"Nandini Murthy spare my hair for goodness sake ! You've been fixing it for the past half hour !!" Manik yelled
"Manik its been less then 3 minutes , and would you please bend a little it's too difficult to reach your hair like this , my back hurts now !" Nandini complained and he chuckled and bent in front of her and she fixed up his hair and shirt collar and moved away
"Oye !" He stopped her holding her hand

"ok so the meeting starts in an hour till then you two can practice in the studio if you want "
"cool" manik replied and Tarun guided them to the music studio

"manik !" shivani called out and jumped in his arms
"hello beautiful !" nandini called out and shivani hugged her
"aren't you supposed to be in school at this time ? " manik asked
"kya manik saturday ko kon school jata hai " she mocked
"hes dumb !" nandini said hitting his head playfully and shivani chuckled
"so what are you doing here in the music studio ?" nandini asked
"actually I love music I spend most of my time here" she replied
"oh so do you play ?" manik asked
"I play piano !" she exclaimed "do you wanna listen ?" she asked with a shine in her eyes
"we would love to !" nandini replied as she sat in front of her piano and started playing , leaving the duo flabbergasted by her music
"wow !" manik blurted as soon as she was finished
"are you sure your'e 8 , because the way you play I really doubt it !" nandini complimented and she chuckled
"you liked it ?" she asked nervously
"loved it " manik replied
manik and shivani were busy in their little chit chats while nandini was trying to write something sitting in the corner of the room with her hair tied up in a messy bun and a pen in between her teeth and manik looked at her and smiled while adoring her and nandini looked at him and smiled back as she continued her work
"your girlfriend is beautiful.." shivani whispered in his ear
" I know." manik whispered back and she giggled
"do you love her ?" she asked
"a lot ! that's why she is my girlfriend , but.."
"but what ?" she asked
"but i think i love you more now , what do I do ?" manik whispered back
"I love you too but you're taken !" she fake sighed and manik laughed
"so what do we do now , you want me to break up with her ?" manik whispered
"no way ! never in a million years !" she replied
"she loves you !"
"how can you tell ?" manik asked
"from the way she looks at you , its the same way mom looks at dad , with a huge smile as if everything in the world is just fine , I want to be in love like that one day " she said and manik had an ear to ear smile
"you sure you're eight ? I have a doubt !" manik chuckled
"everybody does " she laughed
"whats cooking kids ?" nandini asked
"I am not a kid nandini !" manik argued
"yeah sure !" nandini said sarcastically making shivani laugh
"so do you want to practice one last time ?" manik asked
"yeah lets do it !" nandini replied and they were busy practicing when tarun came to call them
"guys are you two ready ?" he asked
"uhm yeah , just a second let us wrap up stuff " manik said as they started wrapping up when he saw nandini's hands shivering
"hey....are you fine ?" he asked
"I wont screw up right ? I dont want you to lose this opportunity because of me .." she said nervously
"my love , relax and take a deep breath , you will be great , we will be great . when we are together nothing can ever go wrong " he said cupping her cheek and placed a long kiss on her forehead
