I don't like the way he disgraced my brother's alma mater like that😅😅😅😅.
So here he is going to use it and let's see where it end up for him.
Arnav who was standing in the majestic and well-manicured garden of Shantivan knowing very soon the atmosphere will change forever and will probably not be the same but he has a clean heart knowing he tried to warn them but no one listened and he was made out to be a vindictive villain that's why he had to pretend and play along but now he had all the proof he needed and will wait for the next twenty-four hours and after he is done, he will cut ties with all of them and woo his Khushi.
He sighed and entered the mansion only to stop shocked in his steps.
His sister was crying uncontrollably while in Mami's arms who was throwing a disgusted look at a woman with long black hair with hints of hazel strands in them and he knew who it belonged to and it was none other than his Khushi whom Garima was holding on to and throwing an angry look at his family.
Nani expression was no different from Mami's.
Akash stood baffled together with Nk but he had pity in his eyes as he looked at Khushi but threw a glare at Shyam.
"Chote! " He heard his sister call out but immediately zoned out seeing Khushi in tears.
He felt his sister hug him crying but his eyes never left Khushi.
He gently moved her sister away from himself and walked up to Khushi shocking everyone.
Garima let go of Khushi as Arnav moved towards her.
Arnav lifted her head by her chin and looked into her eyes and wiped her tears with his hands.
He then gathered her into his arms and she hugged him back crying profusely as Arnav rubbed her back to calm her down.
Mami and Anjali were fuming in anger and Anjali moved over to them and yanked Arnav off Khushi and lifted her hand to slap her but Arnav held her hand and pushed it away taking Anjali aback.
"Enough Di. " Arnav yelled out shocking everyone as it was the first time he had raised his voice at her.
"Hello hi bye bye....... You are yelling at Anju because of this whore." Mami exclaimed throwing a disgusted look at Khushi making Arnav angry and confused.
"You yelled at me because of her." Anjali cried out looking at Arnav. "You won't defend her if you knew her true colours. "
"And what's her true colours? " Arnav asked getting a hint that her sister found out but has been manipulated by Shyam.
"I was looking for Shyam when Hari Prakash told me he went to the terrace...... I got there only to find him hugging her and heard her tell him to divorce me..... I immediately rushed out of there unable to believe the two people I love so much could betray me this way..... I then bumped into Nani and Mami and told them everything. " Anjali cried out and Arnav cringe for some reason. "They confronted the two of them only for us to find out Khushi had seduced Shyam when he was a paying guest at their house and he fell for it because he was desperate to be a father since I couldn't conceive not knowing I just found out I am pregnant. " Arnav was shocked by the revelation but didn't feel the need to side with Anjali.
"Even after being caught and Buaji confirming she indeed seduced Shyam, this whore is still denying it. " Nani continued spewing venom just like Anjali and Mami which shocked Arnav.
Arnav chuckled and shook his head confusing all of them.
The epiphany of his family's true colours was showing and he felt stupid for expecting Nani who was the matriarch of the family to at least think wisely but then again it had always been Anjali who was her top priority.
"Garimaji...... Where do you stand in this? " Arnav asked out of the blue but saw Buaji throwing a threatening glare at Garima who ignored her.
"I stand with Khushi because this man is a liar....... They are backing him because of Payal but am not going to stand for injustice against my niece again... Am done. " Garima cried out sincerely and Arnav sighed relieved that at least someone is with Khushi.
"Hey, Nandkishore...... This is how you repay me and my brother after taking you and this orphan who is not even related to you in..... You are going to break Payal's marriage for this bad omen. " Buaji said and was replied with a loud slap that shocked everyone.
Buaji stumbled backwards and Payal held her before she could fall. Garima moved closer to them furious which sent shivers down the spine of Buaji and Payal as this was the first time they have ever seen her like this.
"For the last time, my Khushi is not an orphan....... Naina didi may not be my real sister, I may have been adopted by Naina didi's family but I am and will forever be Khushi's family and I have had enough of you abusing my Khushi but not this time around because she had me and you Shashi...... You disappointed me. " Garima said to Shashi who bowed his head in shame for nodding in support of his sister's lie to save Payal's marriage. "She loves you more than me and gave her father's place to you but you betrayed and ridiculed her love for you just to save Payal...... So what if they call off the marriage and Akash doesn't stand up for her then he is not worthy of Payal and she deserves better...... And you Payal, the chameleon who changes her colour according to her mood. " Garima cried out looking at Payal who looked away. "You pretended as if you didn't blame Khushi for your broken marriage but she saved you and if you don't believe me then search ABHISHEK Sharma's name on the internet and you would find out the woman he married shortly after we left Lucknow was gang-raped by him and his friends. " Payal gasped at the revelation and looked at Khushi. "Don't you dare come near her? " Garima yelled out seeing Payal closing upon them and she halted in her steps. "Am taking my daughter away and divorcing your father and I don't care if this family believe your lies because I know my Khushi and she is the purest of heart. " Garima turned to Khushi and cupped her face. "My little dewdrop is a saint, you are the purest of heart....... Let go away from here..... Just you and me ....... Let start all over again and forgive me for neglecting you.....okay. " Garima cried out and Khushi nodded and she hugged her and kissed her forehead.
