"I cannot believe I have to spend the next few weeks in this house on my own." Brazil sighed.

"I'll call you. Everyday." James said, caressing her arm.

"Maybe it's good that we'll be so far away from each other. That'll make every moment that we do see each other really special."

"You're probably right. I am gonna miss one thing though." He smirked playing with the hem of her blouse.

She rolled her eyes.

"Annick was right. You are a horn dog."

"I'm leaving tomorrow." He persuaded, leaning in.

"Ugh fine. But just because you're leaving tomorrow." She said before rolling on top of him.

~

James had packed his stuff and was ready to drive to the airport.

Brazil was just about on the verge of tears but wanted to be as strong as she could for him.

Everyone was in the living room ready to say goodbye to him.

First was Randy who James pulled into a hug.

"I'm gonna miss you, man." James said.

"I never thought I'd hear that from you, but I'm gonna miss you too."

Next was Annick.

"You know I still feel guilty for spraining your ankle?"

"Awe well you're forgiven." She grinned hugging him.

Next was Jeffery.

"I'm also gonna miss you, asshole."

"I'd miss me too." He smirked.

James smacked the back of his head before moving on to Daysia.

"No need to flatter me James. I already know how amazing I am." She said opening to arms in the end for a hug.

James rolled his eyes, hugging Daysia and moving on to Dario.

"You're an ass, but you're still my friend. I'm still gonna miss you."

"Thank you, James." Dario said, hugging him.

"Keep his ass in check Miciah." He said ruffling her hair.

"Touch my hair again you won't even need to get on a plane cause' I'll put you're ass in check all the way to New York City." And said, squinting her eyes.

"I'm sorry. But anyways, I'm gonna miss all you guys. I'll try to come and visit as soon as I can."

He grabbed Brazil's hand and led her out the house to say good bye to her there.

"You won't forget about me right?" He smiled.

Brazil scoffed.

"I should be asking you that. You're the one that's gonna stay surrounded by a bunch of gorgeous actresses."

"Well none of them compare to you. So no, I will not forget about you." He said, pulling her into his arms.

"Ugh James...I'm gonna miss you."

"I'll call you as soon as my plane lands."

Brazil nodded, trying to contain her tears.

"Don't cry. We'll be fine, Brazil."

She nodded again.

"Well I'm not trying to make you miss your flight."

He leaned down and kissed her.

"I love you." He smiled.

"I love you too."

He softly pulled away backing away to his car.

When he got in, he gave Brazil one last long smile before starting his car and driving away.

Brazil walked into the house and everyone looked at her sympathetically.

"You okay Brazil?" Daysia asked.

She found herself running upstairs.

Now while everyone thought this was for emotional reasons, it was once again, Brazil's needed to throw up...again.

"Miciah...can I talk to you?" Annick asked, already pulling her into the kitchen.

"Uh, what's the matter?"

"Did it ever occur to you that our friend might be pregnant?"

"No...it didn't. What makes you think that?"

"She's been throwing up...a lot."

"Should I ask her?"

"You can get her some tests."

"Aight. I'll go do that then."

As Miciah left, Annick sat down and sighed.

This would probably be the most stressful event that ever take place in Brazil's life considering the father of this baby is probably on a plane to New York at the moment.

But Annick still felt envy over her.

Most people would tell her that it's not big of a deal since there was adoption and such.

But the process of adoption was already hard enough for Annick.

Plus, ever since she was young, she's always wanted to go through the same thing her mom did.

She wanted to raise a baby that would grow up with her personality traits and physical traits.

But for now, she decided to shut herself up and stop complaining.

~

"I am not pregnant!" Brazil whisper yelled to Miciah.

"Just take the goddamn test if you're so confident." Miciah said, handing her the pharmacy bag.

Brazil rolled her eyes and snatched the bag.

"Fine."

She entered the bathroom, shutting the door while Miciah waited in anticipation.

"Does it say positive?" She asked after hearing a beep.

"Um..."

"It does, doesn't it?"

