M/n: Y/n sweetie.
Y/n (muffled): What?
M/n: Your friend is here to see you.
Y/n (muffled): Who is it?
M/n: Toriel's child.
Y/n (muffled): Oh...
M/n: Should I let them in?
Y/n (muffled): Y-Yeah...
M/n: Okay sweetie.
You just had your first break up, and it absolutely broke your heart. You thought he was the one, but after he sent you a cake saying he wanted to break up, your heart broke into a million pieces. And what made it worse, he was your neighbour, so whenever you heard him outside playing or talking to his new girlfriend your heart broke even more.
But weirdly enough, the day after the break up, Kris, Toriel's child, started to talk to you and even offered to walk to school with you. You were hesitant at first, but after a week of Kris offering, you finally gave in and accepted. It was nice having someone to walk to school with, and to talk to, you felt like Kris understood as they let you talk while they listened.
Kris: Oi.
Y/n (muffled): What Kris?...
Kris: Where's my hug?
Oh yeah, and whenever you would see Kris or meet up with them you would always hug them, people even thought you two were in a relationship with them, but you and Kris both denied it as hugs can be friendly as well.
You turned your head from the pillow and saw Kris standing at the door. They walked over to you after closing the door and you sat up. Kris sat next to you on the bed and you hugged them with them hugging back.
Y/n: Hmm... your hugs always make me feel better.
Kris: And your hugs make ME feel better.
Y/n: I've missed you.
And Kris went on vacation for a week with just Toriel as it was the summer holidays. You obviously didn't want them to go but they had no choice.
Kris: I've missed you too. You still a big baby?
Kris also said things to purposely get on your nerves so they could then comfort you without it being weird.
Y/n: I am not a big baby!
You stopped hugging Kris and pouted as you crossed your arms and looked away.
Y/n: Hmpf, what did you even want?
Kris: You.
Y/n: W-Wha-
You couldn't even finish your sentence when Kris pinned you down on the bed with them looking at you with a small smile on their face and with you blushing a bit and with wide eyes.
Kris: I want you.
Y/n: W-What? W-what do you m-mean by t-that?
Kris: I like you Y/n, and not seeing you for a week really made me miss you, more than I thought. I actually had no idea how much I like and care about you until that first day on vacation.
Y/n: K-Kris, I-I don't know what to say, I like and care about you as well, that's what friends are for.
Kris: (Of course, she doesn't actually see me like how I see her. I shouldn't force a relationship on her.) Then that's good, we both like and care about each other, but I brought you something.
Y/n: Y-You did? Kris! How thoughtful of you! What is it?
Kris considered the kiss on the lips they had planned, but didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable. Kris kissed you on the cheek making you blush more and they got off you allowing you to sit up. You sat up and hid your face in your propped up legs while Kris just smirked while looking at you.
Y/n: K-Kris, y-you... I hate you.
Kris: No you don't. But I did actually get you something other than that kiss.
Kris took something out of their pocket and when you looked up you saw a ring in their palm.
Y/n: Jeez Kris, at least let me return the kiss.
Kris: It's not a wedding ring!
Y/n: Darn.
Kris: It's an... emotion ring... it changes colour to what emotion you're feeling.
Kris grabbed your hand and put the ring on your wedding finger while winking at you. You blushed more and playfully hit Kris as they snickered. You moved back over to Kris and looked at the ring as it went from blue to yellow.
Y/n: Thank you.
Kris: It's no problem, got to show I care about you somehow.
Y/n: It's beautiful, just like you.
Kris: No no, you're beautiful.
You looked at Kris who was looking at you. You moved their bangs out of the way and looked into their crimson red eyes.
Kris: (She won't! Will she!?) What are you-
Y/n: Hush, I just want to do one thing.
You continued to stare into Kris' eyes making them blush more, and once they were fully blushed up you returned the kiss on the cheek before giggling. Kris just blushed even more as you let their bangs go back down and you giggled more.
Y/n: So, what did you want to do?
Kris: I-I, u-um, just wanted to be with you, I don't mind what we do.
Y/n: Oh, well that's nice of you to say. Movie?
Kris: Sure. I actually bought some ice cream for you.
Y/n: You did? You're so nice Kris, i'd love for you to be mine, but you've probably got someone else, and i'm not really looking for someone at the moment.
Kris: O-Oh, yeah, I get that, and I don't have anyone.
Y/n: Oh, well you might have soon if you continue being nice to me.
Kris: (Is that a challenge? Because if it is then I accept) Well, I better continue being nice to you, no matter what, as long as you're happy that's all that matters.
Y/n: Krisss! Stopppp! You're gonna make me cry!
You hugged Kris again and they hugged back while chuckling. Once the hugging stopped you put a movie on while Kris got the ice cream out of the freezer they put in when they came inside the house.
Once the movie was chosen and Kris came back you turned the lights off and because the TV was in front of the bed you both led next to each other watching it while eating the ice cream.
You both watched the movie and once the ice cream was done with you started to fall asleep as it was after dinner time Kris had visited and ice cream has been known to send you to sleep after you've eaten it. Once you were fully asleep you put your arm around Kris while resting your head on their shoulder as you were still sitting up.
Kris just blushed and after hearing your cute snores they decided to text Toriel that they'll be at yours tonight, and after they sent her a picture of you asleep on them she agreed as she liked the solid and nice relationship between you two.