Arnav's heart dropped hearing Garima saying she was taking Khushi away and he knew he will never see her if she leaves with Garima.
He immediately sent a text to Aman and was relieved when Aman immediately replied and he knew he now all he had to do was buy time for the next ten minutes.
Garima held Khushi's hand and was about to leave when Arnav held her other hand.
Garima frown sensing a halt in Khushi's step and turned to find Arnav holding Khushi's hand.
Khushi looked at Arnav's eyes and was happy seeing it without blame but an expression she never thought Arnav had and it was love.
Anjali fumed and her two musketeers fumed seeing this and Shyam who knew he was losing wanted to run but couldn't because of the place he was standing and that was beside NK who was throwing daggers at him.
"I know you are innocent....... I do believe you and your mother." Arnav said softly shocking everyone as they never thought he was capable of speaking so softly to anyone, not even Anjali.
Anjali limped towards Arnav and yanked his hand away from Khushi.
"Come out of the spell she had cast on you with her beauty chote....... Don't let your love for her blind you and cloud your judgement. " Anjali yelled frustrated that Khushi had replaced her which didn't sit well with her.
An angry Arnav pulled his hand away from her making her even more pissed.
Khushi on the other hand was shocked hearing Arnav loves her.
"You are the one whose judgement is clouded...... Your obsession for his man had made you mad. " Arnav yelled at Anjali who flinched in hurt more than fright. "Khushi can have any man she wants and you think she would go in for a man who can't even provide for his wife...... A man who lives off my money...... Are you all serious? " Arnav asked in disappointment. "Even if it was true why are you all attacking Khushi and not him who was in the committed relationship......... He is a forty years old man preying on a twenty-one years old girl...... Nineteen years difference...... None of you questioned him because after all, he is the perfect son in law and a shameless one too. "
Everyone especially Nani realized Arnav was right.
"Did it ever occur to you maybe it was because Khushi was looking out for Anjali? " Arnav yelled shocking everyone when they heard him say Anjali not di and she gasped in shock knowing she was losing the battle of being his top priority.
"You have changed chote. " Anjali said in a pained tone and Nani and Mami rushed up to her to support her throwing away all their sense of reasoning. "How could you make my husband a culprit and refuse to see her for the shameless woman she is..... The other woman."
Arnav fumed hearing this and Khushi held on to Garima in shock hearing her calling her the other woman and Garima was fuming and ready to bounce on Anjali.
"You have changed. " She whispered and looked at Arnav who looked at her with a poker face and was shocked not seeing the desired result she wanted but rather disgust which sent shivers down her spine.
Deep down she knew Shyam was at fault but she didn't want to lose her title of a wife and become a divorcee and a single mother that is why she choose to blame Khushi instead of Shyam.
"Why????...... Is it because I'm no longer falling for your cheap tears. " Arnav said calmly and chuckled. "Well, news flash my beloved di...... I am done being your puppet and if they will continue being your puppet then so be it but am done. "
Everyone was shocked by his declaration especially Anjali who felt the ground disappear from under her feet.
"Fine..... Then from this day forward, you are no longer my brother....... I Anjali Shyam Manohar Jha disown Arnav Singh Raizada as my brother and want nothing to do with him. " Anjali declared shocking everyone.
"Okay..... Then leave my house with your husband. " Arnav ordered shocking Anjali who thought it was enough to change his mind and make him beg but here he was kicking him out.
Shyam reaction was no different because he knew without Arnav's money, he had nothing.
"What nonsense is this?..... You are kicking Anjali out...... Are you forgetting she is your sister? " Nani said highly disappointed.
"Excuse me...... Not a minute ago she disowned me and I think you are the one forgetting she is also married and should be staying in her husband's house not in her brother's house after all it's that one of the many lectures you gave Lavanya when she was living here...Hum " Arnav said and Nani became tongue-tied " Why cat go your tongue? " Arnav mocked. "It has always been Anjali and no one else...... Sometimes I feel am not even part of this family but another person and an ATM..... But am done..... And before anyone lay claim on my money by using Mami's jewellery, let it be known that I have paid her I million times what she gave me by allowing her ridiculous spendings and anyone who doesn't agree with me can leave with her but let it be known that not a dime of my money follows them. " Arnav declared shocking all of them except NK who smiled proudly at Arnav.
Anjali who was numb looked up at Khushi with so much destain and Garima shielded Khushi away seeing this.
"Sale Saab please don't fall for this fraud...... She is manipulating you and you will regret it one day...... I am faithful to only your sister. " Shyam said.
"And you also said the same to my family when you were caught cheating on my sister. " A voice said from behind and Shyam's eyes widened in shock seeing the person and the people behind him.
Everyone except a smirking Arnav was confused about who they were.
