Sanyukta went to the girls hostel along with Kaustuki when she gave her the change. Randhir also went back to the practice. As the lunch break started everyone gathered at the canteen. Sanyukta entered when her eyes fell on Randhir who was looking at her. Sanyukta looked away and went to her seat when Randhir rolled his eyes.
"So aaj Sanyu ki dhabe ka menu kya hai?" Misha asked playfully, thus Sanyukta smiled.
"Aur keya layegi, wohi roz ki tarha aalu ka paratha! Dekhti vi aalu jaisi hi hain aur khati vi sirf aalu hi hain!" Randhir said teasingly when Sanyukta glared at him.
"Tumse tumhara expert opinion kisi ne nahi pucha, samjhe!" Sanyukta furrowed her nose and took out her lunch box.
"Pata nahi chalta ki yeh St. Xavier college hai yeh phir koi roadside dhaba! I mean yeh khane ka dabba college canteen mein, OMG!" Ishika mocked Sanyukta when smiled evilly.
"Ishika from where did you complete your BMT degree?" Vidushi asked sweetly.
"BMT! What's that?" Ishika asked confusingly.
"Bitch management therapy!" Vidushi smirked at her when everyone chuckled hard.
"What nonsense!" Ishika said loudly.
"No, jaisa tumhara behaviour hain usse yehi lagta hain ke tumne bitching ka koi special course kiya hain!" Vidushi said mockingly when Ishika became furious.
"Ron don't you say anything?" Ishika asked angrily.
"Just one thing, stay away from me and my friends." Randhir said firmly when Ishika stomped her feet and left the canteen in anger.
"Maybe she will go for a change!" Vidushi said playfully and everyone chuckled hard.
"Sanyu tu use tolerate kaise karti hain, kabhi kuch bolti kyu nehi?" Misha asked curiously.
"Cause she is not important for me. Aur kuch bolne se wo chup nehi hogi aur jyada piche padegi, so it's better to avoid her." Sanyukta replied simply.
"Aab chhodo use, yeh dekho aaj main kuch special layi hu. Hakka noddles!" Sanyukta said excitedly opened the lunch box when everyone became excited too.
"Ohh my my, it's looks so delicious!" Vidushi said excitedly.
"Aare main toh aalu ka paratha kha kha kar bore ho gayi thi, thanks Sanyu." Misha said happily.
"Toh phir guys sab tutt pado!" Kaustuki said playfully when Sanyukta gave Randhir a proud look. Everyone was feasting over the noddles when Randhir was sitting there numb.
"Aare Randhir tu kha kyu nehi raha hain? It's really tasty, just try it." Parth said genuinely.
"Itna hi tasty hain toh phir tu kha na, mujhe kyu bol raha hain!" Randhir said horaesly when Sanyukta jolted her eyes. She knew this tone. She looked at Randhir who was glaring at her. She knew this gaze also. His eyes were red and the way he looked at her it seems he turned her into ashes by his gaze only. Sanyukta gulped hard. She understand that she provoked him by her silly act and now she was his next target. Randhir gave her a cold glare and get up next.
"Aare kaha jaa raha hain?" Parth asked curiously.
"Infirmary. Ranawat sir asked me for the check up. But tujhe usse keya, tu baith kar noddles thus!" Randhir said grumpily and left next after giving a last glare at Sanyukta.
"Aab isko keya huya? Practice ki time par toh thik tha!" Parth said confusingly.
"Kya hoga, kuch nahi! Tum har baat ko kuch jyada hi serious le lete ho!" Vidushi said normally.
"Okay guys you carry on, main abhi aayi." Sanyukta said getting up.
"Aab tu kaha jaa rahi hain?" Misha asked curiously.
"Wo papa se kuch kaam hain." Sanyukta said and left from there next too.
"Sanyu tujhe keya jarurat thi sote huye sher ko jagane ki! Aab dekhna wo sher tujhe kaccha chaba jayega! Aur waise vi Randhir kabhi badla lena nehi chhodta! Pata nahi wo apne chowmein ka badla kaise lega! Kahi mera chili chicken na bana de!" Sanyukta murmured under her breath and went to the infirmary. She entered and saw Randhir there. Their eyes met when he looked away. Just then the attendant came there.
"Randhir Singh Shekhawat, Ranawat sir ne kaha hain tumhara check up ke ware mein. Tum let jau, main check up karta hu." The attendant said when Randhir lay down on the bed.
"Aur Sanyukta Agarwal, tumhe kya problem hai?" The attendant asked curiously.
"Wo mujhe flu ho gaye hain, koi medicine mill sakti hain keya?" Sanyukta replied.
"Okay tum vi let jau, fever hai ki nahi check kar leta hu." The attendant said thus Sanyukta also lay down. She looked at Randhir who chose to concentrate on the ceiling.
"Randhir your BP is normal aur baki ki report vi thik hain. And Sanyukta tumhe fever toh nahi hai, take care of yourself. Aab tum dono jaa sakte ho." The attendant said and left from there next. Randhir got up and was adjusting his shirt when Sanyukta came near him.
"Randhir?" Sanyukta called him but he doesn't reply when she nervously kept her hand on his shoulder and next moment Randhir pinned her on the bed against him and Sanyukta closed her eyes in fear.
"For the last time I told you Sanyukta, stop playing with me. I am not an ice who will melt down, I am fire who can burn you!" Randhir said in an icy cold voice when Sanyukta opened her eyes and looked at him. His eyes were blood red when his face was rock solid like slate. His body was almost plastered with her when she could feel his breath fanning on her skin when her heartbeat was racing faster. This is the second time in a day when they came these much closer to each other.
"You-you started it first." Sanyukta said, gulping hard.
