You get the guitars as Dan sets up the game.
"I've never played this before... So you might have to teach me," you say, shyly.
Dan looks at you, wide-eyed. "What?! Oh my word! And yes, teaching you won't be a problem, seeing as I'm the master of guitar hero." He smirks at you.
You laugh.

Dan finishes teaching you how to use the controls. You nod slowly, understanding what he means.
"Let's go!" he says, picking up a guitar controller and handing you the other one.

It's getting more intense near the end of the song. Your fingers are moving furiously, as are Dan's. You both have similar points, Dan's a bit higher than yours.
You look at your screen and see that you have star power.
You briefly look over at Dan, and luckily, he appears not to have noticed.
You smile and wait to use it. A big trail of notes comes up and you activate star power.
Dan looks at you in confusion. "Whaaaatt?! I didn't even see that!"
You just shrug and grin at him.
The song finishes, with you in the lead. "Dammit!" Dan says, slamming his guitar down on the sofa and pretending to tear his hair out.
You laugh at him. "I guess I'm just a natural," you say jokily, sitting down beside him.
He glares at you, although you can see that he's trying to suppress a smile.
Without warning, he grabs you and begins tickling you.
You squeal and slap his hand away. "Stopppp!" you cry out, between giggles.
"Only if you admit that I'm better at guitar hero than you." He says.
"Even if I won? That's hardly fair!" You ask, raising one eyebrow.
He doesn't reply and continues tickling you.
"Ok! Ok! You're better at guitar hero than me." You say, giving in.
He smirks at you and leans back.
You sit up and punch him playfully on the arm. "You're just a sore loser." You say, mumbling.
He looks at you threateningly, crossing his arms.
You smile at him teasingly.
"Want to order some food?" he asks.
"Yeah sure. What did you have in mind?" You reply.
"Chinese...?" he says hopefully.
You roll your eyes. "Sure."
"You've got to admit, you wanted it too." He says, a glint in his eye.
"True." You say, shrugging and winking at him.

You lick your fingers, which are sticky from the sauce. Dan burps. You look at him for a moment, surprised, then burst out laughing.
"Excuse me." he says, blushing.
"You are excused." You say, stifling another laugh.
He looks down, still blushing.
You find that really attractive. Wait, what? You shake your head subconsciously. Dan doesn't like you. In that way, anyway.
But then again, he DID hold your hand. More than once.
You sigh, trying to analyse the situation.
"What's up?" Dan is staring at you, looking slightly amused.
You feel your cheeks heat up. "Oh, nothing." You say quickly.
He grunts, not fooled by your lie, and turns back to his laptop.
"Whatcha doing?" You ask.
"Just checking out some tags on tumblr..." He says, sounding distracted.
You sit up and look at his screen. You see many punk edits. So many punk edits.
"You know, you actually look quite good with snake bites." You say.
He chuckles. "You think?" he asks, jokily.
You nod, smiling.

You yawn and rub your eyes. Out of the corner of your eye, you see Dan yawn as well. Yawns are contagious. You giggle quietly.
"I'm going to go get some sleep." You say eventually.
"Ok, sleep well!" he says cheerily, pulling you into a warm hug.
"You too!" You say, slightly surprised but happy in his arms.
After a moment, you pull back, smile at him and walk out.
"Bye!" he calls after you.
"Night, Dan."
