"GOOD MORNINGGG WOOYOUNGIEE" you shouted as you jumped onto a very sleepy and tired Wooyoung. "Nooo y/n go away" Wooyoung mumbled into his warm pillow cases. You giggled and rolled on and over him. "Jung Wooyoung if you do not get that fine piece of ass out of bed so help me god I'll-I'll tickle you" you teased making him look at you with wide eyes to then quickly hide away. "NOOO" he screams like a girl before tucking his body under the covers.
"3...2...1" you say before leaning down towards his exposed arm. "Wait. Hold up. Ok, ok, ok. I'm up I'm getting up" he says throwing the covers off his body.
Holy moly. He was shirtless. And only in a pair of shorts.
Move your eyes away y/n. Move them away
"I'll be downstairs in the kitchen. Your mum is making breakfast so don't be down late letting it go cold" you say before exiting the room slightly flustered at the sight you just witnessed. Your life time bestfriend shirtless.
Once you arrive downstairs Wooyoung's mother smiles at you. "Did you manage to wake up the sleepy boy?" You giggle, "yes I did, he shouldn't be long" She nods as he hands you a plate with pancakes on. "Thank you Mrs Jung" you smile.
"Oh y/n darling. How many times have I told you just to call me Hari" She says taking a seat the the table. "I'm sorry I always forget, you know me" you chuckle. "Forget, oh darling. I'm your god mother you've known me all your life." she teases "She's right y/n, we're pretty much your second parents" Wooyoung's father says as he enters the kitchen in a suit. "Morning honey" he says kissing his wife before siting down.
"Where is that son of ours? His breakfast is going to get cold." Mr Jung asks. "I kindly asked y/n to get him down but I guess he's taking his time"
Few moments later Wooyoung walks into the kitchen. "Ah there you are. Good morning sleepy head" Wooyoung's mother says raising her eyebrows. Wooyoung rolls his eyes, "Yes I am here mum" he says as he takes a seat right next to you. "Enough to the attitude young man" Wooyoung's dad says sternly.
Flashback:
"Hey y/n." Three year old Wooyoung giggles as he runs into your living room. "WOOYOUNG" you cheered happily whilst hugging him.
Giggles echo the living room as you and Wooyoung hug one another.
Both of your mothers stood next to one another watching you both hug one another. Wooyoung's mum Hari smiles, "They are going to be the best of friends. I really hope they stick by each other's side no matter what." Your mum smiles also, "I hope they do too. Wouldn't it be funny if they got married" Hari gasps softly, "can you imagine? Life time best friends tying the knot. How beautiful would that be?"
Your mums turn their attention back to you and Wooyoung to see you playing with one another.
Wooyoung pretending to be a baddie whilst you hide behind the sofa.
"I'm going to catch you y/n" Wooyoung evilly speaks. "Nooooo" you scream running towards your mum, hiding behind her legs. "Oh y/n, Woo is only playing" Your mum speaks softly. "I didn't mean too y/n" Wooyoung says with sadness, not meaning to upset you in any way. A evil smile grows on your lips, you run towards Wooyoung shouting "tag your it" He chuckles before running after you with a smile on his adorable face.
End of flashback.
"What you thinking about?" Wooyoung says snapping you back into reality. You were now both on your way to school.
Did I really dream that whole time?
You shrugged your shoulders with a smile. "I was just remembering one of the days we had playing as children. My mum told me about a time when me and you came over to my house one day and we hugged one other like we hadn't seen one another for years, but in reality it was only a day. We played tag and spent the whole day together"
Wooyoung smiles widely. "Funny you should say that, my mum told me that same story last night. She said we have been inseparable ever since we were young and she hopes that we can stay that way for the rest of our lives. She said that when the day comes that her and father pass away we will have eachother" Your heart sank, thinking about loosing your family and your god mother and father (who were Wooyoung's parents) broke you.
"Hey?" Wooyoung questions wrapping an arm around your shoulder. "I didn't meant to make it so deep, it just made me realise it too. I hope we stay like this forever...bestfriends"
Ouch. Why did that hurt me? Bestfriends. I guess that's all he wants to be.
School
"Hey y/n" "Good morning buttercup" your best friends Abi and Molly cheerfully speak as they approach you. "Hey guys" you smile. "Walking with Wooyoung again?" Abi teases. You scoff loudly "N-No", Molly smirks "We weren't born yesterday y/n we know you've been walking to school with eachother since we started school. You two are inseparable. We know you like him" Abi says nudging you.
Your eyes widen. "I do not. He's my best friend. How could I? What do you mean? You guys are crazy. He wouldn't like me, oh golly gosh" you say in hysterics as Abi and Molly stand next to one another with their arms crossed smirking at eachother.
"Sure thing. Sure thing" Abi smiles. "Now come on let's get to class" Molly stands still. "Y-you guys go ahead I'll catch up" you and Abi stare confused. You then turn to see Mingi walking towards her "ohh okay, skipping Geography I see" you tease. Molly pouts. "Catch you later" she says before walking off with her boyfriend Mingi.

