I roll over and open my eyes to find a note and a single red rose sitting on the pillow next to me. It was from Calum.
'Morning beautiful, chocolate chip pancakes and fresh orange juice is on the table, put on something nice and Ashton will come to pick you up at 3 :) Love, Cal'
This boy could never stop making me smile, I pick up the rose and continue smiling. I get up from my bed and walk over to my bathroom. As I walk up to my bathroom sink I see a cloud of red and green wrapped with a pink bow. Calum got me a bundle of red roses. In front of the flowers I see another card which reads,
'You didn't think I would just get you one rose would you? Love you xo'
"Oh god Cal" I say to myself picking the flowers off of the sink and hold it in my hands, the sweet scent of roses filling the air.
I open the cupboard under the sink and take out a glass vase, that was currently being used to hold travel size bottles of hair & skin products. I take out all of the products, fill the vase with water and put the roses in, untying the ribbon that was holding them together and putting it around the vase itself. I carry the vase into my room and put it on my dresser, next to my jewellery and mirror.
As I set the vase down on the table the door bell began to ring. I happily skip over to the front door.
"Goodmorning, Merry Christmas" I greet the man at the door who has a large box standing next to him.
He was very tall, quite young and was working for Australia Post.
"Merry Christmas to you too!" He chuckles as he looks at the clipboard in his hand, "I have a package for Miss Andie Roberts? Is that you?"
"Sure is!" I smile back, it must've been the present I bought for Calum.
"Cool, just sign here" He passes me the clipboard and a pen.
I quickly sign the piece of paper as he wheels the package into the house.
"Thankyou!"
"No problem! Have a great day" He waves as he walks out of the house.
I lock the door and walk over to the tall box that was standing in the kitchen. I get a pair of scissors from the kitchen and cut the tape off of the top of the box and lift up the flaps and pull out the bass guitar I bought for Calum.
"Sweet!" I grin as I unzip the case.
Calum was constantly talking about this one bass that was on the internet, it was a bit too pricey for him but I had a lot of money saved up from each job that I had as I was moving around, which was many and I didn't really have any idea where to use it, so I bought him the guitar.
It was completely black and the neck was a cream colour, but what made it extra special was that I had them engrave the batman logo at the front of the instrument, which was engraved in a metallic silver colour and on the neck I had them print 'I AM BATMAN'. He was going to love this so much. I also threw in a mini amp.
I put the bass guitar back in the bag and put it up against the wall. The smell of pancakes fills my nostrils, I turn around and see a plate of chocolate chip pancakes and a glass of orange juice.
"Don't mind if I do" I take a knife and fork from the top drawer, pick up the food and drink and walk over to the lounge room, putting my feet up on the coffee table.
I turn on the TV and my favourite Christmas movie was on TV, which is 'This Christmas', it was a movie that shows how great it is to be with your family at Christmas, just like yesterday.
My Dad went out with his newly found companion and Max and Tori weren't here surprisingly, because usually they were over everyday when I wasn't at their place with the boys. It was quiet, but it was a nice quiet.
I finish my food, which was probably made by Calum's mum and watch the rest of the movie. By the time the movie was finished it was 1:30 in the afternoon, I woke up at 12. I washed the dishes and went back to my room to get changed.
I take a shower, moisturise my skin and let my hair dry off by itself. I have one hour to get ready, I usually get dressed really quickly and out the door on time but today I was nervous. I had no idea why! I slip on my undergarments and open my closet and stare at it for at least 5 minutes. Then I hear a voice calling from the hallway. I wrap my towel around my waist.
"ANDIE! IT'S TORI!" Tori yells.
"I'm in my room!" I shout back.
The door opens and Tori comes in, "Hello there"
"Hey" I respond, placing my hands on my hips.
"Whatcha doin?" She asks as she sits down at the foot of my bed.
I walk over to my bed side table and pass her the note Calum gave me, "I have no idea what to wear"
"Naw! He's the sweetest" Tori smiles.
"I know but I have no idea what to wear or what to do with my hair, makeup or no makeup because I usually don't wear it but"
Tori cuts me off, "Slow down there Dee, ok he wrote here that Ash is picking you up 3 and right now it's 2 o'clock so we have an hour, you go in the bathroom and fix your hair, I'll pick out an outfit and we'll decide on the makeup, accessories and hair later ok?"
"Ok" I take a deep breathe.
"Don't worry Dee we've got plenty of time" She places a hand on my shoulder, "Now go fix your hair"
Tori gets up and starts raiding my closet as I walk into my bathroom. My hair was my most prized possesion. I get out my straightener and heat protectant. I spray the heat protectant in my hair before roughly straightening it. I then arrange my hair into a messy low bun, I pull out a 2 thick strands of hair to frame my face and loosely curl them with the straightener, bobby-pinning strands of hair that was sticking out. I look at the red digital clock on my window sill and it said that it was 2:30.
"Tori I'm done" I say as I walk out of the bathroom.
"Ok where were you when I needed someone to do my hair for the wedding?" She puts a hand on her hip.
"Does it look ok?"