"It's just one test. I haven't taken all three yet."

"Well do that."

"I can't." She whined.

"Why not Brazil?"

"I don't have to go pee anymore."

"Ugh...I'll get you more water. Stay put."

Brazil sighed looking at the stick.

"Just one." She whispered to herself.

~

"Okay Brazil, last test. If this one won't convince you that you're pregnant, I don't know what will."

"I'm not."

"Just take it."

After a good six minutes and Miciah hearing the beep she went up and knocked on the door.

"Brazil?"

No answer.

"Brazil?"

Miciah rolled her eyes, pulling her usually Bobby pin out and using it to unlock the bathroom door.

Brazil was sat on the edge of the bathtub with her head in her hands.

"Are you okay?" Miciah asked.

She shook her head.

"I am not ready to be a mom."

"You'll be fine, Brazil."

"No...I actually won't. James, the father, is in New York."

"You should tell him."

"I can't...I don't know what to do."

~

"So you wanna tell them?" Miciah asked, looking between Brazil and their two other friends.

Brazil sighed.

"I'm pregnant."

Their eyes widened.

"I fucking knew it." Annick mumbled.

"But I don't think I have the ability to keep it so..."

"You're giving it up for adoption?" Annick guessed.

"No..."

Daysia was the first to catch on.

"You wanna get an abortion?" She asked, nearly whispering the last part.

"Guys...I know it sounds ridiculous but-"

"It doesn't sound ridiculous it sounds terrible. How could you even suggest that?" Annick said.

"I cannot be a mom, okay? I'm not you Annick, I don't find joy in every stressful thing that takes place in my life."

"Get an abortion and you won't find joy in anything." She said before walking away.

Daysia turned to Miciah.

"Did you know she wanted to do this?"

"In all honesty, I just think James not being here and her pregnancy hormones added up, causing her to think about doing stupid shit. But I can be wrong."

"I don't get it. You guys always say that you're prochoice and you believe in a woman's right to her own body. But here you are judging me."

"You know what? You're right. As girls who believe in a females right to her own body, we say go, get an abortion. But as your best friends, we're telling you that you'd be making the most idiotic mistake that you have ever made in your life." Miciah said.

"In addition to that, not only will James not forgive you but you will never forgive you."

Brazil sighed.

"You're right. I don't know why I even suggested that. I just...I can't tell James, guys. He'll come back here, quit his job, and I'll be the reason why his dream took slower to process."

"Then don't." Miciah said.

"What?"

"Don't tell him. You need help with this, we'll help you."

"Really?"

"Yeah, girl. That's what we're here for."

~

"You seemed to get awfully upset up there." Daysia said to Annick as she washed dishes.

"You weren't?"

"I was. It just seemed like you were more upset than the rest of us."

"I'm fine."

"You sure?"

"Obviously." She said, growing annoyed.

"Woah, where did that attitude come from?"

Daysia jumped when Annick slammed a plate down on the sink.

"It just sucks when some people out there can't have babies and she wants to just demolish hers." Annick said, her voice cracking.

Daysia blinked.

"Are you...one of those people."

"No! Why the fuck would you say that?"

"It seems to me that you're upset about her having a baby then getting rid of it, because that's something that you can't do."

"Can we stop talking about this?" Annick said, quietly,

"Why can't you have kids?"

"Daysia..."

"Tell me."

"I went to the doctors a while ago when my period was acting weird, remember? He ran some tests. Turns out it's infertility."

"So there's no chance of you having kids?"

"There's a 00.01% chance of me having kids.."

"Does Randy know."

Annick sighed, resting her elbows on the counter.

"No. You can't tell anyone. Not even Miciah and Brazil."

"Don't you think you should-"

Daysia stopped when Jeffery walked in.

"Hey Daysia, David has some charity award thingy and wanted me and you to come." He said, putting an arm around her.

"Uh yeah sure." She said, eyeing Annick.

Annick just set down the sponge that she used to wash dishes and left the kitchen.
