Everything had been overwhelmingly great for Isabella's first semester. She had been training well with the team, loving her courses, and been called to camp every month so her professors sent her modules and the work that she needed to do.
But right now, she is preparing for her debut match at Stanford against the Tar Heels.
"You look hot in your uniform."
Isabella turned around and smirked at her girlfriend.
"And you look hot wearing nothing."
Paige picked her shoe up from the ground and threw it at her girlfriend, making Isabella let out a hearty laugh and catch the shoe with her hand.
"You have never seen me naked bitch."
"Which is why I am missing out."
Paige shook her head and grinned at Isabella.
"You kiss your mother with that mouth?"
Isabella looked at Paige through her lashes, a playful look on her face.
"She does all the kissing actually... which is very sweet. Now I miss her."
Paige gave her girlfriend a sad smile and sat beside her. Isabella leaned on her girlfriend's shoulder, staring at the camera that was set up on Paige's computer since she was planning on doing a face reveal later.
"Did you know she finished med school?"
The violet-haired girl looked at her girlfriend surprised.
"Really?"
"Yeah, and she finished residency. She's a surgeon. She was able to do that while raising me, going to Fine Arts school, taking up 36-hour shifts in the hospital, choreographing, directing, and writing then having time to bring me to dance every other day."
Paige smiled and held her hand, her thumb rubbing on the back of her hand.
"She is literally Wonder woman."
Isabella snorted and shook her head.
"She got with Wonder Woman."
"She will kill you."

Michelle had her usual blue scrubs on, her hair in a ponytail as she went over the information that her patient for today has.
"Dr. Dixon is not big on eye contact, so don't be surprised if she doesn't look at you. Also try to avoid physical contact, uh... loud or disruptive noises..." Dr. Yang went on to inform the parents of the patients.
They looked at each other confused, while Michelle just stood there, trying not to make eye contact with anyone in the room because she knows that Dr. Dixon could be... odd. "She okay, right? She's a good doctor?"
Mitch's eyebrows raised as she waited for Cristina to answer. "Oh no, she's amazing. You couldn't ask for a better surgeon. I'm only telling you so you could be better prepared."
Dr. Dixon came in, making everyone in the room turn to her. Mitch saw Cristina eye her, making her already raised eyebrows to raise higher.
"Dr. Dixon, Dr. Bailey, uh, this is Dan and Lisa Pollock."
"I need to see the patient. Where's the patient?" They moved over to the child on the bed, Michelle made her way and stood near the monitor. She can't really do much since she was just an intern, but she was ready to learn.
The little girl looked up at the doctor, her eyes clouded with recognition, as she eyed the intern beside her. "Hi."
Cristina looked at Mitch, signaling her best friend's intern to continue and Michelle took that as a queue to start speaking. "This is Stacy Pollock, age 9, she's suffering from secondary pulmonary hypertension due to a V.S.D."
The residents and the doctors have been pulled aside with the parents, leaving Michelle and Stacy alone. The 9-year-old looked up at Mitch through her long lashes and sent her a shy smile.
Michelle smiled at her, noticing the confused facial expression the child had on her face as she tried to understand what the doctor was talking about.
"She was just saying that we're gonna fix the part of your heart that pumps the blood to your lungs." Mitch glanced at Dr. Dixon, listening to the diagnosis while also coming up with a much simpler explanation for the child to understand. "Uh, probably something easy to fix."
Then Dr. Dixon continued, "But a full midline sternotomy incision may be required."
The confused look on Stacy's face made Mitch chuckle.
"Okay, now she's just making stuff up."
The little girl giggled, making Michelle smile. She looked down at her feet, noticing the bright pink, knee-high socks with soccer balls that Stacy was wearing. "Ohh, I like your socks."
"Thanks, they're for soccer. I'm the best on my team. Mom says it's bragging, Dad says it's not. It's just the truth."
Dr Bailey chuckled, obviously listening in on the conversation the 2 were having instead of what the other adults were having. She leaned closer and sent the 9-year-old a smile. "If you're the best, you're the best."
"You look familiar to me," Stacy said while turning to Michelle. "You play soccer too right?"
Dr. Bailey and Dr. Yang looked at Mitch, who had a huge smile on her face as she nodded her head. "I do, I played for the Youth National Teams and Stanford."
"Dad, Mom, and I watched you played before, it was a match against UNC."
Mitch looked at the little girl fondly. "Really? You were there? Did you enjoy the match?"
"I did. You were so fast on the field and Mom and Dad even bought me a jersey with your number and last name on it. It's kinda big on me but I love it because then I could wear it until I'm all grown up just like you."
The surgeon smiled, her hands going to the side of the bed. "What position do you play?"
"Forward, of course, I'm a goal scorer just like you." Mitch's mouth twitched up into a grin as she brought her hand up to fist bump the little girl. Muttering a 'hell yeah' under her breath.
"When you fix my heart, how soon will I be able to play soccer again? I missed half the season already."
That question made the three surgeons freeze. Dr. Bailey stammered a response, looking at Michelle for help, making the athlete bend down, smiling at the girl. "Tell you what, after your surgery, why don't you ask your parents to bring your jersey so I could sign it, then we could play a small 1v1 on the park nearby?"
The confused look the little girl had was replaced with a beaming smile as she looked at the soccer player she had looked up to. "Can we take a picture as well?"
"Sure, of course, anything for you bud. Just promise me that you will fight okay? You're not giving up."
Stacy hummed and nodded her head, her hand going on top of Michelle's hand as she got distracted again. "I will don't worry."

