Bio:
Luna is born of Earth. Well... at least he thinks he is.
He was given birth to on Earth, as a baby Necrofriggian.
When he reached a certain age, he received the ability to mimic any alien DNA.
The first ever alien DNA he mimics was of a Human, though something happened, which causes him to now possess both Necrofriggian and Human DNA.
He doesn't know a lot about his own species Necrofriggian.
He first met Max Tennyson, when he was reported by one of Plumbers, being known as an alien kid who roams around with the Humans.
When Max first saw Luna, he knew that half-Necrofriggian-half-Human was no harm to anyone.
Max being himself, decided to take Luna in.
During Luna's stay with Max, he started calling him "Mr. Max", and as time went by, he kept listening to more and more about Ben Tennyson.
A few while has passed, now Luna is ready to join the Plumbers, but he needed someone to teach him.
And Max knew exactly who to get.
Power and Abilities:
{Cryokinesis}
He can influence the direction of the ice that grows from his breath and palms with extreme precision. This allows him to create simultaneous ice constructs that bend and weave through the air before solidifying
{Freezing/Wind Breath}
He is capable of breathing a wind or beam that can reduce the temperature surrounding it to just this side of absolute zero, turn to ice constructs either mid-air or upon touching a target, or encase a target completely in ice. His breath can be also be used as a strong gust of wind without freezing anything

He can become intangible and pass through solid matter, to the point where he can cause opponents and objects to freeze by phasing through them if he choose to. He can also turn himself partially invisible by becoming intangible

-He is able to switch between Human Form and Necrofriggian Form
-Since he is part human and part Necrofriggian, his appearance in Necrofriggian Form is much more different from the average Necrofriggian
-As half-human, his hands stays having five fingers
-Because of this {Sharp Claws} will be used at will
-The powers and abilities of a Necrofriggian, are weaker compared to the average Necrofriggian, though some of them stays the same
-His face is that of a human's instead of a Necrofriggian
-Eyes, ears, mouth stays the same, while the rest of his body changes to Necrofriggian
-Which is why he doesn't wear his jacket when in Necrofriggian Form, the jacket will trap his wings
{DNA Mimicry}
He is able to copy any alien's DNAs
But those alien's DNAs he mimics will have a limited time, before it wears out
Mimicking alien DNA only allows him to copy their powers and/or abilities
His physical form will not be changed, unless that form is a needed requirement for the powers/abilities