"Ohh really! And you will finish it, right!" Randhir said in a sarcastic way.
"Mera tiffin, main jise marzi du, tumhe kya!" Sanyukta frowned when Randhir's eyes turned dark.
"I told you Sanyukta, don't play with me, you'll burn." Randhir hissed in a cold way. Just then they heard someone's footsteps and next moment the attendant came there. He entered and was looking for something when found his phone on the table. He took it and left next when both Randhir and Sanyukta took a sigh of relief, hiding behind the curtain. Randhir turned his face and looked at Sanyukta when she lowered her lashes, unable to bear his constant gaze on her.
"Randhir leave me, I have to go." Sanyukta almost whispered.
"No, I won't." Randhir said sternly.
"Randhir please, don't be childish. Baat baat par aapne ego bich mein mat lau. You insulted me in front of everyone. You called me potato, what about that?" Sanyukta complained in a broken voice when Randhir looked at her with awe and a smile crept on his lips.
"Rote huye bilkul cartoon lagti ho!" He mocked her when she looked away.
"So Miss Agarwal's ego got hurt cause someone called you potato!" Randhir chuckled.
"You called me potato, you hippopotamus! And I don't have a big fat ego like you!" Sanyukta frowned when Randhir chuckled again.
"Hippopotamus! You know what hippopotamus found in the water? I don't mind spending time in the bathtub with you lady hippo!" Randhir said in a flirtatious way.
"You are such a shameless character." Sanyukta said angrily, feeling a little bit uncomfortable.
"And you are a timid lady." Randhir said next when Sanyukta made a face.
"Okay, what about a lady's finger? It's my favorite vegetable also. Now happy!" Randhir said playfully.
"Move in front of me, then I'll be happy." Sanyukta groaned.
"No I won't. Not so easily, baby." Randhir said with an attitude.
"Randhir move, or else you will pay for it." Sanyukta threatened him when Randhir's eyes turned dark.
"Not before you pay for your deed." Randhir hushed near her ear, sending shivers down her spine and tucked her earlobe in between his teeth next and bit it sensuously when Sanyukta hissed both pain and pleasure. Sanyukta clutched Randhir's shirt tightly when Randhir was holding her by her shoulder.
"Don't tempt me. If next time you'll do such kind of stunt I'll eat you alive!" He hushed and left her next when left his impact on her mind too. Just then they heard the bell rings.
"I-I have to go now." Sanyukta said anyhow.
"Okay go then but wait for me at the terrace after college. And don't be oversmart like yesterday or else you know the consequences!" Randhir said in an icy cold voice when Sanyukta nodded only and left next.
"It's really fun to beat you in your own game baby!" Randhir said in mind when smirking looking at her retreating figure.
Sanyukta was walking through the corridor when trying to register the things that happened a few minutes ago. She can feel his touch still on her skin when she shivered imagining their proximity. She was walking absentmindedly when both Misha and Kaustaki came and approached her.
"Aare Sanyu kaha thi, we are looking for you?" Kaustaki asked curiously.
"Wo-wo main wo..." Sanyukta was short of words.
"Yeh tere liye. Sorry hum ne saare noodles khatam kar diye!" Kaustuki said, forwarding a sandwich.
"It's okay." Sanyukta smiled and took the sandwich.
"But I save some for you." Misha said, forwarding the lunch box when Sanyukta took it too and the trio left for the classroom.
After college Sanyukta was collecting her stuff when Misha offered her a lift but she gave an excuse and went to the terrace. She came there and was surprised to see the scenario. There were some plants on the pot giving a beautiful view to the terrace when a mat was placed there too.
"Yeh sab kya hai?" Sanyukta asked herself curiously.
"A dating corner." Came a reply from behind thus she turned around and saw Randhir there.
"I can't date you in an open place just because you don't want it and after the drama you did in my farmhouse I prefer to choose this place for our secret meeting." Randhir replied and came near her.
"Toh phir yeh jungle kyu lagaya hai?" Sanyukta asked curiously.
"Jungle! You told me that you don't like dead bodies as a gift, so I was trying to make it heavenly for us in your way and you called it jungal! How unromantic you are!" Randhir said playfully when Sanyukta rolled her eyes.
"Look Randhir this is a college and we are the students. Hum yaha padne aate hain, yeh sab kuch karne nahi." Sanyukta said in a serious note.
"What do you mean by 'yeh sab'! Dating one's own peers isn't a crime!" Randhir said, shrugging his shoulders.
"I'm in no mood to joke. Please be serious Randhir. You are my senior and as a senior it's not suit you, that too in the college premises! Agar tum jyada kareeb aane ki koshish ki toh phir hum dost vi nahi reh sakte!" Sanyukta said impatiently.
"We aren't friends. And I am not interested in being your friend. I love you and want you in my life." Randhir said straight made Sanyukta numb for a moment.
"Look Randhir there is a wall in between us and you shouldn't climb over it." Sanyukta said firmly when Randhir smiled at her and took steps towards her thus she stepped back.
"So here is a wall and I shouldn't climb over it?" He asked playfully.
"Yes." Sanyukta replied with an attitude and looked away.
"Okay fine, if that's what you want." Randhir said when stepped back. "But remember one thing." He said thus Sanyukta looked at him.
"What's between us could be a door, not a wall. You just have to open it and walk through. I'll be waiting in front of it." Randhir smiled brightly when Sanyukta was looking at him with awe.
"Stop staring like that. I know I am hot but you can't lose control. Not at least here!" Randhir said mockingly when Sanyukta felt embarrassed.
"Shut up and remember you have only two hours." Sanyukta said grumpily.
"And I can't afford to waste a single moment of this time period." Randhir replied, looking deep down into her eyes.
