jeon jungkook, your classmate, has had a crush on you for years now. you guys always ride the same bus and since jungkook's stop is before yours, he'd always save you a seat right besides him. whenever you got on, he'd wave to you and pat the seat right next to him, signaling for you to sit there.

jungkook looked at you with a lot of love, but you being oblivious didn't know. he loved the way you smiled, the way you laughed, the way you talked to him with so much ease and made him feel comfortable. his heart couldn't help but beat so fast whenever you're around.

his eyes made him look so innocent, along with that bunny like smile of his. he'd follow you around like a fool, but secretly, you loved it. you enjoyed his presence and you loved being around him. maybe you were just unsure of your feelings, but every time he was in your sight, you couldn't help but feel butterflies. this always happens to him whenever you were within the same distance as him.

almost everyone in the school could figure out his crush on you. to others, it seemed so obvious because of the way he acted around you versus the way he acted towards other girls.

heading into the classroom, you guys has assigned seating, so he sat across the room from you. every once in a while, you'd glance over while he wasn't looking and he'd do the same.

the teacher announced that there will be an assigned but you would be paired up with someone. turns out you and jungkook were paired up for this project. you were excited but kept it subtle whereas he was over the moon about it. he immediately rushed over to you and sat in the now empty seat besides you.

"okay so for this project.." you started explaining, but all he did was stare at you.

while you were looking through the topics, he sat there all mesmerized by you. whenever you asked him something, he'd blindly agree. you'd giggle because of his cuteness. as you looked into the instructions, the bell rang and you packed your things all hurriedly.

he grabbed your wrist, preventing you from leaving, needing to tell you something.

"hmm? what's up kook?" you asked.

"uh can i tell you something at lunch?" he asked.

"sure!" you replied, causing him to smile.

as you guys had different classes next period, he waited for the time to pass so he could finally confess his feelings for you.

finally class ended, and you guys headed to the cafeteria. once he spotted you, who was waving at him, he sat right next to you.

"hey so what did you want to tell me?" you asked while taking a bite of your lunch.

"ilikeyou," he spoke so quickly, which you were unable to comprehend what he said.

"i'm sorry can you say that again?" you asked him.

"i... i like you y/n. i liked you since years ago and i uh just can't get you out of my head because you are literally the definition of perfect and i love being right besides you because you're so ethreal. i love how kind you are, how smart you are, and basically everything about you just makes me feel butterflies. maybe it's more than crush, but i-" he confessed, started to ramble until you cut him off with a kiss.

"hmm, i like you too mister perfect," you spoke, causing him to blush.

"s-so does that mean we're boyfriend and girlfriend now?" he asked, his voice getting smaller due to his shyness.

"yeah i mean if that's what you want," you replied.

"yes! i mean yes," he shouted, lowering his voice afterwards to seem cooler.

you lightly laughed at his cuteness. he was extremely elated and it shows. his first love liking him back and agreeing to be his girlfriend, the boy couldn't stop smiling.
