At the war council the following morning, Chiron had gathered the head counsellors together with Frank and Reyna, to discuss what and who the prophecy might mean. “First line,” : Chiron said, “Guide of rome alone she doth depart.” “Who’s the guide of rome?” : Travis asked, “Frank?” “I think not,” : said Dionysus “Praetors are more of a leader than a guide.” “We’ll think of that later. ‘Alone she doth depart’ , sounds like a solo quest.” : Chiron mused. “Rare but not impossible.” : Mr D agreed.
“ ‘Pursued by one who shall claim her heart’ , yeesh that sounds harsh.” : said Malcolm. “Quests aren’t supposed to be easy.” : reminded Sherman Yang. “And a jungle queen.” : said Nico, “ring any bells?” There was a moment of silence as everyone thought deeply about the line. “I think-” : started Travis. “I know what it means.” : interrupted Reyna, “I’m the guide of rome, as your military and administrative advisor, I guide the legion.” she explained. “ And the Jungle queen is my sister Hylla, Queen of the Amazons.”
