*Echo Pov*
I woke up to the sound of children feet quickly hitting the hard floor, along with laughter and screams of joy. I felt my heart sink, I wish I could play just like the other kids. But I knew Marionette won't let me, due to the fact I don't look like a normal child anymore. I still have some child like features.
I'm small and I still have the body shape of a child, but I'm so much different now because of what Marionette did to me.
My face and skin were pure white glass now, with purple streaks running down my dark eyes. Sometimes I'll rub my face still amazed how smooth it is. I had large lumps for my cheeks, just like Marionette! But his is a bright red, while mine are light pink. Honestly I look just like him, but I have long black hair and I'm MUCH smaller then him. The strings on my back connect to Marionette's fingers, so whenever he needs me he'll slightly pull the strings, causing me to slightly fall backwards to him. It gets really annoying after a while, So sometimes I'll ask him if he can take my strings off his fingers.. Most of the time he'll say no, but on his good days he'll allow it.
Plus, what's the most annoying thing in the world about him, is that he MAKES me wear a dress. The dress is black with white rings at the sleeves and bottom of the dress. It's long sleeved, which I never really cared for. Marionette told me the long sleeves were to protect my glass skin, apparently I can break really easy.
I remember waking up and seeing what I looked like....I started to cry uncontrollably, to the point I started to get violently sick. I have a body again, but it wasn't normal and didn't look anything like me. I was too scared to leave the box after the children left, I didn't want anyone to see my face. Marionette seemed really happy I didn't want to leave and thought I looked unbelievable beautiful. Till this day he calls me his "Beautiful Puppet"
The children could be hear from outside the box, I'm guessing they're waiting for Marionette to wake up. I wanted to see kids my age again, but he'll never let me go out of the box when the restaurant is open. I asked him why, but he ended up yelling at me to just listen to him.
"Marionette?" I whispered.
He was laying on his side right next to me, and still had his arms around me. He was in a deep sleep right now and I didn't want to wake him up.
"Marionette!" I whispered once again.
He didn't even move, still out like a light. He looks so beautiful when he is sleeping, that it almost makes you feel ashamed you have to wake him up.
I suddenly took a strong interest in his face.. His smooth face shined even in the darkness, he looked really in peace.
I lifted up my hand and poke his face, while softly giggling. He still hadn't waken up, so I started to get curious about his skin. I move my hands all over his face softly, still trying to wake him up. I was careful to avoid his eyes and mouth, but it was hard because I started to giggle a little louder then before.
Marionette started to make noises in his sleep, causing me to laugh even harder then before! I couldn't help it!! He looked so incredible innocent!!
Of course the fun stopped when he opened his eyes and saw what I was doing. I actually don't know how long he had been up, because I was to busy having fun then paying attention.
My hands where still on his face while my face took a pinkish color, I forgotten he could wake up at any minute. He stared at me, and I couldn't read his expression.. I mean how is he going to reaction to me rubbing his face trying to wake him up?
"Sorry.." I said with a little soft chuckles of embarrassment.
"Why are you apologizing?" He asked, while he lifted up his hand and put it on top of mine.
My face took a reddish color now, while my ears burned of embarrassment. Marionette's saw my expression and started to softly chuckle.
"Your a cute puppet.." He told me while looking up towards the box's lid "The children are waiting for me right??"
I nodded my head. "Yes, I was trying to wake you up!!" I pushed away the embarrassing moment that just happened and Focused on him.
"By rubbing my face??" He smile, wanting me to be embarrassed again.
"Well.. Yes, but it was the only way!" I lied.
"You looked like you were having fun." He snickered.
My face return to a bright red once again, but I tried to hide it.
"No.." I sat up and put my arm around my body, and tried to avoid eye contact with him..
Marionette chuckled once more before, reaching up to open the box.
"Come here.." He told me..
I went over to him, he was just about to open the box.. But I knew what he wanted before he leaves to entertain the kids. He slightly bends over and lands a soft little kiss on my forehead, once again it made a little bing sound. It always made me giggle.
After that he lifts up the box, and I heard all the children shout for joy at the sight of him. He never leaves the box when the restaurant is in opened hours. He stands half way out, since he is so tall he could still do anything he needing to do. While me on the other hand, can't even look past the box without standing on my toes. Which is a good thing, I'm not allowed to be seen. I think Marionette doesn't want me to interact with other kids, in fear they might hurt me.
Most of the day I'll just watch Marionette talk and give presents to kids. Occasionally he looked down at me, making sure I was still in the box and haven't wondered away. I would smile at him or wave, he smile back to me.. You can tell he really wants to talk to me, because ever time we are alone he'll try to talk to me.. I think he misses me, even though I'm right in the box.
"Alright kids, I'm sorry but the Prize Corner is Closing for the day.." A rusty voice shouted over the children's voice..
This is odd, the Prize Corner never closes in till the while Restaurant closes. I looked at the Marionette who looked back down at me, he looked just as confused as I was.
The children at first didn't want to leave, but then the man said that Freddy and BB wanted to talk to some kids. They didn't hesitate to quickly leave.
It was silent for a second, I instantly missed the sound of laughter. Marionette looked at me and gave me a firm and mean look. I took that as I stay down and don't get back up. I sat inside of the box and Marionette continue to look straight ahead.
"This is the Marionette." The rusty voice returned.
I heard two pairs of feet walk up to the Marionette. Marionette shock me a look, making sure I was out is sight.
"Wow.." A younger voice suddenly appeared. "That things scary lookin."
"Yes, it is. But the kids seem to like him." The Rusty voice added "Now listen carefully.."
They got closer to him, and someone put their hands on the edge of the box. Marionette started to look tense and mean, not at me but the people he was looking at.
"You make sure you keep that Music on, This one is different from the rest.." The Rusty voice sounded much closer.
"What? Why music?" The younger voice sounded confused.
"I don't know! Just make sure it doesn't go off!" The Rusty voice shouted.
"Will I get fired or something? I didn't know Night Guards had to keep music on." The young voice sound cocky..
"No, your get more then just fired.. This thing had tear people apart" His voice sounded shaky and uneasy. "Sometimes you can't even identify the person he killed,because there body's where found mangled in the most unimaginable way.."
It went slight of awhile, and I could feel the Marionette's eyes burning on me..
"It's obvious he kills quickly, he'll leave the body's all over the floor and let the animatronics do the rest..." He paused " Its almost like he has something waiting for him."
"How would you know?" The young one asked..
"I've worked here many times before and study what he dose.. It's obvious he's hiding something."
I suddenly wanted to be in a heap load of blankets, and hide from these people. The hands on the edge of the box's tighten, making me suddenly put my arms around my knees and hide my face.
