"What's with the questions?" You countered. It may be rude that you had asked him that question but you can't help it. You find him acting strange than the usual.
Joey then looked away, "never mind." you heard him muttered as Shine called the two of you from your back. He was holding two large buckets of popcorn with three drinks placed on a plastic bag.
You suddenly got curious as why Shine had those snacks as you then decide to ask. "Why did you buy these snacks? We should go to a restaurant if you're hungry so you can eat a decent food." You said as Shine stared at you in wonder.
"I didn't tell you that we're going to watch a movie?" Shine asked. You shook your head in response. "Oh..." He paused as if thinking. "Actually, Joey suggested that we watch an anime adaptation movie that are available in cinemas. So Joey bought the tickets while I go fetch you in the cafe." You nodded in understanding as you avert your sight at Joey who seemed bored already.
"Are you sure Joey was the one who suggested us to watch?" You asked at Shine. You didn't want to be rude around Joey but if he was the one who recommended the idea then why does he look like not interested?
Though, the question didn't fail to attract Joey's attention. The said guy was now frowning at you. And as you noticed this, you then frowned back making Shine wonder what's going on.
"H-hey," Shine interfered. Both you and Joey turn your attention at him at the same time responding with a dry 'yes.' "What's going on? Why are the two of you glaring with each other?" he asked.
"We do?" You and Joey asked in unison. These shock the both of you. "Hey stop copying Me." you two again said at the same time. This time, the both of you are facing with each other as you look at him in irritation while Joey is just shock.
"I'm not copying you." Joey turn away a little flushed. "Let's go inside already before the movie starts soon." he said and hurriedly went inside while you and Shine were left dumbfounded.