Your mom then walked in to see you asleep hugging Kris who was still awake looking at her. Your mom gave a thumbs up to Kris after seeing the sight and let you two be for the rest of the night. Once the movie was done Kris was tired as well so they turned the TV off and got up to put you under the covers.
When you were fully under the covers and fully asleep Kris looked at you lovingly and kissed you on the forehead. And just as they were about to leave they heard a voice come from behind them.
Y/n: Kris... don't leave... sleep here... with me...
Kris: Nightmares about him?
Y/n: Mhm...
Kris: I understand.
Another thing you would get was nightmares of your ex, why? Because you hadn't fully let go of him yet, he was still playing in your mind and no matter what you did you couldn't get rid of him. Well, that isn't exactly true, whenever you would see Kris they would magically remove all memory of him altogether.
Kris looked outside the window and saw the house where your ex lived, they sighed and whispered something under their breath. Kris closed the curtains and walked over to you. They looked at you for a minute and when they joined you in bed, you instantly put your arm around them, pulling them closer.
Kris: Oh Y/n, you're so precious, I promise I won't let anything harm you, not as long as i'm with you, i'll always be by your side.
Kris turned around to see you asleep still, they smiled and cuddled back into you making you pull them closer and start to sleep talk.
The next morning:
Y/n: Hmm, what hap-
You opened your eyes to see Kris' cute sleepy face in front of yours, and you just blushed at the sight. You of course didn't want to disturb Kris so you went silent and continued to look at them, and the more you did the more you actually fell in love with them.
Y/n: (Oh my gosh, they're so close! I could just kiss them! But... they might not even feel that way about me.)
You couldn't help yourself and ended up kissing Kris on the forehead slowly waking them up, and you continued to cuddle into them. And when Kris woke up they saw your face hiding in their chest which made Kris blush and kiss the top of your head.
Y/n (muffled): Kris...
Kris: Y-Yeah?
You looked up at Kris who was looking down at you. You two stared at each other as you moved up to their face and moved closer and closer to them.
Kris: W-What are you doing?
Y/n: Getting a better look at my... bodyguard.
Kris: O-Oh, you think of me that way?
Y/n: Of course, you always protect me and you help get rid of those memories of him. To be truthful with you Kris... whenever I see you... you just magically get rid of those memories of him like they never existed... and for that i'm really thankful... more than you could ever know.
Kris: Aw Y/n, it's nice I can get rid of those memories for you.
Y/n: Could I please... do one thing... just one thing...
Kris: Sure.
Y/n: Promise you won't get mad?
Kris: I could never get mad at you.
Y/n: O-Oh, w-well.
You put her hand on Kris' cheek and moved their bangs out of the way with your fingers. You then leaned in and kissed Kris on the lips instantly making them blush and you blush. And Kris had never felt such soft lips, so when they felt your lips against theirs it instantly made them melt.
Y/n: Thank you... I just want to let you know I love you... I know I shouldn't... given the recent break up... but I do... it's fine if you don't love me, I don't expect-
You got cut off by Kris grabbing your cheeks and pulling you in for a soft tender kiss. Once they stopped you were just speechless as they looked into your eyes.
Kris: I love you too. I have waited so long to tell you that, I even wanted to do that last night while I pinned you down, but I had to wait for you to be ready. I love you so much Y/n, more than you could ever know.
Y/n: K-Kris... I-I...
Kris: Want another one?
Y/n: Y-Yeah.
Kris kissed you again and with you returning the kiss and pulling their body closer to yours. Once you finally stopped Kris smiled at you as you giggled.
Kris: Want to stay in bed?
Y/n: Mhm.
You pulled Kris even closer which you didn't know was possible and both of you cuddled into each other with the odd kiss.
1 month later:
Y/n: Krissy!
You said while jumping onto Kris' lap who was sitting on their sofa in Toriel's house. Toriel just giggled as you suffocated Kris in kisses and cuddles. She walked past you and let you cuddle Kris who was annoyingly not giving you any attention.
Y/n: Kris! Gimme attention!
Kris:...
Y/n: Krissssss!
Kris:..
Y/n: Krisssssssssss!
Kris:...
Y/n: Hmm, 's fine, didn't even want to talk to you anyways.
Kris: Good.
Y/n: W-What? Why would you say that? What's wrong? Did something bad happen?
Kris: Got in a fight.
Y/n: You did? With who?
Kris: Your ex.
Y/n: Oh... why?
Kris: His girlfriend said he was having a shitty day, then a minute later he came out of nowhere and started to talk shit on you while talking to his girlfriend.
Y/n: Oh... what did you do?
Kris: Beat the shit out of him, that's what.
Y/n: Oh Krissy.
Kris: He deserved it, and I wanted to beat him up so hard before that for dumping someone as lovely as you, so that really broke the last straw.
Y/n: *sigh* Kris, thank you.
Kris: You're not mad?
Y/n: Of course not, he fully deserved it, after all he did to me.
Kris: What did he do to you?
Y/n: Make empty promises.
Kris: That little-
Y/n: Shhh, we don't need to talk about him.
Kris: Yeah, you're right. C'mon, cuddle.
Kris led down on the sofa and you led on top of them, you both cuddled into each other with Kris putting a blanket over both of you while watching the TV.
