3rd Person POV

Standing side by side in a line, all six assassins breathed heavily, trying to recover quickly from what just happened.

Today is final exam day. Not only did they have to pass the written exam with perfect scores, but they also had to complete the practical exam. The practical touches on weapons, vehicles, combat strategy, things like that.

They just finished the combat strategy portion which was the last portion of the exam. Each assassin went up against experienced agents, people who can actually fight. It took a lot out of them, as it should.

At the moment, Agent Goya is fetching the scores from the written exam, allowing the assassins to catch their breath. Really, his absence only made them more nervous. They'd soon find out if anyone failed with a score less than 100.

Vixen stood straight and tall. Though she was confident she passed all portions, the practical relied completely on Goya's judgment. He'd determine whether she was a pro or not.

Andy was on her right and Veronica on her left. She observed their facial expressions, shifting between worry and nausea. No, for real, those two look pale and sickly.

Vixen was about to ask her husband if he was feeling ok, but she got her answer another way. Andy lurched over, covering his mouth with his hands. Knowing what was going to happen, he bolted to the nearest bathroom in the gym.

Veronica followed...and so did Dahlia and Mark, leaving the two chillest assassins by themselves.

Vixen looked at Rio, "what do you think, bro? Did we pass?"

He chuckled in response, "I know we passed. I don't know why the others had to go and vomit. There's nothing to worry about."

"Ah, of course, the two best assassins don't feel like puking." Goya came back from getting test scores. "It's pretty common here. New agents get so nervous about passing that they puke, but not the ones with the most confidence."

He's right. Rio and Vixen knew they performed well, they may as well be licensed now.

"Your scores." He gave them their written exams.

The two assassins took a look at the red 100 in a circle at the top of their tests, then showed each other.

"AAAYYYY!" Rio readied his fist.

Vixen did the same, "AAAYYYY!"

They fist-bumped at first, then jumped and bumped into each other's sides.

The nauseous assassins came back from the bathroom, still feeling on edge about passing. Their fears were eased when they saw perfect passing scores on their written tests.

"I have the licenses of those who passed both portions of the exam." Goya smiled, holding their licenses in his hand. "First up...Andy."

"Damn right." Vixen nodded.

Andy walked up to Goya and accepted his license, speaking under his breath, "she would've killed me if I didn't pass."

Goya mumbled back, "she would've killed me if I didn't pass you." He pulled out the next license, "Dahlia."

"Aw, yea!" She squealed.

"Mark, Rio." He called the rest of the boys.

The two smiled at each other and went to receive their identification.

"I have one more license in my hand," Goya said, "and it belongs to..."

Wait. One more?! One?! Vixen and Veronica exchanged glances, the beats in their hearts picking up the pace. One of them didn't pass...