After the long drive that they took from the Press household to Stanford, they finally arrived at the apartment that Isabella and Paige rented. They were staying with them for a night before driving back home the next day since they were only really there for Isabella's game.
Christen and Mitch smiled as they looked around. The apartment was big, with it being 3 floors, the couple had a lot of space to do what they had to do.
"Mom, Mama, welcome to our humble abode."
They ended up enjoying their time around Stanford, being given a tour with all the new facilities, meeting old professors that were still working there, and enjoying family time.
They didn't really walk a lot since Christen was basically wobbling around and her ankles would hurt, so now they were back at the apartment, watching as Paige streamed before they head to the field but Isabella stayed because she still had a class.
Paige decided that, after how many months of thinking about it, it was time to do a face reveal. She really didn't mind and it was inevitable that people would see her since her girlfriend and her family are known to the public eye. And she wanted to finally get the chance to hold her girlfriend's hand while grocery shopping.
She sat on her chair, taking deep breaths as she prepared herself. She was playing a little bit of GTA and she would reveal her face at the end of the stream.
She stopped streaming the game and her character was the only one that could be seen on the screen.
"Is it time now?"
Paige looked back at Mitch, who was walking closer to see the reactions better.
"Mitch, honey, you could always just read the responses on your phone."
"Oh, right."
She went back on the couch, which was beside the space where Paige had her stream set up, making the younger girl chuckle. She watched for the couple banter for a moment and also watched Diana and Aquila busying themselves on the floor, before turning back to chat.
Paige: Okay guys this is it, the moment you have been waiting for. In
Paige: 3
Paige: 2
Paige: 1
She clicked on the camera button, finally showing her face to 10,000 people watching. Chat started going crazy when they finally saw LunaOni's face. She gave the camera a shy smile as she leaned over to read some of the comments, shaking her head when all of them were just simping at her.
Paige: Okay lewd people. Anyway, hi chat, welcome to the stream!!! My girlfriend and I just moved in a few months ago and I haven't unpacked some of my pokemon cards so I'm sorry for the boxes in the background.
The twins all of a sudden made their way towards Paige, the chat freaking out when they notice the toddlers, making Paige look back. She grinned at the 5-year-olds and placed the both of them on her lap.
Paige: Say hello to the stream babes.
The twins looked up, waving at their own reflections on the computer making P chuckle. She kissed both of their cheeks before Aquila went down, leaving Diana to entertain them.

All 5 of them went over to the field. The game just finished and Stanford won by 4 points, with Isabella scoring a hat trick. The 19-year-old jogged over to where her family was, sweat dripping down her face as she made her way over. The first person she greeted was her moms.
"You were so good out there."
"Thank you."
She turned to her girlfriend and pulled her in for a hug.
"How was the face reveal?"
"It went great."
The 6 of them were talking about the game when someone cleared her throat. They all looked up, to see that it was one of the forwards for Stanford, the captain of the team.
"Hey, uh, Doctor Michelle?"
Michelle looked at the younger girl confused but gave the girl a warm smile anyway.
"Uh, hey..."
"I'm sure you don't remember me, but you saved my life once. You performed surgery on my heart and helped me through my heart disease. My name is Stacy... Stacy Pollock."
