I felt it again, and then again. I could slightly hear Ember turning around in bed, her cold breath from the winter morning hitting the back of my neck. I felt the light tap on my hip again, hearing a small snigger from behind me. I turned around, opening my eyes to see Ember grinning down at me. "Can you stop poking me? I'm trying to sleep."
"I'm bored and awake, I just want to see your face." She smiled over at me, slightly pouting, as I sighed knowing there was no way I was going to be able to go back to sleep.
"Come on then, what do you want to do?" She sat upright, swinging her legs out of bed and grabbing her trainers.
"Lets go for a run!" She yelled happily, as I laid back down letting out a massive groan.
"Are you serious? Who wants to go running at eight o'clock in the morning?" Ember ran around to my side of the bed lifting the duvet up, as the harsh bitter weather hit me.
"Come on." She said pulling me up out of bed by my arms.
"Fine, but you owe me one," I told her, grabbing a change of clothes.
