The delegation from HME was at the Central Government Building for a meeting with officials from the Myto Empire. They were previously picked up by Ambassador Gravit at the Saluit hotel, where they were staying. "Where is the head of state's palace?" Phiam asked Gravit.
"We do not have a palace where our leader, Moff Trevat, lives. He lives in a small house on the edge of the government complex. For receiving guests and offices, he uses the Central Government Building, which is where our meeting is taking place." Gravit replied.

To open the meeting, Governor Ira welcomed the delegation team from HME. Also, she introduced all the Myto officials present.
"Thank you for the Myto Empire's kind welcome to us. We are here to open diplomatic relations between the Myto Empire and the Holy Mirishial Empire. We hope to become friends of the Myto Empire and partners in trade and economy." Phiam said
"We are very happy to welcome the diplomatic mission from HME as the strongest country in Elysia. We feel very honored by this visit from HME. Of course we welcome diplomatic relations from HME, and we hope that in the near future both Myto Empire and HME can establish embassies in each other's countries." Governor Ira said.

- The Third Civilization normally has one fixed participant and one rotating participant. For this next conference, it was decided that Myto Empire would be the fixed participant.
"While it is most regrettable that there is only one year to prepare for the next conference, we believe that it still aligns with your national interests to attend and be recognized as a world power. "Good afternoon, admiral. How can I help you?" asked Trevat.
This kind of greeting was something only Trevat had started doing. No imperial official other than in the Myto sector gave such a greeting, expressing readiness to help.

"Come in." Trevat said to let in the person at the door of his office.
Governor Ira entered Trevat's office. From the look on his face, Governor Ira looked tired.
"Sit down, Ira." Trevat said to Governor Ira.
Governor Ira sat down on the seat in front of Trevat's desk.
"Let's continue, admiral. Is it known where the spaceship came from?" Trevat asked Admiral Dana.
"The spaceship came from the Solar Empire centered on Planet Earth..." said admiral Dana.
Before Admiral Dana could continue, Trevat cut him off.
"Solar Empire? From Planet Earth?" said Trevat with a confused face.
Governor Ira noticed Trevat's unusual demeanor.
"That's right, Moff. They use the same language as the UHW, which is English. But UHW doesn't have a planet called Earth, and the center of its government isn't on a planet called Earth either." Admiral Dana said.

"Good afternoon, Admiral." Trevat said while closing the connection.
After that, Trevat went back to talking with Governor Ira.
"What do you think, Ira? About the spaceship?" Trevat asked.
"Hmm, interesting spaceship. The solar empire... it's an empire founded by humans too." Governor Ira said.
"Yes, it seems that the name Solar indicates its capital or home planet. I think the name of their leader is Perry Rhodan." Trevat said
