Chapter 14

The group made a circle around the campfire. P'Fun brought out the drinks and gave everyone one bottle. "Don't worry, you won't get drunk because of that." He assured them. Blue sniffed the bottle, ugh! What's this smell? She almost had a gag reflex. "Hey, don't force yourself. Give me that." Bright noticed that she doesn't like the smell of alcohol so he tried to take it away from her.

"It's fine, everybody would be drinking." She refused and took a sip. The moment that the taste escalated in her taste buds, she made an icky face because of the bitterness. Bright couldn't help but to laugh. "You looked funny awhile ago." He teased her before taking a sip.

"I thought of an exciting game." P'Fun proposed so everybody looked at him. "Alright, since we're 6 in a group. We just have to say a number from 1-6 all at once then those would mention the same number they would play rock paper scissor, the loser would be the one to be asked truth or dare. If the loser doesn't want to answer the truth or do the dare, they should drink for 5 seconds."

The group somehow found it interesting so they agreed to him. "3!" Blue and Bright shouted at the same time. She rolled her eyes. "Really?! Why'd you have to pick that?" She complained before playing rock paper scissors. She threw a rock and Bright pulled a scissor. "Truth or dare?!" P'Fun shouted, it seems that he's really eager to ask his Nong. "I'm not going anywhere, Phi. Calm down. I'll take a dare." He confidently responded.

"I dare you to have a staring contest with Blue. If you smile first, you'll drink. If it's the other way around, she'll drink." Blue's jaw dropped. Why am I included in the dare? I thought this was just Bright's. "Why do I have to drink too? This is not my dare. Gosh." After their bickering, they faced each other and started their staring contest. At first, he's so certain that he could suppress his smile.

We've never stared at each other, this is the first time.. I can say that she's more beautiful when she's looking straight to my eyes. I feel like I'm on cloud nine. Bright couldn't help but to giggle because of his thoughts. "Oi! Nong smiled! He giggled too! You need to drink!" The group shouted. Bright shook his head while drinking. Worth the consequence. "What were you thinking about, huh? Why did you giggle? You're weird." Blue blurted out.

"Nothing, I just thought that you look like an angel, especially upclose. Seeing you look straight into my eyes gave some kind of feeling, like the feeling when you think you had butterflies in your stomach." Bright smiled again while Blue just furrowed her brows. He's really vocal about his feelings. He just says what he wants to say. The game started again and this time, the loser is the bassist. She picked the truth.

"Who's the most handsome in this group?" She glanced at Bright. "Nong.." She confessed shyly. "Oh come on, why is everyone picking Nong Bright?" P'Fun complained which made everyone laugh. "Just kidding, do you like him?" He asked again. The bassist stuttered. "W-what? Are you crazy? Why would I? He's a bandmate, and he also likes someone here. That would be awkward." She avoided eye contact and drank from her bottle.

She's clearly lying. I think she just doesn't want us to know. Blue looked at the bassist. After that, the game continued. They haven't noticed the time and the bottles they finished because they were having fun. Everybody's shyness was suddenly gone because the alcohol kicked in after a few bottles. "Oh, P-Phi. There's no alcohol anymore." The drummer said as he checked the plastic bags.