"It looks beautiful hun" Tori replies smiling.
"Thankyou" I smile back, "Now how's the outfit going?"
"Ok we have 3 options" She walks over to my bed and points to the 3 dresses laying there, "Try each of them on, take a picture and send them to Luke" Tori says handing me the first dress.
"Wait why Luke?" I ask raising an eyebrow.
"That boy has the best taste" She laughs.
"It's weird but true" I reply, taking the soft red dress in my hands.
I slip on the dress and look at myself in the mirror. The dress was a subtle red colour, one shoulder and was short at the front but got longer towards the back. It was sinched in above the waist and was tight fitting at the top but it flowed nicely at the bottom. I quite liked it, the last time I wore this dress was to my Dad's boss' wedding.
"Andie you look absolutely stunning" Tori grins.
"Thanks Tori" I chuckle as I pass her my phone.
"Say cheese" Tori says holding up the phone.
"Cheese!" I laugh, "Send it to Lukeisamazing in my contacts"
Tori raises an eyebrow at the name.
"Don't ask" I reply taking off the dress and put on the next one.
This next dress was a cream colour. It had a sweetheart neckline and was also sinched in above the waist. This dress was body fitting at the top and the bottom part was long and pleated and swayed whenever I walked.
"This one is so pretty! You have really nice clothes" Tori says as she takes another picture.
I take off the dress and put on the final one. It was definitely more risky than the other two dresses. It was strapless, black, body hugging and showed quite a lot of cleavage and skin.
"Reowr! Sexayy" Tori winks as she takes another photo and sends it to Luke.
"And now we wait" I say sitting down on my bed.
Within a few seconds Luke texted back.

The cream one please! But if you wanna get Cal excited wear the black one ;)
"Oh god Luke" I laugh.
"Ok well, which one do you like Dee?" Tori turns to me.
"Well I don't really want Calum to be looking at my cleavage and not me the whole night so I think the cream one" I laugh.
"You sure Dee? Your boobs are pretty perky" She winks nudging my shoulder.
"Tori!" I continue laughing, I look at the clock on the wall it read 2:45, "Oh my god we have 15 minutes!"
"Hurry up and put on that dress while I get my makeup!" She suggests before digging through her bag.
I quickly slip on the dress and walk over to my bathroom to see if my hair was still ok. I look at myself in the mirror and see that my hair was fine besides a few misplaced strands of hair which I bobby pin back down. Tori comes into the bathroom and I hop on top of the edge of the bathroom sink making sure it was dry.
"Ok make up time!" Tori smiles, holding the eye liner, eye lash curler,mascara and various lipsticks, "I want to keep it as natural as possible since you never wear make up and so Calum still recognises that beautiful face of yours"
She lines my eyes with black liquid eyeliner, curls my eye lashes and applies the mascara. I look in the mirror and admired her work before she applied the different lipsticks on me. We settle on a crimson red colour.
"Now we need shoes!" Tori helps me off of the ledge of the sink and drags me into my bedroom. We have 5 minutes.
I am 5'1" which makes me extremely short compared to Calum so heels were definitely needed. Tori goes through my shoe rack pulling out boxes of heels while I figure out the jewellery.
I decide to go very simple with my gold name necklace, large white pearl earrings and a thick gold chain bracelet. I get my plain black clutch and put my phone, some money, gum and the lip stick Tori put on me just in case I needed to re-apply in the shiny black bag.
"Put these on" Tori passes me a pair of velvet black platforms that had a thick gold metal heel.
These shoes made me feel extremely tall but standing next to Calum will still make me look extremely short. The door bell rings.
"Oh my god" I start getting extremely nervous.
"I'll go get that you do last minute checks and make sure you have everything" Tori says as she walks out of the room to answer the door.
I look in the mirror making sure I look not as stupid as I do on a regular basis and walk out of my room. I hear Ashton's voice in the distance. I walk down the hallway holding my clutch tightly in my hand and looking down at my shoes.
"Woah" Ashton says, I look up.
"Hey Ash" I reply timidly.
"You look amazing, Calum is a very lucky guy" He smiles as he gives me a hug.
"Thanks" I reply as I pull away.
"Well we better get going I'll go wait in the car" Ashton says as he walks out of the house.
"You look so beautiful sweetie" Tori hugs me tightly.
"Thankyou so much Tori, thankyou for everything"
Tori was like the mother I never had growing up, she was technically the only female influence I ever had since I've been moving around. and I'm thankful for that.
"Don't make me cry" Tori wipes the corner of her eyes, "Now come on we've gotta get you out of here"
"I'm so nervous" My hands were shaking like a small dog in the rain.
"You'll be fine!"
We hug again and give eachother a kiss on the cheek before walking out the door. I hop into Ashton's car, he had just finished talking to someone on the phone.
"Hello Miss, I am Ashton Irwin and I will be your driver for this evening, our first stop will be at Master Luke Hemmings humble abode and no questions are to be asked along the way" Ashton imitates an english limo driver as he drives off.
I keep quiet but can't help but have a bunch of questions running through my mind. I was getting even more nervous yet excited.