Once you and Abi arrive at the class you take your seats, which happened to be on the opposite side of the room from one another.
"H-hello there" You look up to see a tall, gorgeous, brown haired and brown eyed boy. "Oh hello" you reply nicely. You hadn't seen him before. "I'm erm. Tom, I'm new here. T-the teacher said I could sit here a-as this seat isn't t-taken" he says with a stutter.
Your heart beats. "S-sure" you reply, also with a stutter.
Why am I suddenly like this?
You look over to Abi to see her seated with her boyfriend Yunho, they were happily smiling, giggling and talking to one another. Seeing your best friends happy made you happy, but having your happiness fulfilled was something else.
"S-so erm. I don't really know my way around here, d-do you think you could show me round?" Tom asks as he scratches the back of his neck. You nod "of course I'll show you around" He smiles. "Thank you..." "Oh y/n" you say in shyness. "Well nice to meet you y/n, I hope we can become great friends" You smile. "Same here Tom"
Later on
Once classes were over you and Tom made your way outside. Walking towards you was Abi, Molly, Mingi and Yunho and Wooyoung. "Hey y/n you coming to eat with us?" Mingi asks. "No I'm going to show Tom around. He's new here and I'm his only friend right now." Wooyoung stays quiet.
"Oh yes Tom. He joined today, he seems really sweet. Think he's got a thing for our dear y/n" Molly grins. You roll your eyes. "Molly enough with the flirtatious comments" you say with a smile forming on your lips.
I could never be made at Abi and Molly.
"Ok, well we will catch up with you later" They wave you goodbye as you head back to Tom.
Wooyoung's POV:
Mingi brought me into his embrace as we walked to the cafe. "Bro. It's so obvious that you like her" I scoffed. "No I don't. What makes you think that? She wouldn't like me back" I say in panic. Mingi looks at me with disbelief, "Isn't it obvious" Yunho says cutting in.
"You both clearly have a thing for one another but your both scared to admit it" "The jealously in your face when she said she was going to be with Tom showed it all" Molly comments. "Well you guys are wrong, we're bestfriends nothing more and nothing less. Now can we just please eat" I say walking past them all.
They weren't wrong. They were right. I do have a thing for y/n

"And finally this is the cafe" You say to Tom as you enter the room. "Wow" he says baffled. "Well, I'm starving, let's go eat." You held onto Tom's hand pulling you with him to take a seat in the corner of the room.
But little did you know as you were both walking hand in hand. A jealous Wooyoung witnessed it all.
End of school
"So how was it? How was Tom?" Abi and Molly ask as they greet you. You smile as your cheeks grew warm. "It was good, he's so lovely, kind and warm" Abi grew concerned at your words.
She knows how much Wooyoung likes you.
You then look over their shoulders to see Wooyoung walking out of school with his hands in his pockets. "Well See you both tomorrow, gotta walk home with Wooyoung" You bid Molly and Abi goodbye before walking towards him.
"Hey Woo" you smile. "Hey. I haven't seen you all day. How's my best friend?" He grins wrapping an arm around you. "You saw me this morning and at break time silly moo" He laughs deeply. "I know but just we haven't hung out much like we usually do. What's with the new guy?"
You look away biting your inner lip, "h-he um. He's a new student. He started today and my teacher had him next to me, he then kindly asked if I could show him around the school. So me being an nice person I said yes. He's really sweet, oh and his name is Tom" I reply happily.
Wooyoung's arm drops from your body. "I don't like him, somethings up with him. I'd stay away from him if I was you"
What the hell?
"Look. I need to get on with some homework so I'm gonna have to pass on our film night tonight. Catch you later y/n." Wooyoung walks away leaving you alone.

Once you arrived home you headed up to your room and collapsed onto your bed. "What did I say?" You ask yourself, in wonder as to why Wooyoung's attitude suddenly changed.
Taking a huge sigh you grabbed your books from your bag and started on some homework. In hope it would get Wooyoung out of your mind. But No!
As you were currently reading a chapter from Romeo and Juliet your bedroom door swung open. "God sake mum how many times oh—" you looked around to see Wooyoung stood there instead. "H-hi" you mumbled. "Look" Wooyoung said before closing the door behind him. "I'm sorry for leaving you earlier and for speaking to you like that, I didn't mean too" You look at him confused. "I just...when I saw you walking into the cafe today with Tom it just made me mad and upset" Concern grew on you. "What? Why?" You asked standing up.
"I-it- ah never mind" He turned on his heel reaching for the door knob. "WAIT" you shouted. He turns around, "Tell me, we're best friends" you say with a broken tone in your voice. "I- I can't" Wooyoung says with sadness.
"Why can't you?" You ask. "Because I can't" Wooyoung says raising his voice. "Really? That's all, because I can't, we've been best friends for how long and you can't tell me?" You say annoyed. "No I can't" he shouts back. "It's not a big deal" You shout but Wooyoung scoffs at your words.
"Not a big deal? Not a big fucking deal I fucking love you y/n" Wooyoung shouts causing you to flinch. "Y-you love me?" You ask softly as he runs his hands through his hair. "Yes. But it's not a big deal right?"
"But go be with Tom. I'll still support you—" you cut him off with a kiss to his lips. The kiss was passionate and full of love. Sure you have kissed a boy in the past but this was different, you fell in love with the kiss. Just like you fell in love with Wooyoung.
You soon pull away. "I don't want to be with Tom. I want to be with you Wooyoung. Do you realise how long I've been waiting for you to tell me that?" He shakes his head. "Since forever Woo, I love you too. I was just too scared to admit it" he gently cups your cheeks.
"Hearing those words is all I need right now" you smile. "I love you y/n" "I love you too Wooyoung."
